Also, in the 10-K, theres mentions is severance packages. This was a merger of sorts, but does not mean that there will be enough chairs at the table when things get serious. Seems alot of what they do is proprietary and they do appear to do business with some big names already. Still digging, but I advise all to dig and share what you find.
