    FRC will be back under OTC tomorrow trading on the 3rd May and resume trading under FRCB symbol.

      More regional bank will start to fail and FDIC may not able to cover all banks. Which is why they are calling to pause rate hike. It’s a very difficult situation with sticky inflation and bank pressure.

      Bank stock aren’t as safe as it use to. High interest rate and high inflation hurts bank. Especially regional banks has high commercial real estate loan which are falling badly and we have yet to seen it coming. FDIC covered 80% of CRE loan for FRC which jpmorgan has recongnize how bad these loans can go. If not jpmorgan wouldn’t ask FDIC to cover 80% losses.

    FRC - The stock will be delisted. When a bank is seized by the government, its common shareholders are wiped out. In this case, First Republic shareholders, along with its debt holders, will not receive anything. JPMorgan Chase said that it would not assume First Republic's corporate debt or preferred stock.
