In the $200 billion global search market, Alphabet still makes most of its profits from it. Microsoft, meanwhile, has a much smaller share of the sector - around 3% compared to Google's more than 93% - but it intends to use its AI strengths to become a more powerful force in search. bing's new addition of AI could allow Microsoft f to turn the tables on it.
