Microsoft plans to use OpenAl's technology to create chatbot-style programs in Word and Outlook that are similar to OpenAl's "top-flow" ChatGPT, which can write entire sets of text based on prompts, people familiar with the matter said.
Compared to what Microsoft and Google currently offer, chatbots bring new features that will make a very significant difference, perhaps a revolutionary leap forward.
