$Tesla Motors(TSLA)$ Tesla is reportedly developing a cheap electric car of $20.000 . It is known, the current price of Tesla electric cars is still $20,000

This was revealed by Loup Ventures analysts. Reportedly next year Tesla will introduce an electric car named Tesla Model 2.

“Tesla will wait until 2024 to announce Model 2," Loup Ventures said in its prediction,

If companies announce lower-priced cars too early, they risk slowing Model 3 sales, while increasing capacity during a possibly wider auto recession," said Loup Ventures. So far, there aren't many details about the Tesla Model 2. Tesla hasn't really confirmed any information about the Tesla Model 2 either. Elon Musk has set several goals for a new electric vehicle model that Tesla may focus on during the development of the Model 2. Reportedly, the target price for the Tesla Model 2 is US$ 25,000. This will make it the cheapest Tesla electric car compared to what is currently being sold.

Furthermore, the Tesla Model 2 will be a compact car or a subcompact vehicle. This car will apply a design that is popular in Europe and Asia. Tesla China is reportedly working on the development of the Model 2. Chinese media has published reports stating that development of the Model 2 has already started. The name of Tesla's cheap electric car, which costs $20.000 , has actually not been officially announced. The terms Model 2 and Model Q have been used to refer to the upcoming electric vehicle, but Tesla has yet to confirm the names.
