PEPSI ($PEP) - Good Price & Good Company ? Better Than Coca Cola ?

My afterthoughts to Tiger_chat 's question of whether an investor profits from a good company or a good price ?

"Why not both" I asked myself ?

Wouldn't there be more upsides comparatively speaking ?

Having put the theory to test on different company types (see below for details); time to try it on a food & beverage company ?

Testing $Pepsi(PEP)$ & see if it fits the bill.

• Revenue came in at $28 Billion vs $25.25 Billion (Q4 2021); that's a +10.88% gain
• Net income (GAAP) came in at $518 Million vs $1.32 Billion (Q4 20210; that's a -60.82% decline.
• Earnings per share (GAAP) was $0.37 vs $0.95 (Q4 2021); that's a -61.05% decline.
• Earnings per share (non GAAP) was $1.67 vs $1.53 (Q4 2021); that's a +9.15% gain

• Revenue growth is witnessed across all segments, except Europe that registered a -2% decline
• Organic revenues increased +18% for FLNA, +10% each for QFNA and PBNA, +19% for Latin America, +12% for Europe, +21% for AMESA and +12% for APAC.

• Pepsi Co would have reported a better earnings results; had it not been for the impairment charges & write-downs of its Russian assets and other items.
• A revitalised formula of Pepsi Zero Sugar saw sales volume climb +26% will continue to rope in big bucks in 2023
• It plans to repurchase approximately $1 Billion worth of Pepsi Co shares.
• Annualized dividend will be increased by +10%, starting from Jun 2023 payout. It will be Pepsi Co's 51st consecutive annual increase
