The vote for conversion 3/14/2022 MUST pass.

1. The structure of the ownership and how the vote works means that a majority is a near-guaranteed certainty.

2. The company needs to raise further funds and can only do so if this vote passes. If not they will be forced to consider bankruptcy.

If bankruptcy then:

A - if AMC retains value then the court would almost certainly order an increase in the number of shares, allowing conversion and allowing the company to sell shares on the market to raise funds.

B - if AMC is worthless then holders of AMC lost in any case. The shares will all be cancelled with new shares issued so conversion will likely be part of that as well.

Basically there is only one possible way for those who want to own this to make money. Either hold your AMC shares and pray or better, sell them, buy APE and vote YES.

If you vote NO you will have destroyed your chance of anything.

FYI, at Q3' 2022 the company had a $2.6B deficit. That is bad.
