$Silvergate Capital(SI)$ If this bank fails the Central Bank of USA more conveniently named the Federal Reserve will have a much more difficult time converting to a Digital based currency,older citizens will revolt against a non brick& mortar bank due to (safety) FDIC shortfall..,cough,cough .,The money powers won't cringe on a currency that taxes and fines citizens on the spot,monitors their every move,one that is un-counterfeitable with all the digital surveillance converging towards individual intertwining of a person's distinct fingerprint,(voice,barcodes on everything you buy, tendencies,transactions)the stuff they've been compiling for years in mega warehouses with super computers.The top .0001%ers are pre loading the Federal Reserve digital shares right now but it's basically lock and keyed Grey Market,us plebes can't even know how much a share is selling for,only the volume is transparent.
