How do we invest in the ChatGPT/🤖concept❓
If you’re concerned that 🤖 might just be a temporary hype or if you don’t want to commit to individual stocks, 🤖ETFs is another way to invest in the 🤖concept.

I’ve arranged these ETFs in the order of lowest to highest expense ratio as that’s 🔑 to me when I consider ETFs:
(1) $iShares Robotics and Artificial Intelligence ETF(IRBO)$ has the lowest expense ratio at 0.47%❣️
⭐️ IRBO aims to track the results of an index of developed & emerging market companies that could benefit from the long-term opportunities in robotics companies & 🤖
⭐️ IRBO was formed in 2018 & is the most diversified of these 🤖 funds with 118 holdings currently. Roughly half are 🇺🇸 companies, but there's also double-digit exposure to 🇨🇳 & 🇯🇵 No single stock makes up more than 2% of the portfolio. Many of its top holdings also give investors exposure to fast-growing small-cap companies. Top 10 holdings (as of 16/2) & Return Of Investment (ROI) are as follows:
(2) $First Trust Nasdaq Artificial Intelligence and Robotics ETF(ROBT)$ ranks 2nd with an expense ratio of 0.65%❣️
⭐️ ROBT seeks to track the Nasdaq CTA Artificial and Robotics Index, which is made up of companies engaged in 🤖 & robotics in technology, industrials, & other sectors.
⭐️ ROBT started in 2018 & surged during the pandemic, in part because tech stocks make up more than 60% of its holdings. The ETF currently owns 111 stocks. About half of holdings are 🇺🇸 companies with around 10% from 🇯🇵 & around 2% from 🇨🇳 Top 10 holdings (as of 16/2) & ROI are as follows:

⭐️ BOTZ seeks to invest in companies that potentially stand to benefit from increased adoption & utilisation of robotics & 🤖 Sector exposure is primarily in technology, industry & healthcare.
⭐️ BOTZ was formed in 2016 & currently holds 43 global stocks. More than 40% of the holdings are 🇺🇸 companies, but there is also double-digit exposure to 🇯🇵 & Switzerland🇨🇭 Top 10 holdings (as of 16/2) & ROI are as follows:
(4) Wood's $ARK Autonomous Technology & Robotics ETF(ARKQ)$ has an expense ratio is 0.75%❗️
⭐️ ARKQ seeks long-term growth of capital by investing under normal circumstances primarily (at least 80% of its assets) in domestic & foreign equity securities of autonomous technology & robotics companies that are relevant to the Fund’s investment theme of disruptive innovation.
⭐️ ARKQ started in 2014 & invests in 30 to 50 companies that develop or support autonomous transportation, robotics & automation, 3D printing, energy storage & space exploration. 🇺🇸 companies make up almost 90% of the fund. Top 10 holdings (as of 17/2) & ROI are as follows:
(5) ROBO has the highest expense ratio of all at 0.95%‼️

I may go for core companies that are essential in driving AI, for example semiconductor companies such as Nvidia or TSMC, or profitable companies with solid AI solutions (or plans in place) such as Micosoft, Baidu etc.
