on 1 Nov when the closed price was 31 the analyst said TPH were overvalued and it dropped all the way to 14. With Sceneca 60+% sold, the price cannot be lower than 14, right? But I will play safe, queue at 12! SMRT partnership still a long way to go as China just reopened.
