Ant group recently gained approval for its capital expansion plans. This is a signal that the Chinese government is lossening its regulationson the Internet sector in order to support economic growth. 

I am bullish on the Chinese Internet sector dueto compelling valuations and secular growth potential. There are many catalysts ahead including fiscal and monetary support, as well as the further relaxation of covid measures in China. As the world's second largest economy reopens, revenue of e-commerce companies such as Alibaba will continue to climb. China's digitalisation push will also serve as a driver for growth in areas such as cloud computing, which Alibaba is a leader in. With these catalysts in mind, Alibaba is poised to continue on growing and remains a fundamentally strong company.
