Like it that this event has many components.

⚽⚽⚽⚽⚽⚽⚽⚽

The core component is earning points:

-maximum points each game: 100 points

-number of chances from daily tasks: 4

-total number of days in event: 53

-points for collecting all 11 cards: 3000

As such, the total points one can get from daily tasks excluding referal tasks and one-time tasks is: 4*53*100

=21,200 points for perfect play

But normally not all 5 goals are perfect, the first 2 shots are slower so on average it is plus minus 70 points per game: 4*53*70

=14,840 points for average play

⚽⚽⚽⚽⚽⚽⚽⚽

Next component is redemption, the redemption chart in the TnC and actual redemption chart in game is slightly actually different...

(They would most likely have to change the TnC to reflect the same as in-game)

Would have to use the actual redemption chart in game, so 21,200 points would be equivalent to US$200 which is very generous.

The key would be to snatch the highest value vouchers ASAP.

⚽⚽⚽⚽⚽⚽⚽⚽

Next component is team building/card collection, points can be used to upgrade cards to participate in another set of rewards.

Number of points needed to collect all 55 stars would be: 1500*11=16,500 points

It would only make sense to spend 16,500 points and go for it only when the top 10 spots are not yet filled with 55 stars.

(ie once the person at position 10 has 55 stars, it is not worth to spend points for this route.)

Because $Manchester United PLC(MANU)$  shares are at around US$22 at the time of writing, so 10 shares are worth US$220 which is a better choice for 16,500 points than vouchers.

⚽⚽⚽⚽⚽⚽⚽⚽

Last component would be gift items.

Whether the signed football is worth US$200 is in the eyes of the beholder and who the signature belongs to, match tickets would cost 3000-6000 points, equivalent to US$5-US$10. For Singapore Home matches, the tickets cost SG$25 for grandstand, SG$15 for gallery east, not sure got other locations, but expect them to be in a similar range.

Gift items are attractive if vouchers are out of stock.

Hope this analysis helps some to decide what to redeem.
