$Walt Disney(DIS)$ is ready launch a series of movies during this holiday season, and if there's a movie that I have to choose, it is none other than the long awaited Avatar sequel, The Way of Water. It has been over a decade since the first movie for Avatar was premiered, with many more sequels of Avatar expected to follow in the coming years. 

Avatar was an absolute phenomenon when it was first launched and touted as one of the most successful films of all time. Not only was it second highest grossing movie, it has won dozens of awards and accolades during its time. Its use of CGI and motion capture were groundbreaking and set the standard for movies and even modern video games. 

Besides the stunning graphics, Avatar's storyline was also captivating as it covered a varietyof topics, especially on the call for revolution to the destruction of natural habitats for the sake of greed. The way Avatar brings forward the true nature of humans was pertinent in making the storyline great. 

One can expect this upcoming and highly anticipated Avatar sequel (The Way of Water) to impress with stunning visuals and an interconnected story with the return of the humans andnew threats. 

This is definitely a movie that I am looking forward to, especially with the 3rd Avatar movie planned for 2024 (not too far from the horizon). Given the multiple blockbusters in the pipeline (including the new Black Panther), I am confident that this will be imperative in Disney's comeback as it has been badly battered in the last 1 year. Disney+ may see uptick in subscribers, not just for the movies but also series suitable for family. 

The return of Bob Igler to steer Disney through this turbulent times is undoubtedly positive news for investors as he has over 15 years of experience under his belt. His vision and acquisition of Pixar, Marvel and LucasFilm (home ofStar Wars) were critical in Disney's growth over the last few years. 

I look forward to the upcoming Avatar sequel and Disney creating more magical moments! [Grin] [Heart]
