Time to take a U -turn.

The market hVe been performing roo bad for almost am year.

Those who invested early need to recover the loss to make it fair.

Even those blue chip stocks also crashed during this period. Stocks like NVDA, apple tesla etc performed too bad

I have a feeling that the narket sensitiviry increased recently. FeD interest rate, un employment, Ukrane war, inflation, interrim pole etc are too sensitive.

DBS Group Research analysts have maintained "Buy" call on CDL with a target price of SGD$10.50. CDL's Copen Grand Executive Condominium project sold more than 80% of units upon its launching. The second top performer STi stock is 🍀$CapLand IntCom T(C38U)$ with +6.84% gained at SGD$2.03. 🍀$CapitaLandInves(9CI)$ also took flight when the market opened in the morning with +6.87% gains to SGD$3.58 with solid buying of 17.08 milions shares.
