The US 10-year Treasury bond$US10Y(US10Y.BOND)$ yield is hovering around 3.4%. The Federal Reserve raised interest rates as expected in May, but indicated that further rate hikes may not be necessary. 

The Fed also plans to reduce its holdings of government bonds and mortgage backed securities, which is tightening lending for households and businesses and causing some concern about a potential mild recession. 

However, what I think is the overall outlook for the US economy remains relatively strong and resilient.
