$American Virtual Cloud Technologies, Inc.(AVCT)$ok. What am I missing here? Price shot up to 2.80 but drop to 1.55 . Someone care to explain what happened and what we should be expecting ? Hodl or time to sell?

    Because of this latest 8k filing, people got spooked. Hence the selloff happened. Hope your avg price was not high.

      Yeap if you didn't buy and the BO happens, you will wish you did. BUT if you buy and the BO does not happen, you will feel bad for being stuck. It truly is hindsight.

      My main concern are those warrants. Theres 5M that are exercisable at $1.80, that is the dillution.

    The recent 8k filing, details the company selling 5M shares of the existing 27.5M o/s share float to raise $10M cash. This also includes 5M warrants effective 20th Oct, with exercise price of $1.80.
