$Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing(TSM)$  Digitimes reports that TSM is seeing more of its big customers cutting back even more orders since Q4 started. In a way this is good news since the talk of chips slowdown has not felt by TSM yet. The sooner it gets hit, the sooner we know the chip down cycle has hit bottom. I anticipate the bottom will reach before April. How quick it bounces back is TBD.

    I don't know what is the decision of the US government. They are trying to bring TSM factory the US.

    It only applies for 3nm nodes if I remember correctly. That could contribute like 5-10% of revenue at most.
