Is one subscribe to the Fullerton usd fund?

I would like to unsubscribe and take my money, I tried to sell/redeem all units/shares it's telling me I can only redeem 1 unit per fund guidelines,

Any help on how to unsubscribe would be much appreciated.

weird thing.. If it was me, I would try to call customer service... Does Tiger have it?

  I talk to customer service, once subscribe you cant cancelled, but you can paused money going into the fund, then redeem it. Its good in that if you subscribed and say you have $100 in your account it will use some of or all to buy shares of the fund, and when you are ready to buy shares of say Amazon the money will auto matically goes back to your buying power.
