Ok
@JC888Bank of America says - Stock market will fall 13% to a new low for the year after a hot jobs report. This means inflation will linger and Fed will keep tightening policy / strategy https://markets.businessinsider.com/news/stocks/stock-market-outlook-july-jobs-report-good-news-bad-news-2022-8 Precursor – please read above linked-article and form your own opinion first ok. Thanks. Don't know why these writers never divulge why and how so many new jobs could be created month on month ? Is momentum due to economies restarting again with the relax in Covid restrictions ? Actually these recoveries - were they jobs that were lost/laid off when Covid struck ? Now as business restarts, the lost jobs are available once again as demand picks up. Perhaps even the writers are unsure and uninterested to get to the bottom of it as well ? With FED taking a break in Aug to adjust Interest Rate, what will the respective data landscape be come end Aug, beginning Sep - when FED will convene again to decide on Sep Interest rate hike. Wonder too why FED is abandoning socalizing as well (to indirectly hint to public on impending interest rate)when it has worked so well in the past. Instead, Market will be "hit" when Sep Interest rate is announced. Think this will result in knee jerk reaction once again ? Will this "knee jerk" reaction be the -13% to -15% plunge that has been forecasted by Strategists many times over ? Refer to my 8 Aug 2022 posting for details ok !! More importantly, will the current recession become stagflation in Q4 2022 ? What is stagflation ? Stagflation or Recession-Inflation is a situation in which the inflation rate is high or increasing, the economic growth rate slows, and unemployment remains steadily high.
