$Airbnb, Inc.(ABNB)$reasons why this is a good stock pros and cons. Im still bullish for these reasons  

Pros

1.  Brand name it is common to think of this plaform when it comes to travel short or mid term stay.

2. Low cost vs high tech. Due to technology,  it has low cost and cost are maintained by the property owners or management itself. So i dont see much of asset cost increase. 

3. Travel experience. People look for unique experiences and even homestay. This will continue to be beneficial for abnb. 

4. Macro travel can only get better in traffic volume. Pent up demand helps too where travellers may want to do revenge travelling and spending. 

Cons

1.  Hotel chain brand names can alwaywa compete and get the events MICE or b2b segmenr much better than airbnb. The segment of luxury may not be achievable ny them

2. Stock price is still new. It hits all time low below the IPO price awhile back. The valuations can be wildy different as you see most analyst do downgrades and uogrades as frequent as every quarter when businesses dont change overtime. 

3. Innovation. They are a disruptor in the travel industry that makes them ahead but it is also limitation for them. How else for them to stay ahead? Im not sure apart of branding or partnerships.
