ServiceNow Surges 14%! BofA Raises Target: Still Buy at $110?

ServiceNow (NOW) gained another 8.78% today after Bank of America issued a significant price target upgrade, triggering immediate institutional buying; CNBC's framing of NOW as an 'AI-irreplaceable' core holding further accelerated inflows. The two-day rally exceeds 14%, decisively clearing the $100 psychological level. Rotation from AI infrastructure into AI application and workflow software is gaining momentum, though surging valuations are entering elevated territory. Will BofA's upgrade prompt other institutions to follow suit — or has this rotation already run too hot?

$ServiceNow(NOW)$ ServiceNow is still a buy. The AI workflow automation space is only getting bigger, and ServiceNow sits right at the centre of it — enterprises aren't ripping out their NOW infrastructure, they're doubling down. The stock has been beaten up badly over the past year which is painful if you're already in, but it arguably makes the entry point now more attractive than it's been in years. The core business hasn't deteriorated; sentiment has. Competition from Microsoft is the main thing worth watching, but ServiceNow has the stickiness and enterprise relationships to hold its ground. Long-term, this is still a compounder.
