$Lippo Malls Tr(D5IU.SI)$   I just realized that management wants to do a rights issue at 0.007, almost a 50% discount. I have observed a recurring pattern with Lippo' s management. They tend to conduct rights issues at low prices, which results in dilution. I think they should find a fairer ways to raise capital.
