@ilovemoneymoney:$Tiger Brokers(TIGR)$ people who make a fuss on daily fluctuation is not an investor, they are traders.  There is plenty much statistic mentioning that 90% of traders lose money, so good luck to them. Perhaps making noises is their way of finding comfort.  Regardless, I think that china equities are investable compared to US ones, as they are undervalued. I will only DCA if it fall further below my value price as you can't beat gloomy sentiment and herding behaviour!
