硅谷银行英国公司或将破产英国央行(英格兰银行)发布公告称，打算向法院申请，将硅谷银行英国附属公司(以下简称“SVB UK”)列入银行破产程序。在此期间，该公司将停止付款或接受存款。英格兰银行称，SVB UK在英国的业务有限，没有支持金融系统的关键职能。据市场消息，直到10日，SVB UK还表示它是硅谷银行的“独立子公司”，拥有自己的资产负债表和“隔离”基金。但由于恐慌情绪在科技公司和投资者中蔓延，该公司当天被迫申请了18亿英镑的流动资金。硅谷银行 “多米诺效应” 多上市公司上演逃出生天在此背景下，SVB事件对国内公司的影响亦受到关注，康方生物、亚盛医药、基石药业等多家公司紧急回应，避免被“误伤”。3月12日，康方生物消息，公司关注到，近期美国硅谷银行的相关事件引起了市场较多关注，公司特别声明：自成立以来，公司未曾与美国硅谷银行或其关联公司发生过业务合作，亦从未在美国硅谷银行或其关联公司有任何存款。亚盛医药在港交所公告，有鉴于近期美国硅谷银行被勒令关闭的事件，公司特此声明，公司自成立以来未曾与美国硅谷银行或其关联公司发生过业务合作。此外，截止本公告日期，公司未在美国硅谷银行或其关联公司有任何存款。基石药业-B晚间公告，截至公告日，公司在SVB设立的营运账户中仅有少量现金结馀。公司在SVB的账户超出FDIC承保金额的部分低于60万美元，且占公司现金、现金等价物及定期存款总额低于0.5%。公司现金及资产配置较为多元化以最大程度降低风险，且聘用大型金融机构提供商业银行服务，目前该等机构暂未面临流动性风险。因此，公司认为此次SVB事件对公司影响甚微。有医药投资者人表示，由于中国不少生物医药公司主要在港股以及科创板上市，而非在海外上市，预计受到硅谷银行破产事件影响或不大。不过，谈及美国硅谷银行对金融和经济的影响，有投资者认为，“信心比黄金更珍贵。”美国硅谷银行破产动摇着不少美国储户对中小银行的信心。中小银行的脆弱性可能会削弱其信用创造的能力，并对经济施加进一步的下行压力。如果银行挤兑风险集中发生，可能引发股市崩盘，甚至催生金融危机，后果将难以设想。中信证券研报认为，美国硅谷银行困境的主因是美联储持续加息背景下流动性风险的暴露，不过硅谷银行的流动性压力未必意味着其将破产。诚然，市场恐慌情绪正在蔓延，但分析师认为目前硅谷银行的流动性压力尚不至于发展到债务危机，也不足以引发金融海啸。美国高利率环境下金融体系的风险在逐步累积，美债收益率曲线倒挂与债市流动性不足等问题可能放大局部金融风险，未来局部性金融风险仍需防范。中金公司指出，SVB事件抑制市场风险偏好，对美国科技股尤为不利，不排除引发美股进一步调整。如果美国通胀难以快速回落，美债收益率在高位停留更久(high  for
