Firstly for the deposit sequence or service.. i suggest if Tiger able to provide value added service to traders as below : 1)Traders able to download steps by steps guide for reference in terms of pictures file or PDF format.. 2)Have a demonstration video or demo account for traders to try depositing.. As it will catalyst for more consumers to explore further and have a ease of mind by expanding their experience into depositing . 3)The customers service & supports must be constantly improving & implemented in tip top priority for traders, be it a chatbot or even hotline will be better of having personal touch. Although Tiger will incur more costs to employ customers service Officers. Bu
$Walt Disney(DIS)$Very fed up.. The tiger hotline always busy. Is it not enough manpower.. Or what.. The answering machine is not clear.. Voice distortion.. Omg... Help online desk took forever to serve its purpose to help.. And furthermore, when u buy any shares at ur prices, it will auto add 1cent more.. Why!!! ? Moomoo is so much better, customer service is tip top.. Not route to PRC Chinese trying to speak English n mixed with Chinese. Now they route to oversea... Must improve ur overall experience to us. Else u losing markets..
