Likewise, the number of ADSs held by an ADS holder immediately after the assimilation will be equal to the aggregate of the A ADSs and B ADSs held by such ADS holder immediately before the assimilation.</p>\n<p>No new share certificates will be issued in connection with the Simplification.</p>\n<p><b>2.1 &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Euronext Amsterdam and Euroclear Nederland</b></p>\n<p>Friday January 28, 2022 will be the last day of dealings in A and B shares on Euronext Amsterdam.
