@koolgal:I opened $iShares Silver Trust(SLV)$  ,I bought SLV ETF as part of my portfolio diversification. With the possible cutting of interest rate by the Feds, I believe that Silver prices will rise. Silver is also used commercially apart from being a precious commodity like Gold.

In time like this, with stock that I hold on to, covered call option provide some side income while waiting for the stock price to bounce back up

@YNWIM:$NIO Inc.(NIO)$ Living and working in China, am confronted with Nio every day and my impression is they are making huge progress lately - the only real luxury car brand in China and only in last 2-3 months they have overtaken many of their competitors and just sold over 20,000 in July - more than Volvo, Lexus, Jaguar, Infiniti, Lincoln and many others and EV only. After years of struggle they finally seem to get an edge on scalability to pave a way to profit. They do spend a lot of cash but seem to have deep pockets and this way their investment on quality and innovation can pay out. Significantly more potential to the upside I would assume.
