Gains of 9% might not seem like all that much compared to the double-digit percentage gains we've seen in past years. But given everything that's happening in the economy, it's not surprising to see investors rein in their expectations somewhat on some of the top-performing stocks in the market.
\n
Yet even with the gains the overall market has seen, there are still some Dow stocks that haven't climbed as far as they might. In particular, analysts looking at three stocks among the Dow Jones Industrials see the potential for substantial gains in the second half of 2021 and beyond. Below, we'll look at these three companies to see what it'll take for them to produce the big returns that investors want right now.
\n
UnitedHealth: 34% upside
\n
UnitedHealth Group (NYSE:UNH) has already put in a reasonable performance in the Dow so far this year. The health insurance giant's stock is up about 11% year to date, outpacing the broader average very slightly.
\n
Yet investors see a lot more upside for the healthcare giant. The top price target among Wall Street analysts for UnitedHealth is $522 per share, which implies roughly a 34% gain from current levels.
\n
UnitedHealth has done an excellent job of navigating the ever-changing landscape of the healthcare and health insurance industries. As the largest health insurance company in the world, UnitedHealth offers coverage not just for private businesses but also for those eligible for government programs like Medicare and Medicaid.
\n
Indeed, UnitedHealth's handling of plans under the Affordable Care Act has been masterful, with the company having participated in the program better known as Obamacare while not overcommitting to it. With the Supreme Court having recently upheld the validity of the Affordable Care Act, UnitedHealth finds itself in a strong position to keep benefiting from its mix of business.
\n

\n
\n
Yet many overlook the value of UnitedHealth's Optum health services unit. By aiming to help providers encourage health and wellness, Optum generates higher-margin revenue while often producing better outcomes for patients and members. With both growth drivers pushing the company forward, UnitedHealth looks well poised to keep climbing.
\n
Goldman Sachs: 36% upside
\n
Wall Street has enjoyed the bull market in stocks, and that's been a blessing for investment bank Goldman Sachs (NYSE:GS). The perennial financial giant has seen its stock rise 34% so far in 2021 after less impressive performance during 2020.
\n
On one hand, Goldman has reflected the broader performance of financial stocks across the market. Interest rates have generally been on the rise, and that's bolstered the prospects for more net-interest income from retail banking operations. Goldman lags behind its big-bank peers on the consumer banking front, but its relatively new Marcus unit has done a good job of attracting capital thus far.
\n
On the other hand, Goldman continues to rely on its investment banking operations, and strong activity levels among initial public offerings and mergers and acquisitions (M&A) have fed the company's coffers nicely. Financing remains relatively easy to get, and that could spur more M&A activity that in turn could keep growing revenue for Goldman's investment banking division. Add to that possible tailwinds from macroeconomic factors, and it is in a solid position to climb as high as the $484 per share that represents the top price target among those following the financial stock.
\n
Apple: 42% upside
\n
Lastly, Apple (NASDAQ:AAPL) rounds out this list. Recently fetching $130 per share, some see the iPhone maker's stock climbing to $185. That'd be a 42% jump to help Apple recover from its 2% loss so far in 2021.
\n
Apple's gains have continued to impress. Revenue jumped 54% in its most recent quarter, with sales of the iPhone 12 and various other products and accessories continuing to drive sales for the company. Returning capital to shareholders via dividends and stock buybacks has had a substantial impact on financial performance, especially with the number of outstanding shares having plunged by roughly 35% in just the past decade.
\n
Many fear that Apple hasn't generated the innovative product lines that drove its success in the mid-2000s. However, at least for now, consumers seem content with iterations on existing product lines, and as long as that remains a successful strategy, further gains for the stock seem realistic.
\n
Further to run?
\n
Even with solid gains for the Dow in 2021, the long-term trajectory for stocks remains upward. That's a big part of why Apple, Goldman Sachs, and UnitedHealth Group look as promising as they do. Smart investors should at least keep an eye on these three stocks to see if they can live up to their full potential.
","source":"fool_stock","collect":0,"html":"\n
\n
\n\n\n\n
These 3 Dow Stocks Are Set to Soar in 2021's Second Half
\n\n
\n
\n
\n
\n
\nThese 3 Dow Stocks Are Set to Soar in 2021's Second Half\n
\n\n
\n\n\n2021-06-22 18:15 GMT+8 Motley Fool\n\n\n
\n\n
\n
\n
\n
The Dow Jones Industrial Average (DJINDICES:^DJI) has had a solid year so far in 2021. Smart investors should at least keep an eye on these three stocks to see if they can live up to their full potential.","news_type":1},"isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":138,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[],"imageCount":0,"langContent":"EN","totalScore":0},{"id":165697332,"gmtCreate":1624122347726,"gmtModify":1703829124874,"author":{"id":"3582025913833769","authorId":"3582025913833769","name":"Nivlachan","avatar":"https://static.tigerbbs.com/11ba34ab8416feb96ae19c2d2a5bf129","crmLevel":2,"crmLevelSwitch":0,"followedFlag":false,"idStr":"3582025913833769","authorIdStr":"3582025913833769"},"themes":[],"htmlText":"$ARK Fintech Innovation ETF(ARKF)$Come on","listText":"$ARK Fintech Innovation ETF(ARKF)$Come on","text":"$ARK Fintech Innovation ETF(ARKF)$Come on","images":[{"img":"https://static.tigerbbs.com/02cd0c45770f49ec8faec3a2680382bb","width":"1125","height":"1949"}],"top":1,"highlighted":1,"essential":1,"paper":1,"likeSize":1,"commentSize":0,"repostSize":0,"link":"https://ttm.financial/post/165697332","isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":142,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[],"imageCount":1,"langContent":"EN","totalScore":0},{"id":166123236,"gmtCreate":1623997612225,"gmtModify":1703826119962,"author":{"id":"3582025913833769","authorId":"3582025913833769","name":"Nivlachan","avatar":"https://static.tigerbbs.com/11ba34ab8416feb96ae19c2d2a5bf129","crmLevel":2,"crmLevelSwitch":0,"followedFlag":false,"idStr":"3582025913833769","authorIdStr":"3582025913833769"},"themes":[],"htmlText":"$NextDecade Corporation(NEXT)$, wonder when will u be back up!","listText":"$NextDecade Corporation(NEXT)$, wonder when will u be back up!","text":"$NextDecade Corporation(NEXT)$, wonder when will u be back up!","images":[],"top":1,"highlighted":1,"essential":1,"paper":1,"likeSize":3,"commentSize":0,"repostSize":1,"link":"https://ttm.financial/post/166123236","isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":282,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[],"imageCount":0,"langContent":"EN","totalScore":0},{"id":166116448,"gmtCreate":1623996223084,"gmtModify":1703826082195,"author":{"id":"3582025913833769","authorId":"3582025913833769","name":"Nivlachan","avatar":"https://static.tigerbbs.com/11ba34ab8416feb96ae19c2d2a5bf129","crmLevel":2,"crmLevelSwitch":0,"followedFlag":false,"idStr":"3582025913833769","authorIdStr":"3582025913833769"},"themes":[],"htmlText":"Join!!","listText":"Join!!","text":"Join!!","images":[],"top":1,"highlighted":1,"essential":1,"paper":1,"likeSize":0,"commentSize":0,"repostSize":0,"link":"https://ttm.financial/post/166116448","repostId":"114899451","repostType":1,"repost":{"id":114899451,"gmtCreate":1623063308869,"gmtModify":1704195267674,"author":{"id":"36984908995200","authorId":"36984908995200","name":"小虎活动","avatar":"https://static.tigerbbs.com/44a4f89726b3f6319d06a0075bf9ff76","crmLevel":1,"crmLevelSwitch":0,"followedFlag":false,"idStr":"36984908995200","authorIdStr":"36984908995200"},"themes":[],"title":"【老虎7週年】集卡瓜分百萬獎金","htmlText":"老虎7週年給大家發福利了,集齊TIGER五個字母即有機會瓜分百萬獎金,你準備好了嗎? Eight of the 18 policymakers see at least three rate hikes by then.
\n
And though the Fed made no forecasts about its $120 billion monthly bond-buying program - which, along with rock-bottom interest rates, is keeping borrowing costs low and supporting economic growth - policymakers have said they will phase out the program before they begin raising rates.
\n
Following the 2007-2009 financial crisis and recession, it was a full two years from the formal announcement in December 2013 of the bond-buying taper to the first interest rate increase. The taper wrapped up in 10 months and left a still-wobbly economy more than a year to prepare for higher borrowing costs. It was another full year between the first and second rate hikes.
\n
This time, the Fed is most likely to launch the taper in January, according to a Reuters poll. Getting two rate hikes in by the end of 2023, as the forecasts showed on Tuesday, would substantially shorten the runway for the handoff from the taper to a rates liftoff, and the rate increases also are projected to come more quickly.
\n
ON THE SAME PAGE WITH MARKETS?
\n
That's not to say the shift in gears, from easing policy to slowly tightening it, is imminent.
\n
The economy, Fed Chair Jerome Powell noted on Wednesday, still has \"a ways\" to go before it will have healed enough for the Fed to start paring the monthly bond purchases. And the timing of the rates liftoff isn't even in the conversation, he said.
\n
The Fed's rate projections have made half-point jumps before, particularly in the 2014-2016 period when the central bank was beginning its exit from the policies used during the earlier financial crisis.
\n
But at that point the central bank was also in the middle of a consequential rethink about how the economy worked, and in particular was steadily lowering its estimates of the long-run \"neutral\" rate of interest used to assess whether monetary policy is encouraging or discouraging economic activity. Those markdowns were driving estimates of its own policy rate lower as well.
\n
This time, the Fed is more directly shaping its outlook to immediate economic conditions.
\n
The main message from the Fed's new forecasts, Powell told reporters after the end of the central bank's latest two-day policy meeting, is that \"many participants are more comfortable that the economic conditions in the (policy) committee’s forward guidance will be met somewhat sooner than previously anticipated.\"
\n
That, he added, \"would be a welcome development: If such outcomes materialize, it means the economy will have made faster progress toward our goals.\"
\n
It would also be different from the last time around, when the economy as it recovered from the financial crisis regularly fell short of the forecasts that Fed policymakers penciled in each quarter.
\n
Powell said the Fed would, starting at its meeting next month, begin to assess whether the economy has made enough progress toward its 2% inflation and full employment goals to justify reducing bond purchases, and would be \"orderly, methodical and transparent.\"
\n
That's yet another departure from the blueprint used last time.
\n
\"In 2013, it was the Fed initiating the conversation about taper, and the markets were taken off guard,\" said Ellen Gaske, an economist at PGIM Fixed Income. This time, she said, \"it’s clear that markets and the Fed are in large part on the same page.\"
\n
That has occurred even though the Fed's forecasts represent such a big turnaround from March, when the bulk of the policymaking committee saw no rate increases until 2024, and most of Wall Street expected the Fed would continue its $120 billion in monthly asset purchases through at least the end of 2021.
\n
\"We still think it would be pretty rushed to see tapering begin before December,\" JPMorgan economist Michael Feroli wrote on Wednesday.
","collect":0,"html":"\n
\n
\n\n\n\n
Fed is about to shift gears, but this time it may be different
\n\n
\n
\n
\n
\n
\nFed is about to shift gears, but this time it may be different\n
\n\n
\n\n\n\n\n\n

\n\n
\n
Reuters
\n
2021-06-17 21:13
\n
\n\n\n\n\n
\n\n
\n
\n
June 17 (Reuters) - Federal Reserve officials, increasingly confident the U.S. economy is recovering fast from the pandemic-induced recession, have begun telegraphing an exit from the central bank's extraordinarily easy monetary policy that so far is smoother and signaled to be speedier than when the reins were tightened after the last crisis.
\n
Though policymakers have yet to agree on a plan, most expect that by the end of 2023 they will have raised the Fed's benchmark short-term interest rate at least twice from the current near-zero level, forecasts published by the central bank on Wednesday show. Those markdowns were driving estimates of its own policy rate lower as well.\nThis time, the Fed is more directly shaping its outlook to immediate economic conditions.\nThe main message from the Fed's new forecasts, Powell told reporters after the end of the central bank's latest two-day policy meeting, is that \"many participants are more comfortable that the economic conditions in the (policy) committee’s forward guidance will be met somewhat sooner than previously anticipated.\"\nThat, he added, \"would be a welcome development: If such outcomes materialize, it means the economy will have made faster progress toward our goals.\"\nIt would also be different from the last time around, when the economy as it recovered from the financial crisis regularly fell short of the forecasts that Fed policymakers penciled in each quarter.\nPowell said the Fed would, starting at its meeting next month, begin to assess whether the economy has made enough progress toward its 2% inflation and full employment goals to justify reducing bond purchases, and would be \"orderly, methodical and transparent.\"\nThat's yet another departure from the blueprint used last time.\n\"In 2013, it was the Fed initiating the conversation about taper, and the markets were taken off guard,\" said Ellen Gaske, an economist at PGIM Fixed Income. This time, she said, \"it’s clear that markets and the Fed are in large part on the same page.\"\nThat has occurred even though the Fed's forecasts represent such a big turnaround from March, when the bulk of the policymaking committee saw no rate increases until 2024, and most of Wall Street expected the Fed would continue its $120 billion in monthly asset purchases through at least the end of 2021.\n\"We still think it would be pretty rushed to see tapering begin before December,\" JPMorgan economist Michael Feroli wrote on Wednesday.","news_type":1},"isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":119,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[],"imageCount":0,"langContent":"EN","totalScore":0},{"id":163859430,"gmtCreate":1623874236820,"gmtModify":1703822100430,"author":{"id":"3582025913833769","authorId":"3582025913833769","name":"Nivlachan","avatar":"https://static.tigerbbs.com/11ba34ab8416feb96ae19c2d2a5bf129","crmLevel":2,"crmLevelSwitch":0,"followedFlag":false,"idStr":"3582025913833769","authorIdStr":"3582025913833769"},"themes":[],"htmlText":"These activities make trading more interesting ","listText":"These activities make trading more interesting ","text":"These activities make trading more interesting","images":[],"top":1,"highlighted":1,"essential":1,"paper":1,"likeSize":1,"commentSize":0,"repostSize":0,"link":"https://ttm.financial/post/163859430","repostId":"114899451","repostType":1,"repost":{"id":114899451,"gmtCreate":1623063308869,"gmtModify":1704195267674,"author":{"id":"36984908995200","authorId":"36984908995200","name":"小虎活动","avatar":"https://static.tigerbbs.com/44a4f89726b3f6319d06a0075bf9ff76","crmLevel":1,"crmLevelSwitch":0,"followedFlag":false,"idStr":"36984908995200","authorIdStr":"36984908995200"},"themes":[],"title":"【老虎7週年】集卡瓜分百萬獎金","htmlText":"老虎7週年給大家發福利了,集齊TIGER五個字母即有機會瓜分百萬獎金,你準備好了嗎? Here’s What to Expect.","url":"https://stock-news.laohu8.com/highlight/detail?id=1121126533","media":"Barrons","summary":"The core debate on Netflix stock is whether the streaming video giant can maintain its subscriber gr","content":"
The core debate on Netflix stock is whether the streaming video giant can maintain its subscriber growth amid growing competition from new streaming services and from other forms of entertainment as the economy begins to emerge from the Covid-19 shutdown.
\n
Investors will get some new clues on that question on Tuesday, when Netflix (ticker: NFLX) reports first-quarter financial results.
\n
In reporting fourth-quarter results, Netflix projected March quarter revenue of $7.1 billion, with earnings of $2.97 a share, and 6 million net new subscribers. The net-add forecast for the March quarter is down from the 15.8 million spike in subscribers driven by Covid-19 in the year-ago first quarter.
\n
The company expects operating margin in the March quarter to jump to 25%, from 16.6% a year ago and 14.4% in the fourth quarter.
\n
Last quarter,Netflix surprised Wall Street with the news that it now expects to be cash flow break-even or better moving forward—and that it has begun considering stock buybacks. Netflix had $1.9 billion in positive free cash flow in 2020, thanks to lower production costs as a result of the pandemic, compared with a $3.3 billion cash flow loss in 2019. For 2021, Netflix expects to break even on a cash flow basis. Fourth-quarter cash flow was negative $138 million.
\n
Netflix also said that with $8.2 billion in cash and an untouched $750 million credit facility, “we believe we no longer have a need to raise external financing for our day-to-day operations.” In addition, the streaming giant said it had about $16 billion in debt overall and expects to maintain $10 billion to $15 billion in gross debt over time. Netflix said it would “explore returning cash to shareholders through ongoing stock buybacks,” something it hasn’t done since 2011.
\n
The stock shot higher on that news, but has since eased back, as attention turns to the potential for slowing near-term subscriber growth. Analyst sentiment heading into earnings is mixed.
\n
Piper Sandler analyst Thomas Champion, who has an Overweight rating and $605 target price on Netflix, is bullish on the stock heading into the report. While noting that the company was a beneficiary of the pandemic, he thinks Netflix will benefit from a combination of “a strong consumer” as the economy reopens, a clamp-down on password sharing, and “a pandemic tailwind that may remain in Europe.” Champion notes that a recent Piper survey of teens found that they allocate 32% of video consumption to Netflix, versus 8% for Hulu, the second-most popular subscription video service.
\n
UBS analyst John Hodulik notes that investors have become increasingly focused on how summer seasonality might manifest this year, given a reopening economy and the potential for added churn from higher subscription prices in some markets. The stock could remain volatile in the short-to-medium term, he warns. But the analyst “continues to view Netflix as the long-term winner within streaming media and remains constructive on the fundamentals.” He keeps a Buy rating and $650 target price on Netflix shares.
\n
Raymond James analyst Andrew Marok, who has a Market Perform rating on Netflix shares, remains cautious on the stock for now. The net-add forecast for the March quarter is down from the 15.8 million spike in subscribers driven by Covid-19 in the year-ago first quarter.\nThe company expects operating margin in the March quarter to jump to 25%, from 16.6% a year ago and 14.4% in the fourth quarter.\nLast quarter,Netflix surprised Wall Street with the news that it now expects to be cash flow break-even or better moving forward—and that it has begun considering stock buybacks. Netflix had $1.9 billion in positive free cash flow in 2020, thanks to lower production costs as a result of the pandemic, compared with a $3.3 billion cash flow loss in 2019. For 2021, Netflix expects to break even on a cash flow basis. Fourth-quarter cash flow was negative $138 million.\nNetflix also said that with $8.2 billion in cash and an untouched $750 million credit facility, “we believe we no longer have a need to raise external financing for our day-to-day operations.” In addition, the streaming giant said it had about $16 billion in debt overall and expects to maintain $10 billion to $15 billion in gross debt over time. Netflix said it would “explore returning cash to shareholders through ongoing stock buybacks,” something it hasn’t done since 2011.\nThe stock shot higher on that news, but has since eased back, as attention turns to the potential for slowing near-term subscriber growth. Analyst sentiment heading into earnings is mixed.\nPiper Sandler analyst Thomas Champion, who has an Overweight rating and $605 target price on Netflix, is bullish on the stock heading into the report. While noting that the company was a beneficiary of the pandemic, he thinks Netflix will benefit from a combination of “a strong consumer” as the economy reopens, a clamp-down on password sharing, and “a pandemic tailwind that may remain in Europe.” Champion notes that a recent Piper survey of teens found that they allocate 32% of video consumption to Netflix, versus 8% for Hulu, the second-most popular subscription video service.\nUBS analyst John Hodulik notes that investors have become increasingly focused on how summer seasonality might manifest this year, given a reopening economy and the potential for added churn from higher subscription prices in some markets. The stock could remain volatile in the short-to-medium term, he warns. But the analyst “continues to view Netflix as the long-term winner within streaming media and remains constructive on the fundamentals.” He keeps a Buy rating and $650 target price on Netflix shares.\nRaymond James analyst Andrew Marok, who has a Market Perform rating on Netflix shares, remains cautious on the stock for now. Marok continues to view Netflix as a “long-term winner in the video-on-demand space,” he writes. He does see some near-terms risks, however: the pace of subscriber additions post-pandemic, the impact of the pandemic on 2021 content releases, and scaling competition from cheaper competitive subscription services.\nFor Netflix’s June quarter, Wall Street consensus calls for revenue of $7.4 billion, earnings of $2.69 a share, and 4.4 million net subscriber additions.","news_type":1},"isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":210,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[],"imageCount":0,"langContent":"EN","totalScore":0}],"hots":[{"id":166123236,"gmtCreate":1623997612225,"gmtModify":1703826119962,"author":{"id":"3582025913833769","authorId":"3582025913833769","name":"Nivlachan","avatar":"https://static.tigerbbs.com/11ba34ab8416feb96ae19c2d2a5bf129","crmLevel":2,"crmLevelSwitch":0,"followedFlag":false,"idStr":"3582025913833769","authorIdStr":"3582025913833769"},"themes":[],"htmlText":"$NextDecade Corporation(NEXT)$, wonder when will u be back up!","listText":"$NextDecade Corporation(NEXT)$, wonder when will u be back up!","text":"$NextDecade Corporation(NEXT)$, wonder when will u be back up!","images":[],"top":1,"highlighted":1,"essential":1,"paper":1,"likeSize":3,"commentSize":0,"repostSize":1,"link":"https://ttm.financial/post/166123236","isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":282,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[],"imageCount":0,"langContent":"EN","totalScore":0},{"id":161495349,"gmtCreate":1623937518081,"gmtModify":1703823967121,"author":{"id":"3582025913833769","authorId":"3582025913833769","name":"Nivlachan","avatar":"https://static.tigerbbs.com/11ba34ab8416feb96ae19c2d2a5bf129","crmLevel":2,"crmLevelSwitch":0,"followedFlag":false,"idStr":"3582025913833769","authorIdStr":"3582025913833769"},"themes":[],"htmlText":"Hmm","listText":"Hmm","text":"Hmm","images":[],"top":1,"highlighted":1,"essential":1,"paper":1,"likeSize":3,"commentSize":1,"repostSize":0,"link":"https://ttm.financial/post/161495349","repostId":"2144490227","repostType":4,"repost":{"id":"2144490227","weMediaInfo":{"introduction":"Reuters.com brings you the latest news from around the world, covering breaking news in markets, business, politics, entertainment and technology","home_visible":1,"media_name":"Reuters","id":"1036604489","head_image":"https://static.tigerbbs.com/443ce19704621c837795676028cec868"},"pubTimestamp":1623935592,"share":"https://ttm.financial/m/news/2144490227?lang=&edition=fundamental","pubTime":"2021-06-17 21:13","market":"us","language":"en","title":"Fed is about to shift gears, but this time it may be different","url":"https://stock-news.laohu8.com/highlight/detail?id=2144490227","media":"Reuters","summary":"June 17 (Reuters) - Federal Reserve officials, increasingly confident the U.S. economy is recovering","content":"
It was another full year between the first and second rate hikes.
\n
This time, the Fed is most likely to launch the taper in January, according to a Reuters poll.
Marok continues to view Netflix as a “long-term winner in the video-on-demand space,” he writes. He does see some near-terms risks, however: the pace of subscriber additions post-pandemic, the impact of the pandemic on 2021 content releases, and scaling competition from cheaper competitive subscription services.
\n
For Netflix’s June quarter, Wall Street consensus calls for revenue of $7.4 billion, earnings of $2.69 a share, and 4.4 million net subscriber additions.
","source":"lsy1601382232898","collect":0,"html":"\n
\n
\n\n\n\n
Netflix Reports Earnings Tuesday.

\n\n
\n
\n
\n
The Dow Jones Industrial Average (DJINDICES:^DJI) has had a solid year so far in 2021. In particular, analysts looking at three stocks among the Dow Jones Industrials see the potential for substantial gains in the second half of 2021 and beyond. Below, we'll look at these three companies to see what it'll take for them to produce the big returns that investors want right now.\nUnitedHealth: 34% upside\nUnitedHealth Group (NYSE:UNH) has already put in a reasonable performance in the Dow so far this year. The health insurance giant's stock is up about 11% year to date, outpacing the broader average very slightly.\nYet investors see a lot more upside for the healthcare giant. The top price target among Wall Street analysts for UnitedHealth is $522 per share, which implies roughly a 34% gain from current levels.\nUnitedHealth has done an excellent job of navigating the ever-changing landscape of the healthcare and health insurance industries. As the largest health insurance company in the world, UnitedHealth offers coverage not just for private businesses but also for those eligible for government programs like Medicare and Medicaid.\nIndeed, UnitedHealth's handling of plans under the Affordable Care Act has been masterful, with the company having participated in the program better known as Obamacare while not overcommitting to it. With the Supreme Court having recently upheld the validity of the Affordable Care Act, UnitedHealth finds itself in a strong position to keep benefiting from its mix of business.\n\nImage source: Getty Images.\nYet many overlook the value of UnitedHealth's Optum health services unit. By aiming to help providers encourage health and wellness, Optum generates higher-margin revenue while often producing better outcomes for patients and members. With both growth drivers pushing the company forward, UnitedHealth looks well poised to keep climbing.\nGoldman Sachs: 36% upside\nWall Street has enjoyed the bull market in stocks, and that's been a blessing for investment bank Goldman Sachs (NYSE:GS). The perennial financial giant has seen its stock rise 34% so far in 2021 after less impressive performance during 2020.\nOn one hand, Goldman has reflected the broader performance of financial stocks across the market. Interest rates have generally been on the rise, and that's bolstered the prospects for more net-interest income from retail banking operations. Goldman lags behind its big-bank peers on the consumer banking front, but its relatively new Marcus unit has done a good job of attracting capital thus far.\nOn the other hand, Goldman continues to rely on its investment banking operations, and strong activity levels among initial public offerings and mergers and acquisitions (M&A) have fed the company's coffers nicely. Financing remains relatively easy to get, and that could spur more M&A activity that in turn could keep growing revenue for Goldman's investment banking division. Add to that possible tailwinds from macroeconomic factors, and it is in a solid position to climb as high as the $484 per share that represents the top price target among those following the financial stock.\nApple: 42% upside\nLastly, Apple (NASDAQ:AAPL) rounds out this list. Recently fetching $130 per share, some see the iPhone maker's stock climbing to $185. That'd be a 42% jump to help Apple recover from its 2% loss so far in 2021.\nApple's gains have continued to impress. Revenue jumped 54% in its most recent quarter, with sales of the iPhone 12 and various other products and accessories continuing to drive sales for the company. Returning capital to shareholders via dividends and stock buybacks has had a substantial impact on financial performance, especially with the number of outstanding shares having plunged by roughly 35% in just the past decade.\nMany fear that Apple hasn't generated the innovative product lines that drove its success in the mid-2000s. However, at least for now, consumers seem content with iterations on existing product lines, and as long as that remains a successful strategy, further gains for the stock seem realistic.\nFurther to run?\nEven with solid gains for the Dow in 2021, the long-term trajectory for stocks remains upward. That's a big part of why Apple, Goldman Sachs, and UnitedHealth Group look as promising as they do. Smart investors should at least keep an eye on these three stocks to see if they can live up to their full potential.","news_type":1},"isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":138,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[],"imageCount":0,"langContent":"EN","totalScore":0},{"id":166116448,"gmtCreate":1623996223084,"gmtModify":1703826082195,"author":{"id":"3582025913833769","authorId":"3582025913833769","name":"Nivlachan","avatar":"https://static.tigerbbs.com/11ba34ab8416feb96ae19c2d2a5bf129","crmLevel":2,"crmLevelSwitch":0,"followedFlag":false,"idStr":"3582025913833769","authorIdStr":"3582025913833769"},"themes":[],"htmlText":"Join!!","listText":"Join!!","text":"Join!!","images":[],"top":1,"highlighted":1,"essential":1,"paper":1,"likeSize":0,"commentSize":0,"repostSize":0,"link":"https://ttm.financial/post/166116448","repostId":"114899451","repostType":1,"repost":{"id":114899451,"gmtCreate":1623063308869,"gmtModify":1704195267674,"author":{"id":"36984908995200","authorId":"36984908995200","name":"小虎活动","avatar":"https://static.tigerbbs.com/44a4f89726b3f6319d06a0075bf9ff76","crmLevel":1,"crmLevelSwitch":0,"followedFlag":false,"idStr":"36984908995200","authorIdStr":"36984908995200"},"themes":[],"title":"【老虎7週年】集卡瓜分百萬獎金","htmlText":"老虎7週年給大家發福利了,集齊TIGER五個字母即有機會瓜分百萬獎金,你準備好了嗎? 戳我即可參與活動 如何參與? 用戶可通過完成活動頁面展示的當日任務列表來獲得字母卡,每完成一個任務即可隨機獲得一個字母,用戶集齊“TIGER”五個字母即可參與瓜分百萬股票代金券,每個用戶單日最多可獲得20張字母卡(不包括好友贈予和魔法卡)。 用戶在活動期間邀請累計7名好友完成註冊並開戶(註冊時間和開戶時間均在活動期間),即可獲得一張魔法卡(每人僅可獲得一張魔法卡)。魔法卡可用於兌換TIGER中的任意一個字母。如果用戶的某一字母卡數量爲0,則字母卡爲灰色,用戶可通過點擊灰色的字母卡向好友索要卡片;如果用戶的字母卡數量大於0,則字母卡爲彩色,用戶可通過點擊彩色的字母卡向好友贈送卡片。當用戶集齊TIGER之後將無法再索要卡片或者贈送卡片。 如何獲得獎勵? 用戶可在2021年7月1日至2021年7月2日期間進行開獎,所有集齊TIGER的客戶可點擊活動頁面的“開獎”按鈕,即可查看自己瓜分到的股票代金券獎勵。在開獎時間段內未點擊開獎的用戶將無法獲得獎勵。 獎勵發放: 股票代金券將在開獎後的1個工作日內發放至用戶的獎勵中心,用戶需要在獎勵發放後的20天內前往【Tiger Trade APP > 我的 > 活動獎勵】領取,過期未領取的獎勵將自動失效。 重要提示: 本次7週年活動涉及不同國家和地區,由於各地區的監管要求不同,不同地區的活動獎勵會有所區別。欲知詳情,請點擊下方活動鏈接,登陸您的賬號,並點擊“活動規則“查看詳情。","listText":"老虎7週年給大家發福利了,集齊TIGER五個字母即有機會瓜分百萬獎金,你準備好了嗎? 戳我即可參與活動 如何參與? 用戶可通過完成活動頁面展示的當日任務列表來獲得字母卡,每完成一個任務即可隨機獲得一個字母,用戶集齊“TIGER”五個字母即可參與瓜分百萬股票代金券,每個用戶單日最多可獲得20張字母卡(不包括好友贈予和魔法卡)。 用戶在活動期間邀請累計7名好友完成註冊並開戶(註冊時間和開戶時間均在活動期間),即可獲得一張魔法卡(每人僅可獲得一張魔法卡)。魔法卡可用於兌換TIGER中的任意一個字母。如果用戶的某一字母卡數量爲0,則字母卡爲灰色,用戶可通過點擊灰色的字母卡向好友索要卡片;如果用戶的字母卡數量大於0,則字母卡爲彩色,用戶可通過點擊彩色的字母卡向好友贈送卡片。當用戶集齊TIGER之後將無法再索要卡片或者贈送卡片。 如何獲得獎勵? 用戶可在2021年7月1日至2021年7月2日期間進行開獎,所有集齊TIGER的客戶可點擊活動頁面的“開獎”按鈕,即可查看自己瓜分到的股票代金券獎勵。在開獎時間段內未點擊開獎的用戶將無法獲得獎勵。 獎勵發放: 股票代金券將在開獎後的1個工作日內發放至用戶的獎勵中心,用戶需要在獎勵發放後的20天內前往【Tiger Trade APP > 我的 > 活動獎勵】領取,過期未領取的獎勵將自動失效。 重要提示: 本次7週年活動涉及不同國家和地區,由於各地區的監管要求不同,不同地區的活動獎勵會有所區別。欲知詳情,請點擊下方活動鏈接,登陸您的賬號,並點擊“活動規則“查看詳情。","text":"老虎7週年給大家發福利了,集齊TIGER五個字母即有機會瓜分百萬獎金,你準備好了嗎? 戳我即可參與活動 \u0001如何參與? 用戶可通過完成活動頁面展示的當日任務列表來獲得字母卡,每完成一個任務即可隨機獲得一個字母,用戶集齊“TIGER”五個字母即可參與瓜分百萬股票代金券,每個用戶單日最多可獲得20張字母卡(不包括好友贈予和魔法卡)。 用戶在活動期間邀請累計7名好友完成註冊並開戶(註冊時間和開戶時間均在活動期間),即可獲得一張魔法卡(每人僅可獲得一張魔法卡)。魔法卡可用於兌換TIGER中的任意一個字母。\u0001如果用戶的某一字母卡數量爲0,則字母卡爲灰色,用戶可通過點擊灰色的字母卡向好友索要卡片;如果用戶的字母卡數量大於0,則字母卡爲彩色,用戶可通過點擊彩色的字母卡向好友贈送卡片。當用戶集齊TIGER之後將無法再索要卡片或者贈送卡片。 \u0001 \u0001如何獲得獎勵? 用戶可在2021年7月1日至2021年7月2日期間進行開獎,所有集齊TIGER的客戶可點擊活動頁面的“開獎”按鈕,即可查看自己瓜分到的股票代金券獎勵。在開獎時間段內未點擊開獎的用戶將無法獲得獎勵。\u0001 獎勵發放: 股票代金券將在開獎後的1個工作日內發放至用戶的獎勵中心,用戶需要在獎勵發放後的20天內前往【Tiger Trade APP > 我的 > 活動獎勵】領取,過期未領取的獎勵將自動失效。 重要提示: 本次7週年活動涉及不同國家和地區,由於各地區的監管要求不同,不同地區的活動獎勵會有所區別。欲知詳情,請點擊下方活動鏈接,登陸您的賬號,並點擊“活動規則“查看詳情。","images":[{"img":"https://static.tigerbbs.com/fd956a9c2fc9ee609753ae5f967072a7","width":"415","height":"616"},{"img":"https://static.tigerbbs.com/92e88357b534f504b3088bc22f577a83","width":"415","height":"326"},{"img":"https://static.tigerbbs.com/fe0400cc487fb56f85d401ab03df4d5e","width":"415","height":"356"}],"top":1,"highlighted":2,"essential":1,"paper":2,"likeSize":0,"commentSize":0,"repostSize":0,"link":"https://ttm.financial/post/114899451","isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":0,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[],"imageCount":8,"langContent":"CN","totalScore":0},"isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":138,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[],"imageCount":0,"langContent":"EN","totalScore":0}],"lives":[]}
