A spokeswoman for the Chinese carmaker declined to comment.</p>\n<p>A listing by Xpeng would end a brief hiatus in such share sales by U.S.-listed Chinese firms with online travel firmTrip.com Ltd.the last, raising about $1.25 billion in Hong Kong in April.
