FTX Group, his conglomerate of 130 entities—including the FTX exchange and Alameda Research, a market maker and trading firm—filed for U.S. bankruptcy protection on Friday.

Bankman-Fried resigned as CEO from the group, issuing a mea culpa on Twitter. “I’m really sorry, again, that we ended up here,” he said in a stream of tweets. “I’m piecing together all of the details, but I was shocked to see things unravel the way they did earlier this week,” he added.

Bankman-Fried wasn’t the only one expressing shock. FTX, the world’s second largest crypto exchange, collapsed over a few chaotic days, brought down by a liquidity crisis as customers lost confidence in the exchange. Essentially, it was an old-fashioned run on the bank, with no federal regulator or private entity willing to prop up FTX, unwind the operations, or contain the fallout.

The collateral damage is likely to be vast. FTX and Alameda played central roles in crypto trading, market making, lending, and bailouts of other firms. FTX had attracted investment from prominent venture-capital firms, pension funds, and hedge funds. Some of them invested in FTX at a valuation of $32 billion just a few months ago. They are now marking down their investments to zero.

The unraveling has already knocked more than $125 billion in market cap off Bitcoin and other tokens. FTX has frozen customer accounts. Its U.S. entity, FTX US, had said it would probably halt trading within days, though its website was still operational on Friday, including a pitch to “join some of the world’s biggest names who trust FTX,” showing photos of Tom Brady and Stephen Curry.

Other entities that have paused withdrawals include BlockFi, a crypto lender that FTX bailed out last summer. More entities and counterparties with exposure to FTX are likely to be revealed as the bankruptcy proceedings get rolling.

Regulators are now under far more pressure to ramp up supervision of an industry that has so far thrived on opacity and a lack of clear rules. “I hope some of these firms take note and actually work with us and get registered, or we’ll certainly be doing what we need to do, being a cop on the beat,” said Securities and Exchange Commission Chair Gary Gensler at a conference on Wednesday.

It’s unclear how crypto will clean up its latest mess. Indeed, what little credibility crypto had is being tested anew, raising questions about whether the whole edifice will simply crumble under its own weight.

“Those who were skeptical about crypto will become even more skeptical. They’re not wrong to feel that way,” says Ric Edelman, head of the Digital Assets Council of Financial Professionals.

Before his empire fell apart, Bankman-Fried had been viewed as a kind of crypto philosopher king. A 30-year-old Californian, educated at Massachusetts Institute of Technology, he built FTX and Alameda into the very fabric of crypto infrastructure, playing a leading role in derivatives, trading, and market-making activity.

As FTX and its related entities grew into a multibillion-dollar empire, Bankman-Fried parlayed his wealth and prominence widely. He spent millions on sports, including naming rights to the Miami Heat’s National Basketball Association arena and sponsorship of Formula 1 racing cars. He also promised to donate most of his fortune to charities. And he became a fixture on Capitol Hill, arguing for regulation and donating to political campaigns in a bid to bring crypto into the mainstream.

Bankman-Fried also built a reputation as a crypto white knight—a banker of last resort. BlockFi and Voyager Digitalboth got bailouts or lines of credit, though Voyager didn’t survive. Bankman-Fried also invested in other crypto platforms, including Robinhood Markets (ticker: HOOD), owning a 7.5% stake in the company worth $570 million at recent prices.

The collapse of FTX could prove costly, well beyond crypto. FTX’s venture-capital investors included big names like Sequoia Capital, Tiger Global Management, and the Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan. Sequoia now says that its investment is worth zero.

Analysts expect more companies to reveal exposures and losses. “There could be other cascading failures that could emerge,” says Lucas Nuzzi, head of research and development at Coin Metrics, a research firm working on a report that may identify additional counterparties to FTX and Alameda.

One immediate impact, of course, is sheer fear of crypto. Potential investors in start-ups are now more likely to shy away, says Antonio Juliano, CEO of dYdX, one of the largest decentralized-finance, or DeFi, exchanges. “This will decrease interest in crypto for the short to medium term,” he says.

There may also be a chill on crypto demand as investors question whether their tokens, custodied through brokerages and exchanges, will be accessible in the event of a bankruptcy. FTX used customer assets for trading at Alameda without their knowledge, according to media reports. When Alameda couldn’t meet its obligations, it spilled over to FTX’s customer base.

Equity brokerages and exchanges regulated by the SEC would never be allowed to use customer assets in that way. Those lines are largely absent in crypto, however. U.S. exchange are licensed by states as money-transfer businesses. FTX Group, his conglomerate of 130 entities—including the FTX exchange and Alameda Research, a market maker and trading firm—filed for U.S. bankruptcy protection on Friday.Bankman-Fried resigned as CEO from the group, issuing a mea culpa on Twitter. “I’m really sorry, again, that we ended up here,” he said in a stream of tweets. “I’m piecing together all of the details, but I was shocked to see things unravel the way they did earlier this week,” he added.Bankman-Fried wasn’t the only one expressing shock. Its U.S. entity, FTX US, had said it would probably halt trading within days, though its website was still operational on Friday, including a pitch to “join some of the world’s biggest names who trust FTX,” showing photos of Tom Brady and Stephen Curry.Other entities that have paused withdrawals include BlockFi, a crypto lender that FTX bailed out last summer. More entities and counterparties with exposure to FTX are likely to be revealed as the bankruptcy proceedings get rolling.Regulators are now under far more pressure to ramp up supervision of an industry that has so far thrived on opacity and a lack of clear rules. Indeed, what little credibility crypto had is being tested anew, raising questions about whether the whole edifice will simply crumble under its own weight.“Those who were skeptical about crypto will become even more skeptical. And he became a fixture on Capitol Hill, arguing for regulation and donating to political campaigns in a bid to bring crypto into the mainstream.Bankman-Fried also built a reputation as a crypto white knight—a banker of last resort. Sequoia now says that its investment is worth zero.Analysts expect more companies to reveal exposures and losses. When Alameda couldn’t meet its obligations, it spilled over to FTX’s customer base.Equity brokerages and exchanges regulated by the SEC would never be allowed to use customer assets in that way. Those lines are largely absent in crypto, however. U.S. exchange are licensed by states as money-transfer businesses. And there is no regulatory body supervising operations of global exchanges like Bahamas-based FTX.Coinbase Global (COIN), the largest U.S.-based exchange, said this past week that “there can’t be a run on the bank” at the firm and that it lends customer assets only with approval.Nonetheless, the collapse of FTX underscores the market’s concentration in a handful of companies. And it reveals how even two of the big players can shake the foundations.FTX’s demise started when CoinDesk reported that Alameda’s balance sheet consisted partly of a token called FTT, which is used for trading and commissions on the FTX exchange. Days later, Changpeng Zhao, the leader of Binance—the world’s largest crypto exchange—said he planned to unload more than $500 million worth of FTT that his firm had acquired. With that, the run on FTX began. On Sunday, FTX saw $5 billion in customer withdrawals. Bankman-Fried then sought emerging funding to cover shortfalls, estimated at $8 billion. On Tuesday, Binance appeared to be a savior, signing a letter of intent to buy FTX. The next day, Binance pulled out, saying that “the issues are beyond our control or ability to help.”Bankman-Fried has said that he thought it likely that Zhao never intended to buy FTX. “Well played; you won,” he said on Twitter, in an apparent allusion to Zhao taking out a rival.FTX did not respond to a request for comment. Binance declined to comment. The regulatory fallout is just starting. Democrats in Congress are calling for hearings, and the White House has weighed in. “The most recent news...highlights why prudent regulation of cryptocurrencies is indeed needed,” press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre told reporters.U.S. enforcement agencies are now expanding inquiries. If the SEC alleges that FTX broke securities laws, it could create liability for the entire industry. “That’s what can really shake the industry,” says Tyler Gellasch, a former SEC senior counsel.Representatives for the SEC and the Commodity Futures Trading Commission declined to comment.Even if FTX’s troubles seem remote, the damage is likely to keep affecting tokens, brokerages like Coinbase and Robinhood, and the many banks, lenders, and tech companies trying to build crypto businesses.“FTX and SBF were these megawatt stars in crypto and had garnered a lot of trust, not just among institutional investors but also among regulators,” says Morningstar’s Madeline Hume, referring to Bankman-Fried. “The risk of contagion has never been higher.”","news_type":1},"isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":299,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[],"imageCount":0,"langContent":"EN","totalScore":0},{"id":9987283160,"gmtCreate":1667919333250,"gmtModify":1676537984718,"author":{"id":"3585825870570498","authorId":"3585825870570498","name":"小笑資男","avatar":"https://static.tigerbbs.com/e46f289c252b26c2666e1285171099cb","crmLevel":2,"crmLevelSwitch":0,"followedFlag":false,"idStr":"3585825870570498","authorIdStr":"3585825870570498"},"themes":[],"htmlText":"read","listText":"read","text":"read","images":[],"top":1,"highlighted":1,"essential":1,"paper":1,"likeSize":9,"commentSize":1,"repostSize":0,"link":"https://ttm.financial/post/9987283160","repostId":"1156511618","repostType":2,"isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":423,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[],"imageCount":0,"langContent":"EN","totalScore":0},{"id":9918768922,"gmtCreate":1664458916166,"gmtModify":1676537459153,"author":{"id":"3585825870570498","authorId":"3585825870570498","name":"小笑資男","avatar":"https://static.tigerbbs.com/e46f289c252b26c2666e1285171099cb","crmLevel":2,"crmLevelSwitch":0,"followedFlag":false,"idStr":"3585825870570498","authorIdStr":"3585825870570498"},"themes":[],"htmlText":"read","listText":"read","text":"read","images":[],"top":1,"highlighted":1,"essential":1,"paper":1,"likeSize":0,"commentSize":0,"repostSize":0,"link":"https://ttm.financial/post/9918768922","repostId":"668191200","repostType":1,"isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":384,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[],"imageCount":0,"langContent":"EN","totalScore":0},{"id":9911628226,"gmtCreate":1664198770466,"gmtModify":1676537407937,"author":{"id":"3585825870570498","authorId":"3585825870570498","name":"小笑資男","avatar":"https://static.tigerbbs.com/e46f289c252b26c2666e1285171099cb","crmLevel":2,"crmLevelSwitch":0,"followedFlag":false,"idStr":"3585825870570498","authorIdStr":"3585825870570498"},"themes":[],"htmlText":"Read ","listText":"Read ","text":"Read","images":[],"top":1,"highlighted":1,"essential":1,"paper":1,"likeSize":1,"commentSize":0,"repostSize":0,"link":"https://ttm.financial/post/9911628226","repostId":"1137423752","repostType":4,"repost":{"id":"1137423752","weMediaInfo":{"introduction":"Providing stock market headlines, business news, financials and earnings ","home_visible":1,"media_name":"Tiger Newspress","id":"1079075236","head_image":"https://static.tigerbbs.com/8274c5b9d4c2852bfb1c4d6ce16c68ba"},"pubTimestamp":1664180044,"share":"https://ttm.financial/m/news/1137423752?lang=&edition=fundamental","pubTime":"2022-09-26 16:14","market":"us","language":"en","title":"Hot Chinese ADRs Gained in Premarket Trading","url":"https://stock-news.laohu8.com/highlight/detail?id=1137423752","media":"Tiger Newspress","summary":"Hot Chinese ADRs Gained in Premarket Trading. Noted investor and Ark Invest CEO Cathie Wood, meanwhile, has been scooping up shares of growth stocks for her various ARK exchange-traded funds (ETFs).

While I can't say that I agree with all of Wood's stock purchases over the past few months, there are some stocks that her funds have snatched up that would seem to fit well in other growth investors' portfolios. They include Ginkgo Bioworks, Monday.com, and Trimble. Let's find out a bit more about these three Cathie Wood stocks that are worth more consideration.

1. Ginkgo Bioworks

A leader in the field of synthetic biology, or synbio, Ginkgo Bioworks specializes in providing its customers with improved molecules. Essentially, the company acts like an architect. Customers -- from a variety of industries, including food, pharmaceuticals, and cosmetics -- inform Ginkgo of their needs, and Ginkgo designs the blueprints for new and improved microbes. Often, Ginkgo will earn royalties or equity interests as a result of these partnerships, providing the company with good foresight into future cash flows.

Like many growth stocks this year, shares of Ginkgo have fallen steeply -- about 68.7% -- as investors shy away from investments that represent higher degrees of risk. However, the stock's plunge is not reflective of something inherently wrong with the company. This is something with which Wood seems to be familiar. Throughout August, the ARK Innovation ETF has purchased more than 7.34 million shares of Ginkgo Bioworks.

The company doesn't project profitability on an adjusted earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA) basis until 2025. In the meantime, though, investors can monitor the company's ability to launch new programs -- 60 are forecasted in 2022 -- as a positive sign that the company's offerings are in consistently high demand.

2. Monday.com

Also appearing on Wood's shopping list is the open platform stock Monday.com. The ARK Next Generation Internet ETF has been steadily increasing its position in Monday.com throughout 2022, adding 164,500 shares in February through May and 30,075 shares, most recently, in June.

The advantage of Monday.com's platform is that it allows customers to develop a customizable workflow experience -- selecting from the different apps available on its platform -- without the need for complex coding or adherence to a nonflexible infrastructure. Simply put, Monday.com's platform makes it easier for customers to work online. And with our lives becoming increasingly dependent on our ability to manage things online, Monday.com's ability to provide an easier solution is something that is highly attractive.

Monday.com has excelled at growing revenue over the past three years: Sales have soared at a compound annual growth rate of 99% from 2019 to 2021. The company recently announced a strong second-quarter 2022 performance, and management is bullish on the coming year regarding free cash flow generation.

On the company's Q2 2022 conference call, Eliran Glazer, the company's CFO, said that management expects "to see a shift toward breakeven or some free cash flow positive" in the second half of 2023.

3. Trimble

Occupying an increasingly larger position in two ETFs this summer, Trimble is a stock that first made an appearance in an ARK ETF in September 2020. Wood most recently picked up shares of Trimble in July, when the ARK Space Exploration & Innovation ETF picked up 25,073 shares, and the ARK Autonomous Technology & Robotics ETF added 93,392 shares.

Trimble is a leader in positioning systems. On both local and global scales, Trimble helps a diverse range of customers from industries including agriculture, construction, and transportation. With the data it collects from its positioning solutions, Trimble is also able to offer customers sophisticated modeling, analysis, and autonomous technology solutions.

Customers need to have accurate positioning data that are subsequently converted into modeling solutions and analytics, which is hardly something that will wane in the coming years. Instead, Trimble's offerings will likely grow in demand as customers' positioning and data needs become more sophisticated. The high interest in Trimble's offerings, in fact, is already recognizable in the company's substantial backlog of approximately $1.6 billion as of the end of Q2 2022.

A last look at Cathie Wood's shopping list

On balance, growth investors are more comfortable taking on risk in their investments, but that's not to say that all growth stocks represent the same risk. Trimble, for example, has a long runway of growth ahead of it, yet the company already generates positive free cash flow, mitigating the amount of risk. For investors looking to take on more risk in pursuit of greater rewards, conversely, Ginkgo Bioworks and Monday.com are better options.

","source":"fool_stock","collect":0,"html":"\n
\n
\n\n\n\n
3 Stocks Cathie Wood Is Buying That Should Be on Your List Too
\n\n
\n
\n
\n
\n
\n3 Stocks Cathie Wood Is Buying That Should Be on Your List Too\n
\n\n
\n\n\n2022-09-05 16:02 GMT+8 Motley Fool\n\n\n
\n\n
\n
\n
\n
Back-to-school supplies and updates to your autumn wardrobe are popular things on people's shopping lists these days. Instead, Trimble's offerings will likely grow in demand as customers' positioning and data needs become more sophisticated. The high interest in Trimble's offerings, in fact, is already recognizable in the company's substantial backlog of approximately $1.6 billion as of the end of Q2 2022.A last look at Cathie Wood's shopping listOn balance, growth investors are more comfortable taking on risk in their investments, but that's not to say that all growth stocks represent the same risk. Trimble, for example, has a long runway of growth ahead of it, yet the company already generates positive free cash flow, mitigating the amount of risk. For investors looking to take on more risk in pursuit of greater rewards, conversely, Ginkgo Bioworks and Monday.com are better options.","news_type":1},"isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":305,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[],"imageCount":0,"langContent":"EN","totalScore":0},{"id":9908755604,"gmtCreate":1659446162012,"gmtModify":1705980416708,"author":{"id":"3585825870570498","authorId":"3585825870570498","name":"小笑資男","avatar":"https://static.tigerbbs.com/e46f289c252b26c2666e1285171099cb","crmLevel":2,"crmLevelSwitch":0,"followedFlag":false,"idStr":"3585825870570498","authorIdStr":"3585825870570498"},"themes":[],"htmlText":"Read ","listText":"Read ","text":"Read","images":[],"top":1,"highlighted":1,"essential":1,"paper":1,"likeSize":1,"commentSize":0,"repostSize":0,"link":"https://ttm.financial/post/9908755604","repostId":"1188690484","repostType":4,"isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":229,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[],"imageCount":0,"langContent":"EN","totalScore":0},{"id":9908860349,"gmtCreate":1659360663281,"gmtModify":1705979468083,"author":{"id":"3585825870570498","authorId":"3585825870570498","name":"小笑資男","avatar":"https://static.tigerbbs.com/e46f289c252b26c2666e1285171099cb","crmLevel":2,"crmLevelSwitch":0,"followedFlag":false,"idStr":"3585825870570498","authorIdStr":"3585825870570498"},"themes":[],"htmlText":"Read ","listText":"Read ","text":"Read","images":[],"top":1,"highlighted":1,"essential":1,"paper":1,"likeSize":1,"commentSize":0,"repostSize":0,"link":"https://ttm.financial/post/9908860349","repostId":"1191528320","repostType":2,"repost":{"id":"1191528320","pubTimestamp":1659357558,"share":"https://ttm.financial/m/news/1191528320?lang=&edition=fundamental","pubTime":"2022-08-01 20:39","market":"us","language":"en","title":"Apple Starts Four-Part Bond Sale to Fund Buybacks, Dividends","url":"https://stock-news.laohu8.com/highlight/detail?id=1191528320","media":"Bloomberg","summary":"40-year security may yield 150 basis points over TreasuriesCompany received highest possible credit ","content":"

40-year security may yield 150 basis points over Treasuries

Company received highest possible credit rating in December

Apple Inc. is tapping the high-grade bond market with a sale in as many as four parts.

The longest portion of the offering, a 40-year security, may yield around 150 basis points over US Treasuries, according to a person familiar with the matter.

Proceeds from the sale are earmarked for general corporate purposes, including the financing of share buybacks and dividends, said the person, who asked not to be identified as the details are private.

The sale comes after the US primary market for investment-grade bonds sprang back to life in the second half of July amid a credit market rally. Investors will parse its FY23 gui","content":"

Alibaba is slated for its FQ4 and FY22 earnings release on May 26. Investors will parse its FY23 guidance carefully on management's optimism of a bottom in consumer spending.

This will be an important release because it will show how BABA fared amid China's COVID-19 lockdowns.

For the fiscal fourth quarter, the Bloomberg Consensus Estimate for revenues is pegged at RMB200.599 billion, adjusted net profit is pegged at RMB18.667 billion, adjusted EPS is pegged at RMB7.154.

The picture was not as rosy in the same quarter last year. In the March quarter of 2021, BABA took a record-breaking $2.8 billion fine, because of alleged anti-competitive conduct. Later on in the year the company suffered a number of other costly measures, including new regulations and a tax rate increase.

Because of the fine, Alibaba's Q4 2021 GAAP earnings were negative. Operating income was negative as well. BABA booked the entire $2.8 billion fine in Q4, then paid it in two installments over the next two quarters. This means that Alibaba's upcoming release will feature some very soft comparisons. To show positive year-over-year earnings growth in Q4, BABA will only need to avoid losing money. That won't be particularly hard to achieve. Alibaba has very large margins and very rarely runs losses. The company would have been profitable in the previous Q4 had it not been for the fine. So, it will probably turn some kind of profit in the fourth quarter, and deliver positive growth.

Factors to Consider

Alibaba's strong efforts to add value to consumers and sellers through the consumer segment, product enrichment and platform innovations are expected to have driven growth in its e-commerce business in the to-be-reported quarter by driving its customer momentum.

The infusion of advanced technologies such as Big Data and AI into BABA's e-commerce platform is anticipated to have continued helping it deliver enhanced customer experience.

Apart from this, benefits from the Sun Art consolidation, along with a spike in the average unit price per click and solid contributions from new monetization formats, are expected to have driven growth in the China commerce retail revenues in the quarter under review.

Well-performing Lazada and AliExpress are likely to have aided the performance of Alibaba's International commerce retail business in the fiscal fourth quarter.

The increasing number of paying members on the alibaba.com platform, coupled with solid momentum across cross-border-related value-added services, is expected to have contributed well to the International commerce wholesale business's growth.

Apart from e-commerce, the company's robust cloud segment is expected to have sustained its momentum in the fiscal fourth quarter on a growing number of paying customers.

However, slowing demand from customers in the online entertainment and education fields is anticipated to have been a negative for the cloud business of Alibaba in the quarter to be reported.

Softness in online physical goods GMV on the Taobao and Tmall marketplaces is expected to have acted as a headwind. Sluggishness in Trendyol is likely to have impacted the quarterly performance.

Uncertainties associated with the ongoing pandemic are anticipated to have been concerning in the quarter under review.

Competitive Landscape

One of the big advantages Alibaba has going into its upcoming release is its competitive position.

JD is Alibaba's biggest Chinese competitor. It actually generates more revenue than BABA, but has much less profit. Its business model involves holding inventory, which eats into margins. This leaves it with less money to invest into other ventures, which BABA is doing with its cloud business.

Pinduoduo is a fast-growing agricultural goods group buying service. As of now, it doesn't sell anywhere near enough different products to be a major competitor to BABA, but its model is popular enough that it could become a competitor if it branched out into more product categories.

Tencent is not a big competitor to Alibaba on the whole. However, its WeChat app competes with Alipay. In 2021, the Chinese government forced BABA and Tencent to allow each other's apps on their respective marketplaces.

Western eCommerce companies don't pose much of a threat to Alibaba in China. They may pose a threat to its international expansion though. Alibaba is currently ramping up operations in Europe, where Amazon and eBay are already established. It is currently ahead of Amazonin Eastern Europe.

Q4 Earnings Could Be A Significant Catalyst

As China's bellwether stock, given its significant exposure to China's consumer discretionary spending, the market would parse Alibaba's guidance very carefully.

Its FQ4 earnings release on May 26 could be a massive near-term catalyst for its stock to re-rate moving forward.

","collect":0,"html":"\n
\n
\n\n\n\n
Alibaba to Report Q4 Earnings: What's in the Cards?
\n\n
\n
\n
\n
\n
\nAlibaba to Report Q4 Earnings: What's in the Cards?\n
\n\n
\n\n\n\n\n\n

\n\n
\n
Tiger Newspress
\n
2022-05-24 23:30
\n
\n\n\n\n\n
\n\n
\n
\n

Alibaba is slated for its FQ4 and FY22 earnings release on May 26. Investors will parse its FY23 guidance carefully on management's optimism of a bottom in consumer spending. This will be an important release because it will show how BABA fared amid China's COVID-19 lockdowns. For the fiscal fourth quarter, the Bloomberg Consensus Estimate for revenues is pegged at RMB200.599 billion, adjusted net profit is pegged at RMB18.667 billion, adjusted EPS is pegged at RMB7.154.The picture was not as rosy in the same quarter last year. I did a comparison of Apple and Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. (NASDAQ:AMD) in my previous April 6, 2022, article, and determined that AAPL was the better buy. In this latest update for AAPL, I analyze whether a buying opportunity for Apple has emerged as a result of the pullback in the company's share price year-to-date in 2022.

This is a good time to buy Apple's stock, as the dip in its share price year-to-date has made its valuations more attractive with its forward P/E multiple reverting close to its five-year historical mean. There is room for AAPL's valuation multiples to expand in tandem with higher profit margins resulting from a superior sales mix tilted towards services.

AAPL Stock Basics

Prior to touching on AAPL's stock price correction, valuations, and outlook, it is relevant to revisit the basics for Apple. In other words, I will be discussing the company's business model and the investment thesis for the stock in the current section of this article.

Apple's business model is to continue expanding the installed base for its flagship hardware device, the iPhone, and cross-sell other hardware products and services to its iPhone users.

At the company's earnings call for the first quarter of fiscal 2022 (YE September 30) on January 27, 2022, Apple disclosed that its "installed base of active devices" has set "a new all-time record of 1.8 billion devices." AAPL updated investors at its Q2 FY 2022 results briefing on April 28, 2022, that the company's "installed base (of active devices) has continued to grow", while noting that "the iPhone active installed base reached "a new all-time high." According to the Business of Apps website's compilation of data on AAPL, the number of active iPhones (excluding other hardware devices such as iPads) on a worldwide basis had already crossed the 1.2 billion mark by the end of last year.

The investment thesis for AAPL is closely linked to its business model. Revenue for Apple's services like the App Store is expected to grow over time in tandem with the increase in the installed base for AAPL's iPhones and other hardware devices. This should translate into higher profit margins and faster earnings growth for Apple in the medium to long term, as AAPL benefits from a more favorable revenue mix with a rising proportion of sales contribution from higher-margin services.

The gross profit margin for Apple's services segment was 72.6% in Q2 FY 2022, which was twice that of the products segment's gross margin of 36.4% in the same quarter as highlighted at its most recent quarterly investor call. Also, AAPL only derived approximately 20% of its total Q2 FY 2022 revenue from services as per its quarterly earnings press release, so there is room for the company to further optimize its sales mix with a bias towards growing revenue contribution from services at a faster pace.

In the next section, I focus on Apple's stock price decline thus far this year.

Why Did Apple Stock Drop?

Apple's stock price dropped by -25.6% in 2022 thus far, and it underperformed the S&P 500 which was down by -21.0% during the same period.

AAPL's 2022 Year-to-date Share Price Chart

Seeking Alpha

AAPL's share price weakness is partly attributed to the correction in the broader stock market and technology stocks as a result of investors' worries over higher-than-expected inflation and a potential recession. But there are also company-specific factors that have driven a decline in Apple's stock price.

In the past three months, the Q3 FY 2022 consensus earnings per share estimate for Apple has been reduced by -7.5%. Specifically, 25 of the 44 Wall Street analysts covering AAPL's shares lowered their third-quarter EPS forecasts for the company in the last three months. This is consistent with Apple's forward-looking management guidance.

At its Q2 FY 2022 earnings briefing, AAPL had guided for a $4-$8 billion hit to its third-quarter revenue resulting from "COVID-related disruptions (more specifically lockdowns in China) and industry-wide silicon shortages." The company also highlighted that it expects unfavorable exchange rate fluctuations and the suspension of sales in Russia to impact the YoY growth for its Q3 FY 2022 top line by -3.0 percentage points and -1.5 percentage points, respectively.

In the next section I touch on whether Apple's valuations have become more attractive after the year-to-date pull-back in its share price.

Is Apple Stock A Good Value Now?

Following the -25% decline in its stock price thus far this year, Apple's consensus forward next twelve months' normalized P/E multiple has compressed from its 2022 year-to-date peak of 31.9 times as of January 3, 2022, to 22.0 times as of June 22, as perS&P Capital IQ.

AAPL is currently trading at 22.0 times forward P/E, which is roughly on par with its five-year mean forward P/E multiple of 21.4 times. I did a comparison of Apple and Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. (NASDAQ:AMD) in my previous April 6, 2022, article, and determined that AAPL was the better buy. In this latest update for AAPL, I analyze whether a buying opportunity for Apple has emerged as a result of the pullback in the company's share price year-to-date in 2022.This is a good time to buy Apple's stock, as the dip in its share price year-to-date has made its valuations more attractive with its forward P/E multiple reverting close to its five-year historical mean. There is room for AAPL's valuation multiples to expand in tandem with higher profit margins resulting from a superior sales mix tilted towards services.AAPL Stock BasicsPrior to touching on AAPL's stock price correction, valuations, and outlook, it is relevant to revisit the basics for Apple. In other words, I will be discussing the company's business model and the investment thesis for the stock in the current section of this article.Apple's business model is to continue expanding the installed base for its flagship hardware device, the iPhone, and cross-sell other hardware products and services to its iPhone users. At the company's earnings call for the first quarter of fiscal 2022 (YE September 30) on January 27, 2022, Apple disclosed that its \"installed base of active devices\" has set \"a new all-time record of 1.8 billion devices.\" AAPL updated investors at its Q2 FY 2022 results briefing on April 28, 2022, that the company's \"installed base (of active devices) has continued to grow\", while noting that \"the iPhone active installed base reached \"a new all-time high.\" According to the Business of Apps website's compilation of data on AAPL, the number of active iPhones (excluding other hardware devices such as iPads) on a worldwide basis had already crossed the 1.2 billion mark by the end of last year. Also, AAPL only derived approximately 20% of its total Q2 FY 2022 revenue from services as per its quarterly earnings press release, so there is room for the company to further optimize its sales mix with a bias towards growing revenue contribution from services at a faster pace.In the next section, I focus on Apple's stock price decline thus far this year. Why Did Apple Stock Drop?Apple's stock price dropped by -25.6% in 2022 thus far, and it underperformed the S&P 500 which was down by -21.0% during the same period.AAPL's 2022 Year-to-date Share Price ChartSeeking AlphaAAPL's share price weakness is partly attributed to the correction in the broader stock market and technology stocks as a result of investors' worries over higher-than-expected inflation and a potential recession. At its Q2 FY 2022 earnings briefing, AAPL had guided for a $4-$8 billion hit to its third-quarter revenue resulting from \"COVID-related disruptions (more specifically lockdowns in China) and industry-wide silicon shortages.\" The company also highlighted that it expects unfavorable exchange rate fluctuations and the suspension of sales in Russia to impact the YoY growth for its Q3 FY 2022 top line by -3.0 percentage points and -1.5 percentage points, respectively. In the next section I touch on whether Apple's valuations have become more attractive after the year-to-date pull-back in its share price. Is Apple Stock A Good Value Now?Following the -25% decline in its stock price thus far this year, Apple's consensus forward next twelve months' normalized P/E multiple has compressed from its 2022 year-to-date peak of 31.9 times as of January 3, 2022, to 22.0 times as of June 22, as perS&P Capital IQ.AAPL is currently trading at 22.0 times forward P/E, which is roughly on par with its five-year mean forward P/E multiple of 21.4 times. When the short-term headwinds (as discussed in the preceding section) eventually ease and the company manages to achieve a more optimal sales mix biased towards higher-margin services in the future, Apple should be able to trade at the high end of its five-year forward P/E valuation range (AAPL's peak forward P/E multiple in the last five years was 36.6 times) again. In conclusion, I think Apple's stock is good value now, considering its historical valuations and future profitability outlook. Is Apple Expected To Rise Again?I am of the opinion that Apple's stock price is expected to rise again in the short term.According to JPMorgan's (JPM) \"Global Product Availability Lead Time Tracker\" research report (not publicly available) published on June 19, 2022, the worldwide \"lead times in general moderated for Mac and iPads\" for the week ended June 17, 2022, which the JPM analysts highlight is \"in line with the reopening in China.\" Also, JPM's recent research work found that the current lead times for AAPL's other products such as the iPhone stayed low at below a week. This is consistent with the findings from another bank's research team. Morgan Stanley (MS) published its North American IT hardware \"Monthly Data Tracker\" report (not publicly available) on June 22, 2022, which noted that the lead time for the iPad decreased from 15 days as of June 9, 2022, to 14 days as of June 16, 2022. Similarly, the MS analysts' research work suggests that the lead time for the MacBook Pro M1 declined from 62 days to 56 days over the same period. In my view, an easing of supply chain constraints as evidenced by the improvement in lead times mentioned above should be a positive re-rating catalyst for Apple in the short term. What Is The Long-Term Prediction For Apple Stock? The key aspect of any long-term financial predictions for Apple is the potential improvement in the company's profitability. As I discussed earlier in this article, a growing percentage of sales derived from higher-margin services should result in an expansion of Apple's profit margins in the long run. Based on financial projections sourced fromS&P Capital IQ, AAPL's gross profit margin is forecasted to increase from 41.8% in fiscal 2021 to 43.5% by FY 2026.The market's expectations of increased services revenue contribution and improved profitability are reasonable. However, each time a share changed hands at every price level, there was a winner and a loser on the trade. Clever or lucky investors sold at a short-term peak to a willing buyer; the opposite case is also true. Over most time ranges, it may be possible to get on the winning side of most trades and generate return even on dead money.

Short-Term Trading Strategy: Maintain Share Count

Over the last five days, BABA's price range has been $90.78 to $100.88/share. Over the same 5 days, BABA has traded at several shorter-term highs and lows. Based on the recent past and the last year, one could reasonably expect BABA to continue bouncing in a similar way. With the goal of maintaining share count while realizing short-term gains, I recommend a short-term buying and selling strategy based on a relatively simple analysis.

BABA: 5-Day Price with Buy & Sell Ranges - Maintain Share Count

Seeking Alpha

BABA's 5-day price range is represented by the solid blue line with a median price of $95.83 plotted by the blue dashed line. The 0.75% spread on each side of the median price range is somewhat arbitrary. It could be narrower or broader depending on several factors including one's risk tolerance, how closely one will follow BABA intraday, and one's planned trading frequency & volume. Based on my analysis of recent trading, I recommend buying BABA beginning at $95.11 and selling beginning at $96.55 in order to realize short-term gains while maintaining share count.

Buy & Sell BABA While Maintaining Share Count

This chart was generated with a downloadable Excel spreadsheet by the author.

Maintain Share Count

Author

Adjustable inputs are in the shaded cells. I recommend investors who are comfortable with short-term trading place descending buy and ascending sell limit orders on both sides of the short-term median price. Less aggressive investors can place a single limit order or a single buy and sell pair.

However, based on a brief review of BABA valuation and momentum, some investors may wish to accumulate BABA.

BABA: A Brief Review of Valuation and Momentum

BABA: Historical EV/EBITDA Ratio

Seeking Alpha

BABA EV/EBITDA is plotted over 3 years and is currently near its lowest point over that time range. The ratio reached a peak in late 2020 (arguably based on positive sentiment and hopeful analysis) and has since fallen on delisting concerns and negative sentiment. I expect delisting concerns to be resolved and sentiment to improve. Based on BABA's current EV/EBITDA ratio, now is a good time to accumulate shares.

BABA: Momentum

Seeking Alpha

BABA share price is currently below its 200, 100, 50, and even 10-day simple moving averages. A simple momentum strategy is based on reversion to mean; over most time ranges, share price will oscillate around its mean value. If BABA oscillates towards any of its moving averages, share price will increase.

Short-Term Trading Strategy: Accumulate Shares

Based on a brief review of BABA valuation and momentum, I recommend investors accumulate BABA. The following graph is nearly identical to the graph discussed above; a single parameter has been adjusted.

BABA: 5-Day Price with Buy & Sell Ranges: Accumulate Shares

Seeking Alpha

Again, BABA's 5-day price range is represented by the solid blue line with a median price of $95.83 plotted by the blue dashed line. However, the green and red shaded areas representing short-term buy and sell zones are asymmetric with relation to the median price. The sell range begins at 0.75% above the median price while the buy range begins 0.5% below the median price. Short-term trading with these ranges would be more likely to result in accumulation of shares than the "Maintain Share Count"strategy discussed previously.

Buy & Sell BABA While Accumulating Shares

This chart is very similar to that discussed with relation to the "Maintain Share Count" strategy and was generated with the same downloadable Excel spreadsheet.

Accumulate Shares

Author

The only difference is the buy spread has been reduced to 0.50% from 0.75%. The recommended sell orders are identical while the recommended buy orders are slightly more aggressive. In essence, the recommended sell and buy orders would be more likely to result in accumulating shares than those listed in "Buy & Sell BABA While Maintaining Share Count"chart.

Short-Term Trading and Wash Sales

Any buyer or seller of any security including BABA should be aware of IRSrules on wash sales and seek the advice of a licensed accountant or other licensed professional as necessary. A good Seeking Alpha article on wash sale rules is also available. Generally, IRS wash rules apply to the sale and purchase of an identical stock within a 30-day period and are most often applied to tax loss sales.

Another scenario can be beneficial to investors. If a losing position or fraction thereof is sold and then repurchased at a lesser cost, a wash sale occurs. Most brokerages will adjust the cost basis of the position. It is easiest to discuss with an example and I happen to hold a losing BABA position.

My BABA cost basis is approximately $115. I swing trade losing positions aggressively and have shared my strategy in comments on BABA articles on two occasions. On August 26th, I sold my entire position in 10 blocks with ascending limit orders starting at $98.5 with intervals of $0.5 (98.5, 99, 99.5, …$103) for an average sale price of $100.75. I placed descending limit orders later in the day to buy the same blocks starting at $98 and descending by $0.5. Two of those limit orders closed that day at $98 and $97.5 and subsequently, I was able to refill the remainder of my position with a total average price of $95.75. Notably, I realized neither the highest possible sale price nor the lowest possible purchase price over the period but still gained $5.00 per share. My cost basis was lowered from about $115 to about $110/share.

Risks: Plan to Win but Be Prepared to Fail

A thorough fundamental analysis of BABA or discussion of news is beyond the scope of this discussion; there is no shortage of analysis and news elsewhere. If one is going to buy or sell any stock, including short-term, evaluation should be carefully considered.

Further, the recommended buying and selling ranges may not be advantageous over any period if BABA makes a big move in either direction. I recommend traders generate a similar buy/sell plot either with Seeking Alpha's advanced charting tool or by printing and annotating a chart by hand.

Short-term trading can go wrong in at least two ways. An investor can sell a fraction of a position or an entire position at the beginning of a sustained rally. That investor might not have an opportunity to repurchase those shares at a lesser price if the stock continues to rally. Conversely, one can purchase an unlimited quantity of shares on a dip and never be able to sell those shares for a gain.

An individual investor can manage these risks several ways. Complimentary but opposite limit orders can be placed as transactions close. Some brokerages have special order types whereby a secondary order is placed after a primary order executes. Further, an investor can limit how much of a position is sold or stop buying a dip once a position limit is reached. Both selling and accumulation can be limited by adjusting the frequency, size, and spread of the trades.

An aggressive investor can sell up to 100% of any position at any moment or accumulate limited only by available funds. I recommend blocks no bigger than 10% of target position size with accumulation up to 1.5x target position and selling down to 50% of the same target. In many cases where a stock is volatile, placing ascending and/or descending limit orders can be a successful strategy. More conservative investors can buy and sell in blocks of 5% or less while limiting accumulation to 120% of a target position and selling down to 80% of the same target.

Investor Takeaways

Based on current valuation and momentum, I would not recommend decreasing a BABA position at this time. BABA positions are not dead money; I advise most investors trade BABA short-term with the goal of generating return while accumulating shares. I recommend most investors buy BABA below $95.35 and sell above $96.55 if trading remains in a range similar to the last five days. Notably, Baba closed at $91.80 on Friday and may open below $95.35 on Tuesday.

I recommend investors do their own scribbling over a price chart digitally or otherwise and then tabulate limit orders. The downloadable Excel spreadsheet will generate buy and sell limit orders based on share count, high & low prices over any time range, sell count & spread, and buy count & spread. Investors who already hold a larger BABA position than fits their own risk reward profile may be eager to reduce exposure. These Investors can also generate a buy & sell zone chart and tabulate limit orders with the same Excel spreadsheet.

I advise all investors remember the two bulls I recently observed: be the older wiser, bull; have a carefully considered plan; be methodical & patient; and walk. Don't run. However short-term trading around a losing position can, if executed successfully, lower a position's cost basis and generate return. The Young Bull and the Older, Wiser BullRecently, I observed an old bull and a young bull grazing in a green pasture on a beautiful, sunny day. The young bull gazed towards a nearby watering hole and noticed a herd of cows had gathered there. The youngster said, \"I'm going to run over and buy one of those cows a drink\". The older, wiser bull replied, \"I'm going to walk over and buy them all a drink\".Alibaba: A Proverbial Herd of CowsOver the last year, Alibaba (NYSE:BABA) has traded between a high of $182.09 and a low of $73.28. BABA has generally trended down with exceptional volatility and closed on September 2nd at $91.80.BABA: 1-Year Price RangeSeeking AlphaMany portfolios, no doubt, include \"dead money\" in losing BABA positions with negative unrealized and realized gains. However, each time a share changed hands at every price level, there was a winner and a loser on the trade. Clever or lucky investors sold at a short-term peak to a willing buyer; the opposite case is also true. Over most time ranges, it may be possible to get on the winning side of most trades and generate return even on dead money.Short-Term Trading Strategy: Maintain Share CountOver the last five days, BABA's price range has been $90.78 to $100.88/share. Over the same 5 days, BABA has traded at several shorter-term highs and lows. Based on the recent past and the last year, one could reasonably expect BABA to continue bouncing in a similar way. With the goal of maintaining share count while realizing short-term gains, I recommend a short-term buying and selling strategy based on a relatively simple analysis.BABA: 5-Day Price with Buy & Sell Ranges - Maintain Share CountSeeking AlphaBABA's 5-day price range is represented by the solid blue line with a median price of $95.83 plotted by the blue dashed line. The green and red shaded areas represent short-term buy and sell zones by the author. The sell and buy ranges begin at 0.75% above and below the median price respectively. The 0.75% spread on each side of the median price range is somewhat arbitrary. It could be narrower or broader depending on several factors including one's risk tolerance, how closely one will follow BABA intraday, and one's planned trading frequency & volume. Based on my analysis of recent trading, I recommend buying BABA beginning at $95.11 and selling beginning at $96.55 in order to realize short-term gains while maintaining share count.Buy & Sell BABA While Maintaining Share CountThis chart was generated with a downloadable Excel spreadsheet by the author.Maintain Share CountAuthorAdjustable inputs are in the shaded cells. Buy and sell limit orders are tabulated with a goal of maintaining share count; buy & sell count and spread are equal. I recommend investors who are comfortable with short-term trading place descending buy and ascending sell limit orders on both sides of the short-term median price. Less aggressive investors can place a single limit order or a single buy and sell pair. However, based on a brief review of BABA valuation and momentum, some investors may wish to accumulate BABA.BABA: A Brief Review of Valuation and MomentumBABA: Historical EV/EBITDA RatioSeeking AlphaBABA EV/EBITDA is plotted over 3 years and is currently near its lowest point over that time range. The ratio reached a peak in late 2020 (arguably based on positive sentiment and hopeful analysis) and has since fallen on delisting concerns and negative sentiment. I expect delisting concerns to be resolved and sentiment to improve. Based on BABA's current EV/EBITDA ratio, now is a good time to accumulate shares.BABA: MomentumSeeking AlphaBABA share price is currently below its 200, 100, 50, and even 10-day simple moving averages. A simple momentum strategy is based on reversion to mean; over most time ranges, share price will oscillate around its mean value. If BABA oscillates towards any of its moving averages, share price will increase.Short-Term Trading Strategy: Accumulate SharesBased on a brief review of BABA valuation and momentum, I recommend investors accumulate BABA. The following graph is nearly identical to the graph discussed above; a single parameter has been adjusted.BABA: 5-Day Price with Buy & Sell Ranges: Accumulate SharesSeeking AlphaAgain, BABA's 5-day price range is represented by the solid blue line with a median price of $95.83 plotted by the blue dashed line. However, the green and red shaded areas representing short-term buy and sell zones are asymmetric with relation to the median price. The sell range begins at 0.75% above the median price while the buy range begins 0.5% below the median price. Short-term trading with these ranges would be more likely to result in accumulation of shares than the \"Maintain Share Count\"strategy discussed previously.Buy & Sell BABA While Accumulating SharesThis chart is very similar to that discussed with relation to the \"Maintain Share Count\" strategy and was generated with the same downloadable Excel spreadsheet.Accumulate SharesAuthorThe only difference is the buy spread has been reduced to 0.50% from 0.75%. The recommended sell orders are identical while the recommended buy orders are slightly more aggressive. In essence, the recommended sell and buy orders would be more likely to result in accumulating shares than those listed in \"Buy & Sell BABA While Maintaining Share Count\"chart.Short-Term Trading and Wash SalesAny buyer or seller of any security including BABA should be aware of IRSrules on wash sales and seek the advice of a licensed accountant or other licensed professional as necessary. A good Seeking Alpha article on wash sale rules is also available. Generally, IRS wash rules apply to the sale and purchase of an identical stock within a 30-day period and are most often applied to tax loss sales.Another scenario can be beneficial to investors. My cost basis was lowered from about $115 to about $110/share.Risks: Plan to Win but Be Prepared to FailA thorough fundamental analysis of BABA or discussion of news is beyond the scope of this discussion; there is no shortage of analysis and news elsewhere. If one is going to buy or sell any stock, including short-term, evaluation should be carefully considered.Further, the recommended buying and selling ranges may not be advantageous over any period if BABA makes a big move in either direction. I recommend traders generate a similar buy/sell plot either with Seeking Alpha's advanced charting tool or by printing and annotating a chart by hand.Short-term trading can go wrong in at least two ways.

Noted investor and Ark Invest CEO Cathie Wood, meanwhile, has been scooping up shares of growth stocks for her various ARK exchange-traded funds (ETFs).While I can't say that I agree with all of Wood's stock purchases over the past few months, there are some stocks that her funds have snatched up that would seem to fit well in other growth investors' portfolios. They include Ginkgo Bioworks, Monday.com, and Trimble. Let's find out a bit more about these three Cathie Wood stocks that are worth more consideration.1. Ginkgo BioworksA leader in the field of synthetic biology, or synbio, Ginkgo Bioworks specializes in providing its customers with improved molecules. Essentially, the company acts like an architect. Customers -- from a variety of industries, including food, pharmaceuticals, and cosmetics -- inform Ginkgo of their needs, and Ginkgo designs the blueprints for new and improved microbes. Often, Ginkgo will earn royalties or equity interests as a result of these partnerships, providing the company with good foresight into future cash flows.Like many growth stocks this year, shares of Ginkgo have fallen steeply -- about 68.7% -- as investors shy away from investments that represent higher degrees of risk. In the meantime, though, investors can monitor the company's ability to launch new programs -- 60 are forecasted in 2022 -- as a positive sign that the company's offerings are in consistently high demand.2. Monday.comAlso appearing on Wood's shopping list is the open platform stock Monday.com. And with our lives becoming increasingly dependent on our ability to manage things online, Monday.com's ability to provide an easier solution is something that is highly attractive.Monday.com has excelled at growing revenue over the past three years: Sales have soared at a compound annual growth rate of 99% from 2019 to 2021. The company recently announced a strong second-quarter 2022 performance, and management is bullish on the coming year regarding free cash flow generation. On the company's Q2 2022 conference call, Eliran Glazer, the company's CFO, said that management expects \"to see a shift toward breakeven or some free cash flow positive\" in the second half of 2023.3. TrimbleOccupying an increasingly larger position in two ETFs this summer, Trimble is a stock that first made an appearance in an ARK ETF in September 2020. Wood most recently picked up shares of Trimble in July, when the ARK Space Exploration & Innovation ETF picked up 25,073 shares, and the ARK Autonomous Technology & Robotics ETF added 93,392 shares.Trimble is a leader in positioning systems. On both local and global scales, Trimble helps a diverse range of customers from industries including agriculture, construction, and transportation. With the data it collects from its positioning solutions, Trimble is also able to offer customers sophisticated modeling, analysis, and autonomous technology solutions.Customers need to have accurate positioning data that are subsequently converted into modeling solutions and analytics, which is hardly something that will wane in the coming years. For investors looking to take on more risk in pursuit of greater rewards, conversely, Ginkgo Bioworks and Monday.com are better options.","news_type":1},"isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":305,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[],"imageCount":0,"langContent":"EN","totalScore":0},{"id":9003435123,"gmtCreate":1641037946802,"gmtModify":1676533567030,"author":{"id":"3585825870570498","authorId":"3585825870570498","name":"小笑資男","avatar":"https://static.tigerbbs.com/e46f289c252b26c2666e1285171099cb","crmLevel":2,"crmLevelSwitch":0,"followedFlag":false,"idStr":"3585825870570498","authorIdStr":"3585825870570498"},"themes":[],"htmlText":"Ok","listText":"Ok","text":"Ok","images":[],"top":1,"highlighted":1,"essential":1,"paper":1,"likeSize":2,"commentSize":0,"repostSize":0,"link":"https://ttm.financial/post/9003435123","repostId":"2195481004","repostType":4,"isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":299,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[],"imageCount":0,"langContent":"EN","totalScore":0},{"id":9960716049,"gmtCreate":1668255850881,"gmtModify":1676538034633,"author":{"id":"3585825870570498","authorId":"3585825870570498","name":"小笑資男","avatar":"https://static.tigerbbs.com/e46f289c252b26c2666e1285171099cb","crmLevel":2,"crmLevelSwitch":0,"followedFlag":false,"idStr":"3585825870570498","authorIdStr":"3585825870570498"},"themes":[],"htmlText":"read","listText":"read","text":"read","images":[],"top":1,"highlighted":1,"essential":1,"paper":1,"likeSize":2,"commentSize":0,"repostSize":0,"link":"https://ttm.financial/post/9960716049","repostId":"1137748454","repostType":4,"isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":299,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[],"imageCount":0,"langContent":"EN","totalScore":0},{"id":9942388180,"gmtCreate":1681135628040,"gmtModify":1681135632392,"author":{"id":"3585825870570498","authorId":"3585825870570498","name":"小笑資男","avatar":"https://static.tigerbbs.com/e46f289c252b26c2666e1285171099cb","crmLevel":2,"crmLevelSwitch":0,"followedFlag":false,"idStr":"3585825870570498","authorIdStr":"3585825870570498"},"themes":[],"htmlText":"The
