Meanwhile","content":"
News flow has refocused on the virus lately as the Delta variant spreads around the world. Meanwhile, the broad stock market took a unilateral hit from last Thursday through Monday, with the S&P 500 dropping around 3.5% peak to trough. Naturally, many are quick to blame the virus.
\n
The more likely truth is that the fast-spreading COVID variant has been playing a role in the market for much of the past month. First, let’s remind ourselves that COVID has proven to be a net positive to the stock market. The S&P just had a great month, and it was led by some of the big tech and growth companies that were the hallmark of last year’s rally. The work-from-home ETF WFH surpassed the travel fund AWAY in year-to-date performance last month as reopening trades were obliterated. If it looks like a COVID rally and walks like a COVID rally…
\n
Of course, it’s never just one thing. At the same time as all that, Treasury yields dove, and the dollar took flight. One could argue those moves fit within a COVID paradigm, but the catalyst for these major regime changes are easily observable on the chart: June 15, the June FOMC, in which the Fed embraced a more hawkish tone than the market had gotten used to. Investors must not lose sight of this.
\n
The index-level breakout thanks to big tech is an important development, but we also know that the Nasdaq has been trading in lockstep with bonds for much of this year. That means bonds alone may be as good an explanation for the equity market strength of the past two months as anything. Moreover, Treasuries were proven to be the higher conviction trade, as bond prices continued to march upward the past week even as the Nasdaq and S&P ran out of gas.
\n
There’s been a lot of debate about what exactly the move in bonds means, but let’s make the assumption (not a bold one, in my opinion), that the yield curve flattening represents some combination of tighter Fed policy – due to inflation – and lower growth than was priced in pre-FOMC. Tighter policy and warmer inflation are forces that remove liquidity from the economy and the market. This is the most important issue because there are signs the market is already having trouble sustaining itself at record valuations.
\n
Breadth in the stock market has been deteriorating since February, with the number of companies making one-year highs steadily declining. Since then, the correlation between a stock’s earnings multiple and its performance is clear: the more expensive it is, the worse it’s done. The least-expensive quintile of companies in the Russell 3000 are up a median 20% since the February high in the Nasdaq, compared with a decline of 9.2% for the most-expensive stocks. In another realm, the highly speculative crypto market is in tatters.
\n
These things point to an unwind in speculative froth across asset classes since February. It’s probably not a coincidence that the annual change in M2 money supply also peaked in February. Stocks do not by definition have to be tied to that, but it’s reasonable to expect their relationship to be closer after a period of record trading and speculative activity due in no small part to an influx of cash into bank accounts. This will only get worse if the Fed tilts more hawkish.
\n
Bottom line: investors should be wary of over-committing to COVID investment themes that have already been priced into the market. More likely is a snap-back in the reflation trade or a broader liquidity-driven rollover in the market as a whole.
","collect":0,"html":"\n
\n
\n\n\n\n
Wednesday's Market Minute: The Stock Market Has Deeper Issues Than Delta
\n\n
\n
\n
\n
\n
\nWednesday's Market Minute: The Stock Market Has Deeper Issues Than Delta\n
\n\n
\n\n\n<div class=\"head\" \">\n\n\n

\n\n
\n
Benzinga
\n
2021-07-21 22:40
\n
\n\n
\n\n\n
\n\n
\n
\n
News flow has refocused on the virus lately as the Delta variant spreads around the world. Meanwhile, the broad stock market took a unilateral hit from last Thursday through Monday, with the S&P 500 dropping around 3.5% peak to trough. Naturally, many are quick to blame the virus.\nThe more likely truth is that the fast-spreading COVID variant has been playing a role in the market for much of the past month. If it looks like a COVID rally and walks like a COVID rally…\nOf course, it’s never just one thing. Investors must not lose sight of this.\nThe index-level breakout thanks to big tech is an important development, but we also know that the Nasdaq has been trading in lockstep with bonds for much of this year. That means bonds alone may be as good an explanation for the equity market strength of the past two months as anything. Moreover, Treasuries were proven to be the higher conviction trade, as bond prices continued to march upward the past week even as the Nasdaq and S&P ran out of gas.\nThere’s been a lot of debate about what exactly the move in bonds means, but let’s make the assumption (not a bold one, in my opinion), that the yield curve flattening represents some combination of tighter Fed policy – due to inflation – and lower growth than was priced in pre-FOMC. Tighter policy and warmer inflation are forces that remove liquidity from the economy and the market. This is the most important issue because there are signs the market is already having trouble sustaining itself at record valuations.\nBreadth in the stock market has been deteriorating since February, with the number of companies making one-year highs steadily declining. Today, I will cover stocks 1 through 10.
\n
#10.salesforce.com (NYSE:CRM) is the leader in customer relationship management (CRM). Salesforce is a SaaS provider that enables organizations to integrate marketing, sales, service, e-commerce, and IT into a single customer view. Salesforce is acquiringSlack (NYSE:WORK), which has caused volatility in the stock. The leadership team has proven to shareholders many times that they can successfully acquire businesses and add value. I firmly believe that this acquisition will add tremendous value to Salesforce customers. The company plans to build Slack into its Service Cloud products, which will increase employee productivity from anywhere.
\n
#9.DocuSign(NASDAQ:DOCU) offers more than most people realize. Its business consists of four primary pillars -- manage, prepare, sign, and act -- which collectively are called the DocuSign Agreement Cloud. The company continues to expand offerings, and its recent earnings results prove it. For Q1 FY22, revenues grew 58% year over year to $469 million. Its billings also grew 54% year over year to $527 million with a 125% net dollar retention rate. The below video goes into more detail, breaking down the pillars and solutions.
\n
#8.Twilio (NYSE:TWLO) is often misunderstood. Sure, it helps companies like Uber and DoorDash connect customers to businesses, but what else does it do? Here is a list of solutions Twilio can offer:
\n
\n
Messaging: You can send and receive SMS, MMS, and OTT messages globally (to and from over 180 countries) and in a scalable manner. For example, Twilio can be used to created automated replies to customers and route important requests to humans for additional interaction.
\n
Customer engagement:Contact centers can leverage Twilio for customer engagement channels, and the tools can be quite complex. Twilio SendGrid Email API allows businesses to create flexible, scalable, and engaging campaigns.
\n
\n
#7The Trade Desk (NASDAQ:TTD) focuses on the ad-tech space, and it has a tremendous total addressable market (TAM) when you consider the possibilities in CTV. CTV means \"connected TV,\" which is essentially any television connected to the internet. ThinkRoku (NASDAQ:ROKU), YouTube, part ofAlphabet (NASDAQ:GOOGL),Amazon Prime (NASDAQ:AMZN),Disney's Disney+ (NYSE:DIS), and others. Smart TVs are changing the internet, and buying The Trade Desk is the best way to play this space, in my opinion. The company allows its clients to buy advertisements or run global marketing campaigns in areas such as CTV, display ads, and even social media. These are massive secular growth trends, and The Trade Desk can help your portfolio capture some of this growth.
\n
#6.Zoom Video (NASDAQ:ZM) is the epitome of a work-from-home stock, but can it be a large part of the work-from-anywhere movement that is here to stay? The answer, in my opinion, is yes. Zoom is now a verb, and recently Charlie Munger told CNBC that he's \"in love with Zoom\" and thinks it's \"here to stay.\" I agree with him, and the below video shares more details as to why.
\n
In case you missed the last article, I'll provide some background. If you aren't familiar with the terminology, SaaS is simply a component of cloud computing. SaaS refers to software hosted outside of your organization and offered as a subscription-based service. The latest software updates and enhancements are generally done for the client, allowing businesses to have the latest and greatest without additional effort or overhead. Additionally, SaaS enables businesses to shift capital expenses to operating expenses, allowing them to stretch budgets from an accounting perspective.
\n
Cloud computing refers to servers that are connected through the internet, as well as the software, data centers, and databases that create an online network. Leveraging \"the cloud\" allows users and businesses to consume and analyze data without having to manage databases or software on their own physical, on-premises servers and machines.
\n
Digital transformation, artificial intelligence (AI), cybersecurity, machine learning, centralized analytics, customer relationship management, enterprise resource planning (ERP), connected TV (CTV), streaming, work from anywhere, the gig economy, and other secular growth trends fuel SaaS and cloud infrastructure. But what are the best stocks to buy in order to ride these waves and boost your portfolio?
\n
#5. Zscaler (NASDAQ:ZS) offers customers a security stack as a cloud service, which offers lower cost and complexity than \"old-school\" traditional gateway methods. Zscaler's global infrastructure brings internet gateways closer to users all around the world, creating a faster and more streamlined experience. The company enables work-from-anywhere cloud security in a highly scalable fashion.
\n
#4. Datadog (NASDAQ:DDOG) provides monitoring and analytics tools that give IT teams insights from anywhere and at any time. Datadog, like Zscaler, is very scalable. In fact, most cloud-native providers are highly scalable, which is part of the reason they rank high on the list. Datadog brings information together from across an entire organization into a simple dashboard. Companies that leverage Datadog enjoy benefits such as improved user experience, faster resolutions to interruptions, and overall better business decisions.
\n
Datadog has continuously improved its product suite as well as its partnership network. In fact, Datadog recently announced a new partnership with Microsoft (NASDAQ:DDOG) Azure, which allows streamlined experiences for configuration, purchasing, and even managing Datadog inside the Azure portal. Additionally, on July 1 Datadog announced a partnership with Salesforce to provide real-time monitoring and threat detection across the Salesforce (NASDAQ:DDOG) platform.
\n
From a product perspective, here are the highlights:
\n
\n
Application performance monitoring (APM) provides visibility into application functionality and health.
\n
Infrastructure monitoring allows businesses to monitor IT infrastructure.
\n
Log management provides visualization and data for any performance problems.
\n
User experience monitoring includes both synthetics and real user monitoring (RUM).
\n
Network performance monitoring allows insights and analysis into network traffic flow from both hybrid and cloud environments.
\n
Incident management and continuous profiler improves workflows.
\n
Security monitoring provides threat detection.
\n
\n
#3. Snowflake (NYSE:SNOW) offers what it calls a \"data warehouse-as-a-service\" (DaaS), a cloud-based data storage and analytics solution. Interestingly, Snowflake is not a SaaS company since its revenues are over 90% consumption based. Snowflake reduces cost and improves agility. Its data platform is unique in that it is not built on an existing big data platform.
\n
As you may have heard around the time of the IPO, Snowflake is backed by Warren Buffett's Berkshire Hathaway (NYSE:BRK.A). Snowflake's clients include Apple (NASDAQ:AAPL), Nike (NYSE:NKE), Mastercard (NYSE:MA), and many others. Snowflake is all about big data, and it deserves a top spot on the list.
\n
#2. Cloudflare's (NYSE:NET) mission is to help \"build a better internet.\" Cloudflare is actually a network. In fact, it's one of the larger networks on the planet. Cloudflare enables a faster and more secure internet for anyone with an internet presence. Cloudflare has data centers across the globe, and it boasts an astonishing 25 million internet properties, a number that grows daily. To date, Cloudflare handles over 17 percent of the Fortune 1000 internet requests, and the company handles 25 million HTTP requests every second on average. Cloudflare is all about the future of the internet, and it belongs in my portfolio as a long-term investment.
\n
#1 Crowdstrike (NASDAQ:CRWD) is the leader in endpoint security. Crowdstrike's Falcon platform stops breaches through both prevention and response, a process known as endpoint detection and response (EDR). It uses agent-based sensors that can be installed on Mac, Linux, and Windows. Crowdstrike relies on a cloud-hosted SaaS platform that manages data and prevents, detects, and responds to threats. Both malware and non-malware attacks are covered via Crowdstrike's cloud-delivered technologies in a lightweight solution.
\n
Cyberattacks continue to be a major threat, and the total addressable market for cybersecurity is enormous. Crowdstrike has been a monster since its IPO in 2019, growing into a $60 billion market cap company. But I think Crowdstrike is just getting started, and it stands tall as my top high-conviction cloud/SaaS stock for the next decade.
\n
If you want deeper-dive analysis on these stocks, please watch the video below, where I cover these and many others in the cloud space. These growth stocks can boost your long-term investing portfolio, so please check out the below video and subscribe to make sure you stay on top of this sector.
","source":"fool_stock","collect":0,"html":"\n
\n
\n\n\n\n
Top 10 Cloud Stocks to Buy on the Next Dip
\n\n
\n
\n
\n
\n
\nTop 10 Cloud Stocks to Buy on the Next Dip\n
\n\n
\n\n\n2021-07-10 09:10 GMT+8 Motley Fool\n\n\n
\n\n
\n
\n
\n
Today, I cover my top high-conviction cloud stocks to buy on the next dip. \nDatadog has continuously improved its product suite as well as its partnership network. In fact, Datadog recently announced a new partnership with Microsoft (NASDAQ:DDOG) Azure, which allows streamlined experiences for configuration, purchasing, and even managing Datadog inside the Azure portal. Additionally, on July 1 Datadog announced a partnership with Salesforce to provide real-time monitoring and threat detection across the Salesforce (NASDAQ:DDOG) platform.\nFrom a product perspective, here are the highlights:\n\nApplication performance monitoring (APM) provides visibility into application functionality and health. \nInfrastructure monitoring allows businesses to monitor IT infrastructure.\nLog management provides visualization and data for any performance problems.\nUser experience monitoring includes both synthetics and real user monitoring (RUM).\nNetwork performance monitoring allows insights and analysis into network traffic flow from both hybrid and cloud environments.\nIncident management and continuous profiler improves workflows. \nSecurity monitoring provides threat detection.\n\n#3. \nAs you may have heard around the time of the IPO, Snowflake is backed by Warren Buffett's Berkshire Hathaway (NYSE:BRK.A). Snowflake's clients include Apple (NASDAQ:AAPL), Nike (NYSE:NKE), Mastercard (NYSE:MA), and many others. Snowflake is all about big data, and it deserves a top spot on the list. \n#2. \n#1 Crowdstrike (NASDAQ:CRWD) is the leader in endpoint security. \nCyberattacks continue to be a major threat, and the total addressable market for cybersecurity is enormous. Crowdstrike has been a monster since its IPO in 2019, growing into a $60 billion market cap company. But I think Crowdstrike is just getting started, and it stands tall as my top high-conviction cloud/SaaS stock for the next decade.\nIf you want deeper-dive analysis on these stocks, please watch the video below, where I cover these and many others in the cloud space. If any weakness in the stock price follows the ruling, I plan to buy more.

The last time I covered Apple Inc. (NASDAQ: AAPL) was in September, following the release of the iPhone 15 lineup, which proved to be a reasonable success, largely attributed to the effective pricing strategy of the world's most valuable company.

At the time of publishing the article, the main topics were the risks associated with the Chinese government potentially banning the usage of iPhones and Huawei eating Apple's lunch amidst potential pullback in customer spending. It's important to understand that in the realm of the economy or within a specific company, there's always something to be worried about.

While some naysayers were busy claiming that the company was overvalued, they overlooked a perfect buying opportunity. Since I initiated a buy rating on Apple, the company has not only reclaimed its $3 trillion valuation but has also outperformed the market (SPY) by a margin of 3% and is trading near its all-time-high of $199.62.

Last Coverage (Seeking Alpha)

Yet again, Apple is encountering a fresh legal hurdle that might halt sales of its latest Series 9 and Ultra 2 smartwatches in the United States starting this week. This arises from a patent dispute concerning the technology behind the blood oxygen feature in these devices.

This action follows a directive issued in October by the US International Trade Commission "ITC", which potentially prohibits Apple from importing its Apple Watches. The ITC found that these devices infringe upon the patent rights of medical technology company Masimo (MASI).

Apple vs. Masimo

Back in 2013, Masimo, a health tech company, developed a mobile pulse oximeter - a sensor for tracking blood oxygen levels - that could sync up with the iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch.

When this tech was unveiled, Apple showed keen interest in incorporating this feature into its own devices. Instead of buying or licensing the intellectual property, Apple opted to onboard several key players from Masimo, including Michael O'Reilly, who transitioned from being Masimo's chief medical officer to Apple's vice president of medical technology.

Fast forward to 2020, and things got tense between the two companies. Masimo sued Apple, citing allegations of trade secret misappropriation and patent infringement. Coincidentally, later that year, Apple rolled out the Apple Watch Series 6, the first of its wearables to include a pulse oximeter.

The initial lawsuit didn't settle things, and the legal battles continued and intensified, leading to the current scenario at the ITC, where there's a possibility of a ban on Apple's watches featuring the oximeter.

As a result, Apple is gearing up to completely halt sales of these new watches, with uncertainty looming over the duration of this restriction.

Confirmed by Apple, these devices won't be accessible via its online store from December 21st or in physical Apple stores starting December 24th due to an "order from the US International Trade Commission regarding a technical intellectual property dispute."

While awaiting President Joe Biden's decision until December 25th, Apple is preparing to comply should the ruling remain unchanged. The Office of the US Trade Representative, managed by the Biden administration, is thoroughly considering all aspects of the case.

If not overturned, the ban is set to come into effect on December 26th with Apple not being able to sell its most popular wearable devices.

So what does that mean for Apple?

Wearables Represent 10% Of The Sales

In Q4 FY23, Apple recorded a quarterly revenue of $89.5 billion, marking a 1% decrease compared to the previous year, primarily due to declining sales in Greater China and Japan. However, the EPS stood at $1.46, surpassing analyst estimates by $0.07 and showing a 13.2% year-over-year growth.

While Apple boasts multiple strong revenue streams, the company is trading at a significant premium compared to its historical valuation. A small looming threat that could potentially hamper growth might exert a significant drag on the stock price. The Q4 breakdown appeared as follows:

iPhone: $43.8 billion revenue, contributing 49% to the total revenue, with a 3% YoY growth.

MacBook: $7.6 billion revenue, contributing 8.5% to the total revenue, with a -34% YoY growth.

iPad: $6.4 billion revenue, contributing 7.2% to the total revenue, with an -11% YoY growth.

Wearables: $9.3 billion revenue, contributing 10% to the total revenue, with a -4% YoY growth.

Services: $22.3 billion revenue, contributing 24.9% to the total revenue, with a 16% YoY growth.

This breakdown indicates that wearables, encompassing both Apple Watch and AirPods, contribute a solid 10% to the overall revenue, making it a significant income stream.

Although Apple doesn't offer specific insights into this category, detailing the contribution from AirPods versus Apple Watch, I believe it's reasonable to estimate that roughly half of the revenue stems from Apple Watches. This means that if the ban takes effect, around $5 billion in quarterly revenue could potentially be in jeopardy moving forward.

Considering the ban's effective date of December 26th, it hasn't impacted the holiday shopping season encompassing Black Friday and Christmas-traditionally a robust period for Apple.

However, the ban's duration remains uncertain. The real repercussions, if the ruling holds, are likely to surface in January and February, typically slower sales months for Apple in the US.

Let's also consider that Apple has a substantial inventory of Watch 8 and SE, ensuring product availability during this period. However, the larger concern revolves around whether Apple can utilize the disputed blood oxygen sensor technology in future devices or if they'll need to negotiate a settlement or devise an alternative solution.

So, beyond waiting for the ruling, what options does Apple have?

In a statement, Apple mentioned it's "pursuing a range of legal and technical options" to address the issue and resume sales of its popular smartwatches, although specific plans were not disclosed. However, the company does have a few potential avenues.

According to media, there's a significant internal effort aimed at altering how the Apple Watch collects and presents blood oxygen data. Yet, a simple software update might not satisfy all parties involved. Since I initiated a buy rating on Apple, the company has not only reclaimed its $3 trillion valuation but has also outperformed the market (SPY) by a margin of 3% and is trading near its all-time-high of $199.62.Last Coverage (Seeking Alpha)Yet again, Apple is encountering a fresh legal hurdle that might halt sales of its latest Series 9 and Ultra 2 smartwatches in the United States starting this week. This arises from a patent dispute concerning the technology behind the blood oxygen feature in these devices. This action follows a directive issued in October by the US International Trade Commission \"ITC\", which potentially prohibits Apple from importing its Apple Watches. The ITC found that these devices infringe upon the patent rights of medical technology company Masimo (MASI).Apple vs. MasimoBack in 2013, Masimo, a health tech company, developed a mobile pulse oximeter - a sensor for tracking blood oxygen levels - that could sync up with the iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch. When this tech was unveiled, Apple showed keen interest in incorporating this feature into its own devices. Instead of buying or licensing the intellectual property, Apple opted to onboard several key players from Masimo, including Michael O'Reilly, who transitioned from being Masimo's chief medical officer to Apple's vice president of medical technology.Fast forward to 2020, and things got tense between the two companies. As a result, Apple is gearing up to completely halt sales of these new watches, with uncertainty looming over the duration of this restriction.Confirmed by Apple, these devices won't be accessible via its online store from December 21st or in physical Apple stores starting December 24th due to an \"order from the US International Trade Commission regarding a technical intellectual property dispute.\"While awaiting President Joe Biden's decision until December 25th, Apple is preparing to comply should the ruling remain unchanged. The Office of the US Trade Representative, managed by the Biden administration, is thoroughly considering all aspects of the case.If not overturned, the ban is set to come into effect on December 26th with Apple not being able to sell its most popular wearable devices. So what does that mean for Apple?Wearables Represent 10% Of The SalesIn Q4 FY23, Apple recorded a quarterly revenue of $89.5 billion, marking a 1% decrease compared to the previous year, primarily due to declining sales in Greater China and Japan. The Q4 breakdown appeared as follows:iPhone: $43.8 billion revenue, contributing 49% to the total revenue, with a 3% YoY growth.MacBook: $7.6 billion revenue, contributing 8.5% to the total revenue, with a -34% YoY growth.iPad: $6.4 billion revenue, contributing 7.2% to the total revenue, with an -11% YoY growth.Wearables: $9.3 billion revenue, contributing 10% to the total revenue, with a -4% YoY growth.Services: $22.3 billion revenue, contributing 24.9% to the total revenue, with a 16% YoY growth. This breakdown indicates that wearables, encompassing both Apple Watch and AirPods, contribute a solid 10% to the overall revenue, making it a significant income stream.Although Apple doesn't offer specific insights into this category, detailing the contribution from AirPods versus Apple Watch, I believe it's reasonable to estimate that roughly half of the revenue stems from Apple Watches. This means that if the ban takes effect, around $5 billion in quarterly revenue could potentially be in jeopardy moving forward.Considering the ban's effective date of December 26th, it hasn't impacted the holiday shopping season encompassing Black Friday and Christmas-traditionally a robust period for Apple. However, the ban's duration remains uncertain. The real repercussions, if the ruling holds, are likely to surface in January and February, typically slower sales months for Apple in the US.Let's also consider that Apple has a substantial inventory of Watch 8 and SE, ensuring product availability during this period. However, the larger concern revolves around whether Apple can utilize the disputed blood oxygen sensor technology in future devices or if they'll need to negotiate a settlement or devise an alternative solution. So, beyond waiting for the ruling, what options does Apple have?In a statement, Apple mentioned it's \"pursuing a range of legal and technical options\" to address the issue and resume sales of its popular smartwatches, although specific plans were not disclosed. However, the company does have a few potential avenues.According to media, there's a significant internal effort aimed at altering how the Apple Watch collects and presents blood oxygen data. Yet, a simple software update might not satisfy all parties involved. Apple has a track record of resolving patent disputes through settlements and licensing deals, as demonstrated with Qualcomm in 2019.No Room For Error At This ValuationWhile the $5 billion quarterly revenue at stake might seem relatively small compared to the anticipated $397.2 billion revenue for Apple in FY24, it actually accounts for approximately 5% of the total annual sales. What's more critical is the potential aftermath if the ruling stands and Apple is forced to reengineer its Apple Watch or settle through a financial agreement. This could set a precedent for other companies to possibly sue Apple for patent infringement, leading to trouble in the coming years. However, where I perceive the primary risk lies is in Apple's valuation. The stock is presently trading at a whopping 30.07x its FY24 earnings, marking an 18% premium compared to its valuation over the last 5 years. This trend is confirmed by the forward EV/EBITDA, currently sitting at 22.97x, representing a 26.5% increase from its historical valuation. What concerns me here is that as Apple already delivered negative year-over-year revenue growth during Q4 FY23, with this valuation, it can't afford many setbacks.Any hiccups could significantly impact the stock as it's trading at historical highs, leaving little room for error. Executing flawlessly becomes crucial to justify this valuation.Valuation (Seeking Alpha)Over the next five years, analysts anticipate Apple to boost its Revenue by a CAGR of 6.4% and its EPS by 8.5%, thanks to aggressive stock buybacks. For reference, Apple has decreased its shares outstanding by 38% over the past decade. Now, to put Apple's forward looking valuation in relation to other fundamentally strong tech companies, let's take a look at the following comparison:Apple's Forward PEG ratio: 3.25Microsoft's (MSFT) 2.37Broadcom's (AVGO) 1.57Nvidia's (NVDA) 0.92This suggests that Apple's forward valuation in relation to EPS growth is significantly higher compared to the other selected companies, leaving minimal margin for error in execution, as any misstep might result in a significant stock drawback.Nevertheless, if Apple swiftly resolves the dispute with Masimo and gets back to selling its Apple Watch range, I anticipate the stock could reasonably appreciate by 7% annually, potentially reaching a stock price of $276 by the end of 2028.
