@Samlunch:$Apple(AAPL)$ People are making a big deal out of the news that Warren Buffett recently sold 50% of his apple ($AAPL) shares. When a great investor sells a stock, is it an indication to sell as well? Is it a sign of a top? Maybe not. Buffett sold his entire Mcdonalds (MCD) stock in 1998. Since then, MCD has increased +1,413%, outperforming Berkshire Hathaways returns. Buffett sold his entire Costco (COST) stake in June 2020. Since then, COST has gained +190%, outperforming Berkshire as well. Buffett also sold all his stakes in airline stocks like Delta Airlines (DAL) in March 2020. Since then, DAL is up +82% as well Lesson? I pay no attention to what other investors are doing, no matter how great they are.
@BaronLyly:$Microsoft(MSFT)$MSFT is the King at Creating Millionaires and Billionaires. No matter what stocks do on a daily or even a weekly basis, don't forget who the all time champ is, when deciding what to trade out of in a market sell off. I bought more when everyone feared. This is bull shoot
@StompyNZ:$NVIDIA Corp(NVDA)$ the market is starting to panic. The fall isn't done yet. Technical analysis of s&p 500 tells a story and that is to say we could see another 10% fall on the market. I'm not getting into NVDA until we see this fall start to flaten out. Once is does, don't miss out on earnings calls. A prime time to get in on the dip and ride the earnings to the moon. NVDA is the one holding all the bags. They make the tools all the others need to make AI, they don't need to develop a new product to make money off AI, they already have it and everyone wants it. AMD proved this, NVDA will be the same. The rally will begin when they report.
