However, Palantir is already profitable. 2. Bigbear's recent $165m US Army contract win shows extraordinary ttechnical capability. 3. Bigbear's president was Trump's former Border and Customs Commissioner and Acting Homeland Security Secretary. More to write.
SMCI announced that Nasdaq has accepted its compliance plan and extended its filing deadline to 25 February 2025. SMCI added that it should be able to comply with the extended deadline. SMCI's share rose more than 9% in the morning. I would suggest to take profit on any gains today. The extension given was anticipated and should have been priced into the share price. Any incremental gain in SMCI's share price should come from 1. Confirmation of non-reinstatement of financial reports (minor gain in share price). 2. Audited reports by BDO do not vary much from unaudited reports (minor gain in share prrice). 3. Future projection of revenue and gross margins (major gain/loss in share price). Ceteris paribus, for SMCI to regain its pre-PWC resignation share
Bigbear AI@$3..40 up $0.54/18.71% Talks of it becoming like a Palantir spurs interest in this stock. At around 5x last quarter's annualized sales, it is cheap compared to Palantir's more than 50x. Archer Aviation @$8.26 up $0.61/7.90% Archer Aviation has become a meme stock on Reddit. EVTOL is an emerging new disruptive technology in the Low Altitude Economy. It was one of the most mentioned stock. Certification is around 12-14 months away. Future CAPEX are committed by Stellantis, an auto manufacturer and lead investor. Totally disagree. You could have used "very high risk" or "uninvestible". But bear in mind, the CURRENT price accounts for the inherent risk NOW. This is a regulated stock market not a casino. Options must be gambling too? Justice department investigation. It will at most end with a fine and settlement. And it will be good news. Delisting from Nasdaq? Any news attributing the drop in share price after SMCI filed it's compliance plan is inaccurate. Nasdaq should approve the plan if it displayed a pathway to compliance. SMCI would be given 180 days to comply. So, we can discuss delisting possibility but in the final 45 days BDO is not a Big 4 firm. Not the same league. Big 4 firms are premier but it is myopic to only highlight BDO's past infractions without mentioning the many Big 4's infrac
