$CapLand Ascendas REIT(A17U.SI)$  Temasek just acquired more units of Ascendas, bringing its holdings from 18.99% to 19%. That's not a move a significant shareholder will make if you're unhappy with the long term strategic direction or lack belief in the profitability of the entity, especially not before a quarterly earnings announcement.  Buy the dip. Market is down this week. This stock is still a keeper

$Ocular Therapeutix(OCUL)$ took 💯 % profit woohoo! Feels like a great time to cash out now after watching the trades for the last hour. Thankfully I wasn't greedy and managed to cash out at $10.58 [Grin]  

2 days ago, Tiger Lab's Quant Optimization trading strategy notified to open a position for $cleveland-cliffs(CLF)$. I liked the recommendation but being conservative, tried to get in via a hedged option strategy instead. Failed to close my trade yesterday, and looks like I've missed the boat on this one.  Another Tiger Labs strategy that I subscribe to is the Super Long Hunter strategy. Both these strategies have new picks today. Would you open a position with them? $Watsco(WSO)$ $ASML Holding NV(ASML)$  

$Mobileye Global Inc.(MBLY)$  Short term, I think the sell off might continue. I think we might see $5. But now might be the best time to buy in. Mobileye isn't $Intel(INTC)$  and I think the growth story for mobileye isn't done. LIDAR tech is still a field with huge growth opportunity in the self-driving sphere, and I think it's possible to see a turnaround in 2025 if their pipeline matures as forecasted.

I just found out that Tiger now supports early exercising of out-of-money options! Woohoo!  Yet another reason to use Tiger[Grin] [Strong]

"I am a bargain hunter, looking for oversold stocks!"[LOL]   I usually enter positions on businesses with "resilient" value, such as telcos or telecommunication-related companies like $Adtran(ADTN)$, healthcare, finance, freight/logistics, and manufacturing including semiconductor companies like $Navitas Semiconductor Corp(NVTS)$. I also set aside about 15-20% of my invested capital for "exploring new ideas".  This can be via options trading to capitalize on volatility movements, or investing in growth. Companies which are AI-related or clinical trial companies spring to mind. As a retail investor, I don't have much time to do my homework. That's why I'm very thankful for the insights from

$Grab Holdings(GRAB)$  I've spoken positively about Grab in the past, but I think it's time to cash in. I don't see Grab positioning for growth. And with their recent activities, it feels like there's still a focus on profitability > growth. thats not the investment narrative we first subscribed to when investing. I think it's time to take my money elsewhere. As a hedge, I've also bought $GRAB 20240621 3.5 CALL$ at a relatively low cost. In the event earnings do support the growth narrative, I'll still be able to buy back a stake at the current price :)

Have been playing catchup to SPY for most of the year. Finally outperforming SPY YTD haha[LOL]   Options have really helped manage my risks. Strategies like option verticals and straddles have helped me profit from the volatility, especially between the 2 earning seasons this year from late Feb to now. Need to exercise discipline, trust the work you've put in, and employ strategies to help you lose less, not earn more. Greed can earn you a lot fast, but prudence helps you earn longer.[Victory]

$Service stream(SSM.AU)$ I've held this position for 1.5 years, and finally sold it for >50% profits today! Service stream is involved in the installation, operation and maintenance of Australia's essential infrastructure networks, and after a "fallow" period, it's finally bearing fruit! I'm hoping to reenter after the price stabilizes, as this company is a great long position to hold. Their dividends grow in line with their revenue, which is great for dividend investors[Grin]  Outlook: business to maintain strong growth, and to solidify gains in profit margins. Expect inflation and high interest rates to erode market confidence in the short term after ex-dividend, which would hopefully provide an enticing entry opportunity. Target entry

$SIA 5xShortUB250530(V6QW.SI)$ DLCs are a great way to hedge against, or even earn from $SINGAPORE AIRLINES LTD(C6L.SI)$  price movement down. I didn't buy a lot, but a 25% to 30% profit from the post earnings drop did bring some comfort to the paper loss I experienced from my long position. I think the price will eventually stabilize between $6.40 to $6.50, but it might go lower first before stabilizing as movement of SG blue chip stocks tend to go on longer than other markets haha[Facepalm]   I might reopen a position on this DLC when market opens if the drop hasn't stabilized yet[Victory]
