You feel invincible in a bull market, but in a bear market you feel like you'll never make money again. It's been a long fall for many growth stocks in 2022, but keep your head up. Historically, Wall Street has always recovered, and there isn't a reason why this would be any different.

The market will probably rebound at some point, so now is a great time to start thinking about your top investment ideas for 2023. Stocks like Shopify, Workday, and Sea Limited were losers in 2022, but here's why they could be big winners in 2023 and beyond.

Stock up on this e-commerce stock

Will Healy (Shopify): Most long-term Shopify investors probably want to forget 2022. This time last year, it had flirted with all-time highs. However, the bear market hit this one-time high-flyer hard. Since reaching its high, Shopify has lost almost 80% of its value.

Admittedly, the stock price had probably moved ahead of its growth rate. Also, e-commerce growth slowed as consumers emerged from lockdowns, making its price unsustainable. However, the case for Shopify stock may have improved during that time from a competitive standpoint. It has built an ecosystem to address the direct needs (and many of the indirect needs) of e-commerce businesses.

Shopify Plus, its software package designed to attract large and high-growth businesses, continues to gain traction. On the Q3 2022 earnings call, Shopify President Harley Finkelstein revealed that Plus claimed 35% of all point-of-sale pro sales in Q3, up from 14% in the year-ago quarter.

Additionally, the Shopify Fulfillment Network (SFN) facilitates order fulfillment and returns for customers. With Shopify's purchase of Deliverr complete, it can now serve as a one-stop shop for all logistics needs. The fact that Amazon is its only competitor in this area will help Shopify stand out above software-oriented peers.

Still, Shopify has returned to losses as the cost of building the fulfillment network weighs on the bottom line. Also, while Q3 revenue of $1.4 billion rose 22%, that lagged the three-year compound annual growth rate for revenue of 52%.

Nonetheless, for the remainder of 2022, the company predicted slowing operating expense growth and a higher percentage of merchant solutions revenue. Merchant solutions, the segment that includes SFN and other business management services, accounted for 72% of company revenue in Q3. Shopify's revenue also rose 26% year over year, beating the overall average.

Moreover, its stock sells for just 9 times sales, a massive reduction from the 45 P/S ratio it reached one year ago. With the company positioned for increased growth, Shopify stock should experience a recovery in 2023.

Shares of this workforce management company could bounce back in 2023

Jake Lerch (Workday): If you think 2023 can be a bounce-back year for the stock market (and I do), it's worth pondering: Which stocks would benefit the most? For me, Workday is a name that jumps off the page.

The company is a leading provider of cloud-based workplace solutions. It serves over 50% of Fortune 500 companies, supplying cloud enterprise solutions for human resources, financial planning, and analytics.

Like many tech stocks, Workday has been hit hard in 2022, with its share price falling 48% year to date. However, the company's fundamentals remain solid. Workday reported strong second-quarter earnings back in August and is due to report third-quarter earnings in mid-November.

Revenue continues to grow over 20% on a year-over-year basis and now stands at $5.7 billion over the last 12 months. Of that $5.7 billion, $5 billion comes from subscription revenue. What's more, back in August, management reiterated its long-term goal to reach $10 billion in annual sales.

WDAY data by YCharts

Workday continues to grow its customer base and has recently achieved FedRAMP-authorized status, meaning the company can now sell its products to U.S. government agencies.

It all adds up to a great environment for Workday in 2023 -- if the broader economy can get its act together. Next year the Federal Reserve is likely to pivot away from the massive interest rate hikes that have become the norm in 2022. Meanwhile, double-digit inflation will eventually moderate, relieving some pressure that has held back tech stocks this year.

And that's why I think Workday is poised to benefit. It's a name investors should get to know now -- before next year's catalysts take its stock significantly higher.

This internet company is cutting costs and gearing up for a big 2023

Justin Pope (Sea Limited): E-commerce, payments, and gaming company Sea Limited was among the big winners during the pandemic, soaring to a peak of roughly 1,000% from its pre-pandemic share price. But as they say, easy come, easy go. The stock has given up virtually all of those gains throughout 2022. Wall Street can be irrational sometimes, which means it can overshoot to both the upside and downside.

You saw the example of the upside when the stock ballooned to a price-to-sales ratio (P/S) of 30, a valuation showing how much the share price outran the business's growth during the pandemic. But today, you're seeing the opposite: The stock is trading at its lowest valuation ever, which might give someone the impression that Sea Limited is a struggling company.

SE PS Ratio data by YCharts

However, the data primarily disputes that. Sea Limited is generating more revenue than ever. The business saw a surge of growth during the pandemic, including 158% year-over-year revenue growth in Q2 of last year. But instead of declining after such a big leap, revenue increased another 29% in the second quarter of this year. Some may frown at what's technically a slower growth rate, but it signals that the COVID-19 boost was no fluke. One might even see growth pick back up next year as those tough growth comparables from 2021 pass.

The company isn't profitable, but invests heavily to fund growth. Fortunately, management has recognized the need to cut back some and did pull back on some of its expansion efforts in Latin America. Sea Limited is well funded, with $7.8 billion in cash, so the company is on solid financial footing.

Sea's seen some bumps in the road, but the car is still on the tracks. Investors can revisit this thought if the company burns through its cash reserves without making considerable progress toward turning a profit. It burned $1.4 billion over the past year, so that $7.4 billion should buy it time. Assuming Sea Limited can continue growing while it reduces its cash burn, the dire valuation leaves room for an upside move once market sentiment improves.

","source":"fool_stock","collect":0,"html":"\n
\n
\n\n\n\n
3 Stocks You'll Regret Not Buying Ahead of a Rally in 2023
\n\n
\n
\n
\n
\n
\n3 Stocks You'll Regret Not Buying Ahead of a Rally in 2023\n
\n\n
\n\n\n2022-11-08 15:54 GMT+8 Motley Fool\n\n\n
\n\n
\n
\n
\n
The stock market can play tricks on your mind. Assuming Sea Limited can continue growing while it reduces its cash burn, the dire valuation leaves room for an upside move once market sentiment improves.","news_type":1},"isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":642,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[],"imageCount":0,"langContent":"EN","totalScore":0},{"id":9987042968,"gmtCreate":1667783239655,"gmtModify":1676537962125,"author":{"id":"4123326866212482","authorId":"4123326866212482","name":"kera","avatar":"https://community-static.tradeup.com/news/b76fe0dbe31d67b47f6f33dc7546c589","crmLevel":3,"crmLevelSwitch":0,"followedFlag":false,"idStr":"4123326866212482","authorIdStr":"4123326866212482"},"themes":[],"htmlText":"[Strong] ","listText":"[Strong] ","text":"[Strong]","images":[],"top":1,"highlighted":1,"essential":1,"paper":1,"likeSize":0,"commentSize":0,"repostSize":0,"link":"https://ttm.financial/post/9987042968","repostId":"1112246565","repostType":4,"isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":468,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[],"imageCount":0,"langContent":"EN","totalScore":0},{"id":9915419206,"gmtCreate":1665098851505,"gmtModify":1676537555446,"author":{"id":"4123326866212482","authorId":"4123326866212482","name":"kera","avatar":"https://community-static.tradeup.com/news/b76fe0dbe31d67b47f6f33dc7546c589","crmLevel":3,"crmLevelSwitch":0,"followedFlag":false,"idStr":"4123326866212482","authorIdStr":"4123326866212482"},"themes":[],"htmlText":"[Strong] ","listText":"[Strong] ","text":"[Strong]","images":[],"top":1,"highlighted":1,"essential":1,"paper":1,"likeSize":1,"commentSize":0,"repostSize":0,"link":"https://ttm.financial/post/9915419206","repostId":"1149814963","repostType":4,"isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":368,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[],"imageCount":0,"langContent":"EN","totalScore":0},{"id":9915410763,"gmtCreate":1665098778852,"gmtModify":1676537555427,"author":{"id":"4123326866212482","authorId":"4123326866212482","name":"kera","avatar":"https://community-static.tradeup.com/news/b76fe0dbe31d67b47f6f33dc7546c589","crmLevel":3,"crmLevelSwitch":0,"followedFlag":false,"idStr":"4123326866212482","authorIdStr":"4123326866212482"},"themes":[],"htmlText":"[Strong] ","listText":"[Strong] ","text":"[Strong]","images":[],"top":1,"highlighted":1,"essential":1,"paper":1,"likeSize":2,"commentSize":0,"repostSize":0,"link":"https://ttm.financial/post/9915410763","repostId":"1174601478","repostType":4,"isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":457,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[],"imageCount":0,"langContent":"EN","totalScore":0},{"id":9915640255,"gmtCreate":1665027207477,"gmtModify":1676537546807,"author":{"id":"4123326866212482","authorId":"4123326866212482","name":"kera","avatar":"https://community-static.tradeup.com/news/b76fe0dbe31d67b47f6f33dc7546c589","crmLevel":3,"crmLevelSwitch":0,"followedFlag":false,"idStr":"4123326866212482","authorIdStr":"4123326866212482"},"themes":[],"htmlText":"đđ»đđ»","listText":"đđ»đđ»","text":"đđ»đđ»","images":[],"top":1,"highlighted":1,"essential":1,"paper":1,"likeSize":1,"commentSize":0,"repostSize":0,"link":"https://ttm.financial/post/9915640255","repostId":"1197711957","repostType":4,"repost":{"id":"1197711957","kind":"news","weMediaInfo":{"introduction":"Providing stock market headlines, business news, financials and earnings ","home_visible":1,"media_name":"Tiger Newspress","id":"1079075236","head_image":"https://static.tigerbbs.com/8274c5b9d4c2852bfb1c4d6ce16c68ba"},"pubTimestamp":1664982239,"share":"https://ttm.financial/m/news/1197711957?lang=&edition=fundamental","pubTime":"2022-10-05 23:03","market":"us","language":"en","title":"Streaming Media Stocks Dipped in Morning Trading","url":"https://stock-news.laohu8.com/highlight/detail?id=1197711957","media":"Tiger Newspress","summary":"Streaming media stocks dipped in morning trading. Disney, Netflix, Spotify, Roku and fuboTV fell bet","content":"

Streaming media stocks dipped in morning trading. Disney, Netflix, Spotify, Roku and fuboTV fell between 2% and 7%.

","collect":0,"html":"\n
\n
\n<meta http-equiv=\"Content-Type\" content=\"text/html; If you wanted anything -- from toilet paper to a big-screen television -- you either went to a store or jumped on your computer and bought whatever you needed.

Occasionally the exact thing you wanted was out, but having to buy a four-pack of paper towels instead of a two-pack hardly counts as adversity. Covid changed that as consumption patterns changed and retailers no longer knew exactly what to order. That caused both shortages and overages.

Walmart and Target, for example, both ended up with too many televisions this summer. Those big items clogged their warehouses taking room from the Items the retailers actually think they will sell this holiday season. To fix that, both retailers have been selling off merchandise at big discounts.

Costco has similar inventory problems, but it has a different solution that both members and shareholders should like.

Costco Has a Different Approach to Inventory

While Costco has hundreds of thousands fewer products that Walmart and Target, it's not immune to inventory and supply chain problems. The chain had some seasonal inventory come in late, which CFO Richard Galanti talked about during the warehouse club's fourth-quarter earnings call.

"Well, first of all, without being too specific, there's a decent chunk in there that I would call deep freeze from last year. My example I've used when talking to people is the Christmas trees that retail for $150 to $400. And they came in after Christmas or essentially after Christmas," he said. "And the good news is, is that they don't really change in style. And they're now -- and if you go to Costco, you're going to see it on the floor."

And, while there was some cost associated with sitting on those items for nine months or so, the CFO pointed out a major positive.

"And if you add in the cost of holding them and a little cost of interest, I think they're still a little cheaper than the ones we added to the inventory this year. So in a perverse way, that one didn't hurt us that much other than we don't like to have extra inventory," he said.

Costco Added Inventory for the Holiday Season

Costco's overall inventory has climbed by 26%. That's a mix of supply chain issues and the company adjusting its ordering due to potential problems.

"There are some seasonal things that came in late," Galanti said. "Probably a bigger piece of the delta is us building up inventory, particularly on big and bulky and fulfillment, both e-com fulfillment and big and bulky. The last part is early holiday. We did consciously bring in some stuff."

Galanti added that the warehouse club has added insight into its supply chain and knows how long expected delays are.

"We bought stuff in consciously a little early. And then, as I mentioned, supply chain has improved a little," he said,

The warehouse club's Christmas tree problem was not unique, however and it will be sitting on some other seasonal merchandise that it should be able to sell.

"The other thing that's increased a little bit, even some things like seasonal things like air conditioning and fans, which was -- we had a very strong season, but there were some delays in getting that stuff in," he said.

","source":"lsy1610613172068","collect":0,"html":"\n
\n
\n\n\n\n
Costco Made a Huge Mistake Just Like Walmart and Target
\n\n
\n
\n
\n
\n
\nCostco Made a Huge Mistake Just Like Walmart and Target\n
\n\n
\n\n\n2022-10-03 08:21 GMT+8 The Street\n\n\n
\n\n
\n
\n
\n
The warehouse club admits that it made some errors, but it has a plan to fix the issue that should delight members. Before the pandemic, the average person probably rarely thought of the \"supply chain\"...
\n\nWeb Link\n\n
\n\n\n
\n
\n
\n
\n","type":0,"thumbnail":"","relate_stocks":{"COST":"ć„œćžć€"},"source_url":"https://www.thestreet.com/investing/costco-faces-same-problem-as-walmart-target","is_english":true,"share_image_url":"https://static.laohu8.com/e9f99090a1c2ed51c021029395664489","article_id":"1149077568","content_text":"The warehouse club admits that it made some errors, but it has a plan to fix the issue that should delight members. Before the pandemic, the average person probably rarely thought of the \"supply chain\" or even knew what it was.

The 6.7-inch Pro version has an additional zoom camera, better display and more memory than the 6.3-inch Pixel 7.Googleâs Pixel phones every year serve as the showcase for the companyâs latest Android software and artificial intelligence-based services, such as the Google Assistant. They demonstrate how Google hopes device-making partners will best use its operating system. Google continues developing its own hardware, which has only ever sold in small numbers, in part as insurance against missteps by Samsung, the only credible Apple rival in the US.âGoogle cannot afford to bet its future on Samsung not just for the US market but for the higher-end market across the board,â said Atlanta-based mobile industry analyst Carolina Milanesi. âIt also needs a clean experience to show off its AI.âGoogle AI shows up in the upgraded language-processing capabilities of its latest software. The Recorder app for voice memos can now automatically label different speakers in transcriptions, and transcriptions are also being added to audio messages in the new Pixelsâ messaging app.The Pixel lineup had only 2% of the North American market in the second quarter, whereas Appleâs iPhone commanded 52%, according to Canalys data. Still, Google said itâs now the fastest-growing smartphone developer, in comments ahead of its launch event in New York Thursday. Also introduced at the event was the $349 Pixel Watch. Itâs the first smartwatch from the company to bear the Pixel name and undercuts the latest-generation Apple Watch, which starts at $399. Google will equip its smartwatch with an on-board app store, Google Wallet for mobile payments and Fitbit health sensors and workout services, the company said. Thereâll be models with and without cellular connectivity and Google promises up to 24 hours of battery life for the round-faced device. It will be available Oct. 13, alongside the new phones.Google could aggressively diversify its supply chain as it has expanded into various categories including wearables, security systems and smart speakers. Hardware makes up about $10 billion, or 4% of Alphabetâs sales, and could grow much faster if the company expands into AR/VR and robots.-- Mandeep Singh and Ashley Kim, BI analystsAmong Googleâs other smartphone upgrades this year is a promised 72-hour battery life on low-power mode, up from last yearâs 48 hours. The higher-tier Pixel 7 Pro has three rear cameras, including a 50-megapixel wide-angle lens with the ability to take macro shots and a 48-megapixel telephoto lens with 5X optical zoom. It can record 4K video at 60 frames per second. The standard model benefits from the same macro camera but misses out on the zoom; it also has a slower 90Hz screen rather than the 120Hz display of the Pro.Pixel 7 Pro, center, with Pixel Buds Pro and Pixel Watch.Source: Alphabet Inc.Both phones see the return of face unlock, matching most of the high-end handsets on the market, after that biometric authentication option was removed from the Pixel line with the fifth-generation model in 2020. Google also matches a feature introduced with much fanfare on the iPhone 13 last year: a Cinematic Blur mode that can synthesize depth of field and background blur in videos.Questions about the long-term viability of the Pixel line have circulated for years and may intensify now that all tech companies, Google included, are looking at ways to control costs and streamline operations. Success in the smartphone business requires significant upfront and marketing investment.âIf Google does not become serious about the hardware business, Iâm afraid this product will be another lost opportunity to expand its phone business in critical markets, such as North America and Europe,â IDCâs Francisco Jeronimo said ahead of the launch event.","news_type":1},"isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":457,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[],"imageCount":0,"langContent":"EN","totalScore":0},{"id":9915419206,"gmtCreate":1665098851505,"gmtModify":1676537555446,"author":{"id":"4123326866212482","authorId":"4123326866212482","name":"kera","avatar":"https://community-static.tradeup.com/news/b76fe0dbe31d67b47f6f33dc7546c589","crmLevel":3,"crmLevelSwitch":0,"followedFlag":false,"idStr":"4123326866212482","authorIdStr":"4123326866212482"},"themes":[],"htmlText":"[Strong] ","listText":"[Strong] ","text":"[Strong]","images":[],"top":1,"highlighted":1,"essential":1,"paper":1,"likeSize":1,"commentSize":0,"repostSize":0,"link":"https://ttm.financial/post/9915419206","repostId":"1149814963","repostType":4,"repost":{"id":"1149814963","kind":"news","pubTimestamp":1665056670,"share":"https://ttm.financial/m/news/1149814963?lang=&edition=fundamental","pubTime":"2022-10-06 19:44","market":"us","language":"en","title":"Amazon Plans to Hire 150,000 Workers for Holiday Season","url":"https://stock-news.laohu8.com/highlight/detail?id=1149814963","media":"Bloomberg","summary":"Company had too many people and warehouses after pandemic boomThird-party Amazon merchants are braci","content":"

Company had too many people and warehouses after pandemic boom

Third-party Amazon merchants are bracing for lackluster season

Amazon has been dialing back its logistics expansion.Photographer: Elijah Nouvelage/Bloomberg

Amazon.com Inc. plans to hire 150,000 seasonal workers, about the same as last year despite slowing sales and predictions of a lackluster holiday shopping season.

The worldâs largest online retailer typically hires legions of temporary workers this time of year to help store, pack and ship items from its warehouses. And things may get worse than June, as the major indices reached their YTD lows last week backed by many layers of fear. Now, almost every day feels like going to the slaughterhouse. It is not far-fetched to say stocks have faced quadruple whammies over the last year or so. Inflation, War, Fed Policies, and Foreign policies have each taken the spotlight in sending stocks lower. So much that the last COVID-related selloff we recall happened in November of last year.

With fear comes panic. With panic come the opportunities for investors with these traits:

Patience and Long-term view

Enough capital or cash flow to survive market declines. By "survive" we mean the ability to at least retain your current standard of living. Even if that means the market going down another 50% from here.

Belief in the underlying stock.

Amazon.com, Inc. (NASDAQ:AMZN) is one of the stocks that we believe in long term. We wrote this article back in June when the market was equally bad, suggesting investors sell puts at a price that was about 10% lower than the then-market price. By stroke of luck, Amazon has since outperformed the market handily, as Seeking Alpha has captured, as shown below. The point is not to tout such fleeting short-term "success" but rather to have the conviction to back a company you believe in through horrible market cycles.

Seekingalpha.com

In the interest of full disclosure, we did initiate a stock position in Amazon during this selloff. That is not to say we aren't interested in increasing our exposure to Amazon at attractive prices. But what is attractive and how does one get it? What if you want to buy Amazon but at a lower price? Sure, you may use a limit order, but what if the stock never gets to that point? You remain out of the game entirely. That is where selling puts comes into the picture, where you collect a premium right away for your skin in the game.

To keep things consistent with the previous article, let's look at a strike price that is about 10% lower than the current market price. It is interesting to note that the option premium (as a percentage of the underlying cost-basis) right now is much lower than it was back in June. Let's get into the details below.

Think or Swim

Key data points

Strike Price: $102

Expiration Date: October 7th, 2022

Premium: $0.48/share, for a total of $48.

In simple words, the put seller collects $48 to buy 100 shares of Amazon at $102 if the stock reaches $102 or below by October 7th, 2022. Bear in mind that time decay is in favor of the option seller, meaning as days go by, the option values declines.

What's the expected return and possible outcomes?

Return:The premium collected ($48) for setting aside $10,200 represents just 0.47% for a little more than week. While any positive return in the current market is welcome, this is in stark contrast to the 1.25% return in June for comparable timeframe and strike price. How is that possible? On paper, things are at least a little worse, much worse now than in June. So, should the option seller not be paid a higher premium to undertake the risk of buying the underlying stock? The only logical answer we can come to is that the market does not believe the stock will go that low within the expiration date. That sounds like a positive affirmation to us.

Outcome #1:If Amazon stays above $102 by the expiration date, the option seller just retains mentioned above. The option seller will not be obligated to buy the shares.

Outcome #2:If Amazon goes below $102 by the expiration date, the option seller will be forced to buy 100 shares at $102, irrespective of where the stock trades at that time. Keeping the premium netted in mind, the average cost in this case will be $101.52 ($102 minus $0.48).

Outcome #3:As an option seller, one can "buy to close" anytime instead of waiting till the expiration date. That may be appealing to those who have the time and patience to play short-dated options many times over. But we typically let the option expire before choosing another chain (or another stock).

Many ways to skin the cat

The above chain was just one example. If you are looking for a higher return and a lower strike price, consider far-dated options like the one below. Our sweet spot has always been between a week and a month, as that give us enough time to react and at the same time does not tie up capital for too long.

In this example, the options seller agrees to buy 100 shares of Amazon at 100 should the stock reach that by October 28th, while collecting a premium of about $2.30 per share. With panic come the opportunities for investors with these traits:Patience and Long-term viewEnough capital or cash flow to survive market declines. By \"survive\" we mean the ability to at least retain your current standard of living. Even if that means the market going down another 50% from here.Belief in the underlying stock.Amazon.com, Inc. The point is not to tout such fleeting short-term \"success\" but rather to have the conviction to back a company you believe in through horrible market cycles.Seekingalpha.comIn the interest of full disclosure, we did initiate a stock position in Amazon during this selloff. That is not to say we aren't interested in increasing our exposure to Amazon at attractive prices. But what is attractive and how does one get it? What if you want to buy Amazon but at a lower price? Sure, you may use a limit order, but what if the stock never gets to that point? You remain out of the game entirely. That is where selling puts comes into the picture, where you collect a premium right away for your skin in the game.To keep things consistent with the previous article, let's look at a strike price that is about 10% lower than the current market price. It is interesting to note that the option premium (as a percentage of the underlying cost-basis) right now is much lower than it was back in June. Let's get into the details below.Think or SwimKey data pointsStrike Price: $102Expiration Date: October 7th, 2022Premium: $0.48/share, for a total of $48.In simple words, the put seller collects $48 to buy 100 shares of Amazon at $102 if the stock reaches $102 or below by October 7th, 2022. Bear in mind that time decay is in favor of the option seller, meaning as days go by, the option values declines. What's the expected return and possible outcomes?Return:The premium collected ($48) for setting aside $10,200 represents just 0.47% for a little more than week. That sounds like a positive affirmation to us.Outcome #1:If Amazon stays above $102 by the expiration date, the option seller just retains mentioned above. The option seller will not be obligated to buy the shares.Outcome #2:If Amazon goes below $102 by the expiration date, the option seller will be forced to buy 100 shares at $102, irrespective of where the stock trades at that time. Keeping the premium netted in mind, the average cost in this case will be $101.52 ($102 minus $0.48).Outcome #3:As an option seller, one can \"buy to close\" anytime instead of waiting till the expiration date. That may be appealing to those who have the time and patience to play short-dated options many times over. But we typically let the option expire before choosing another chain (or another stock). Many ways to skin the catThe above chain was just one example. If you are looking for a higher return and a lower strike price, consider far-dated options like the one below. Our sweet spot has always been between a week and a month, as that give us enough time to react and at the same time does not tie up capital for too long.In this example, the options seller agrees to buy 100 shares of Amazon at 100 should the stock reach that by October 28th, while collecting a premium of about $2.30 per share. A 2.3% return in a month for setting aside capital is something many would grab with both hands in the current market.Think or SwimBe aware of your risks and choicesOnce again, please bear in mind that if your primary interest is in getting premiums, selling puts during down-trending markets may not be the best strategy.
