I think that Apple is a bit overvalued today, but also expect positive returns over the next decade with room to surprise to the upside. Thus, I retain a buy rating on Apple stock, although I don't view it as a strong buy today and don't think that the fundamentals support a $200 price target for 2023.

Can Apple Stock Reach $200 In 2023?

To answer the question in the article title, if a stock market bottom is reached in 2023 that's somewhat near current levels, then regular market volatility would probably allow AAPL stock's price to fluctuate enough to reach $200 at some point in 2023, even if it doesn't end the year there.

That's because AAPL stock has fluctuated by an average of 82% per year over the last 15 years, as measured by the difference between its low and high price in each year. For comparison, the S&P 500 (SPY) fluctuated by an average of 34% per year over the last 15 years.

Of course, if the market fails to bottom and continues the downtrend that started in 2022, it's likely that Apple will follow it to lower lows. In that case, it would experience most of its volatility to the downside and would likely fail to touch $200.

While fluctuations of 82% per year may seem unhealthy, a 2017studyfound that the average S&P 500 stock experiences about twice as much price fluctuation as the S&P 500 in a year. That puts Apple just slightly above average in terms of volatility, a fact which is also reflected in its beta value of 1.25. This above average volatility is due to a variety of factors including high retail interest in AAPL stock and Apple's somewhat cyclical business, neither of which should be concerning for long term investors in Apple.

To summarize this section, AAPL stock will reach $200 in 2023, or it won't. That doesn't sound very useful, and it shouldn't because short term market movements are almost impossible to predict (and yes, even one year is short term). So, nobody can say for sure what price range Apple's stock will trade in next year.

A better way to phrase the question posed in the article title might be "Do the fundamentals of Apple's business support a $200 price tag for Apple stock by the end of 2023?" But that title wouldn't fit on the screen of the iPhone that many of you are probably reading this on. I'll explore this rephrased question in the rest of this article.

Is Apple A Good Long-Term Stock?

First, let's look at Apple from a qualitative perspective. Although the company's products are somewhat controversial due to their walled garden design and high price tags, there's no denying that Apple has many loyal customers and benefits from strong network effects (e.g. iMessage, Airdrop).

Apple is especially popular with young people in the United States, with an estimated87%of teens having an iPhone. Popularity with this demographic sets them up well for the future, even if the picture is a bit blurrier internationally.

Apple (along with big tech peers Amazon, Microsoft, and Google) has a wide moat and great long term trajectory due to its oligopoly in multiple hardware and software sub-industries. In Apple's case, it will continue to boast best-in-class hardware margins by asserting dominance in the smartphone and PC supply chain, where it's the largest customer of most of its suppliers. It's a similar story with the App Store duopoly, which allows Apple to take a large cut of revenue from the many, many companies making iOS apps. Going forward, Apple will leverage its walled garden approach to ensure that it says relevant in any post-smartphone computing medium like smart watches, smart speakers, AR/VR headsets, and possibly even cars.

I could go on and on about why Apple has great and unique products that position it well for the long term. But most investors are probably already familiar with Apple's products, so let's move on.

AAPL Stock Key Metrics

Seeking Alpha

According to Seeking Alpha, Apple's factor grades are mixed. It gets an A+ for profitability, which is no surprise as Apple boasts profit margins of 26%. It also scores well on momentum, as it's fared better than most tech names in the recent market selloff. However, Apple has had 21 downward revisions against 14 upward revisions in the past three months, which shows that sentiment is mixed.

Turning to growth, Apple scores poorly on this metric. Unlike its peers, it missed out on the public cloud infrastructure boom. I don't really knock Apple for this miss since it's a B2C focused company and developed a strong suite of B2C SaaS offerings like News, Music, and TV in the meantime. But it does mean that Apple is projected for the slowest growth of the big tech companies going forward. I model Apple growing revenue at just a 6% CAGR over the next 10 years, which is similar to the Seeking Alpha analyst consensus of 7%.

It's possible that Apple's growth will surprise to the upside if it has success in a new product category like AR/VR headsets and/or smart cars. I also expect the company to take market share in laptops/PCs thanks to the incredible ARM-based microprocessors it released in 2020. However, Apple's largest segment remains iPhone, and I don't expect stellar growth there.

Although it's not directly highlighted in the key metrics, another metric worth pointing out is Apple's ROI of 50% and ROE of 153%, which are both the best among the big tech companies. I look at these two metrics for a quantitative indicator of whether a company has a moat, and typically consider them solid when they're above 20%. What these metrics mean is that even though Apple is slower growing, it's making very profitable and efficient use of the capital that it does invest back into its business. That fact, combined with Apple being a highly profitable business, means that Apple will continue to be a very shareholder-friendly company.

In addition to paying a dividend, Apple has reduced its shares outstanding by at least 3% yoy in every quarter since 2013. While Apple might not be the hyper growth company it once was, it's going to be difficult for Apple to be a terrible investment when it has positive growth and essentially a >3% dividend, assuming it can keep these shareholder returns going.

What Is The Target Price For AAPL Stock?

The last factor grade that I didn't cover yet is valuation. AAPL gets an F for valuation, likely due in part to its PEG ratio above 4. Nevertheless, analysts - who typically have a time horizon of one year - have a consensus price target of$181according to Seeking Alpha. I've seen consensus estimates as high as $184. The lowest target I've seen is Morningstar's at $130.

At Tech Investing Edge, we invest with a 10 year time horizon, so I don't have an explicit target price for Apple at 2023. However, if we assume linear growth using my 10 year price target, it would give a $141 price target at the end of 2023.

Overall, while there is a wide range of price targets for AAPL stock, it's safe to say analysts are modestly bullish but don't expect $200 in 2023. I agree with this perspective.

Final Thoughts

Investors might be surprised to see that I'm long Apple even though I don't believe that the fundamentals support a $200 price target - or even the current price - in 2023. I'm still long because I believe in using both qualitative and quantitative factors when investing.

It's likely that I'll be wrong about at least some of the assumptions that I made when forming my price target, such as 6% revenue growth. If that growth elevates to just 8%, then my price target moves above the current price. What I'm more certain about than the exact growth rate and fair value are the qualitative factors I previously highlighted that make Apple's business great and well-positioned for the long term. I chose to publish this article before Thursday's earnings because I'm confident that these qualitative factors won't change, regardless of what numbers Apple posts this quarter.

What price targets (analysts' and my own) tell me is that Apple is not insanely overvalued. It's likely slightly overvalued or slightly undervalued. And, to repeat a probably overused quote, it's better to buy a great business at a fair price than a fair business at a great price.

","collect":0,"html":"\n
\n
\n\n\n\n
Can Apple Stock Reach $200 In 2023?
\n\n
\n
\n
\n
\n
\nCan Apple Stock Reach $200 In 2023?\n
\n\n
\n\n\n2022-10-27 13:56 GMT+8 Seeking Alpha\n\n\n
\n\n
\n
\n
\n
SummaryIt's possible that Apple stock will reach $200 in 2023, mostly because markets are very volatile.Based on my fair value estimate, I think that Apple will be worth less than $200 at the end of ...
\n\nWeb Link\n\n
\n\n\n
\n
\n
\n
\n","type":0,"thumbnail":"","relate_stocks":{"AAPL":"苹果"},"source_url":"https://seekingalpha.com/article/4549081-can-apple-stock-reach-200-in-2023","is_english":true,"share_image_url":"https://static.laohu8.com/e9f99090a1c2ed51c021029395664489","article_id":"1144968402","content_text":"SummaryIt's possible that Apple stock will reach $200 in 2023, mostly because markets are very volatile.Based on my fair value estimate, I think that Apple will be worth less than $200 at the end of 2023.I nevertheless have a \"weak buy\" rating on Apple stock because it's near fair value and long term investors should have exposure to this company.ThesisApple (NASDAQ:AAPL) is a high quality company and stock that investors should want to own at the right price. And, to repeat a probably overused quote, it's better to buy a great business at a fair price than a fair business at a great price.","news_type":1},"isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":112,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[],"imageCount":0,"langContent":"EN","totalScore":0},{"id":9983447049,"gmtCreate":1666312821081,"gmtModify":1676537738706,"author":{"id":"4126643072966932","authorId":"4126643072966932","name":"Monir","avatar":"https://community-static.tradeup.com/news/2b4122b3bf9837a12f9a70b331f45365","crmLevel":1,"crmLevelSwitch":1,"followedFlag":false,"idStr":"4126643072966932","authorIdStr":"4126643072966932"},"themes":[],"htmlText":"$Straits Times Index(STI.SI)$","listText":"$Straits Times Index(STI.SI)$","text":"$Straits Times Index(STI.SI)$","images":[],"top":1,"highlighted":1,"essential":1,"paper":1,"likeSize":0,"commentSize":0,"repostSize":0,"link":"https://ttm.financial/post/9983447049","isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":146,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[],"imageCount":0,"langContent":"EN","totalScore":0},{"id":9989759467,"gmtCreate":1666094503959,"gmtModify":1676537704963,"author":{"id":"4126643072966932","authorId":"4126643072966932","name":"Monir","avatar":"https://community-static.tradeup.com/news/2b4122b3bf9837a12f9a70b331f45365","crmLevel":1,"crmLevelSwitch":1,"followedFlag":false,"idStr":"4126643072966932","authorIdStr":"4126643072966932"},"themes":[],"htmlText":"Great ariticle, would you like to share it?","listText":"Great ariticle, would you like to share it?","text":"Great ariticle, would you like to share it?","images":[],"top":1,"highlighted":1,"essential":1,"paper":1,"likeSize":0,"commentSize":0,"repostSize":0,"link":"https://ttm.financial/post/9989759467","repostId":"9989796064","repostType":1,"repost":{"id":9989796064,"gmtCreate":1666076944659,"gmtModify":1676537702286,"author":{"id":"3527667588142897","authorId":"3527667588142897","name":"TigerPM","avatar":"https://static.tigerbbs.com/a6704bebf28358e0d9c638e765403bd0","crmLevel":1,"crmLevelSwitch":0,"followedFlag":false,"idStr":"3527667588142897","authorIdStr":"3527667588142897"},"themes":[],"title":"TigerTrade 8.0.5: New Features you should know","htmlText":"What's New [Hot] Fractional share is coming[Hot] P&L's calculation supports average cost method[Upgrade] Post Editor optimization, re-edit and video upload functions are now supported[Upgrade] Tiger Live interface optimization, home tab module and daily missions are added[Upgrade] Discover tab supports Pro & Lite settings Features Introduction 1.Fractional share is coming Support users to place fractional share orders in the \"Pro version order page\" & \"Quick Order\", including limit order by decimal and market order by amount. In my book, it's a company that's grown earnings over time and returns for investors. Today, a lot of these players have followed the general market lower. In some cases, they're struggling with current headwinds like higher inflation. But their positive long-term outlook remains intact. That's why you'll want to buy these stocks today, at a discount, and hold on for the long haul.

Two perfect examples are Amazon and Home Depot. They've proved their strengths. And they just so happen to be global leaders in their businesses.

1. Amazon

Amazon stock has climbed more than 125% over the past five years. Annual revenue and net income also have advanced, well into the billions of dollars, during that time period. This is as the company grew its position in two major businesses: e-commerce and cloud computing.

Today, net sales continue to climb at Amazon thanks to its leadership in these areas. But higher costs and supply chain troubles have been weighing on earnings. As a result, operating income and operating cash flow have been on the decline.

The stock price, too, has suffered. It's lost 32% so far this year. And that leaves Amazon trading at less than 3 times sales. That's close to its lowest level in about six years.

Here's why this is a bargain for Amazon. Today's troubles are linked to the overall economy, so they're temporary. At the same time, the company is making progress in handling them. It's controlling certain costs and improving productivity, for example.

Another bright spot is the cloud computing business, Amazon Web Services (AWS). It has continued to grow in spite of today's tough economy. AWS posted double-digit gains in sales and operating income in the second quarter. As for e-commerce, the strength of its Prime subscription service should power earnings growth once the economy improves. As it stands today, Prime members continue to spend more and more on the platform.

All of this makes me optimistic that Amazon can once again deliver more than just packages. It has what it takes to deliver great gains to shareholders over time.

2. Home Depot

When it comes to earnings, Home Depot has defied the general economic gloom. In the second quarter, the world's biggest home improvement retailer reported its highest quarterly sales and earnings ever. The stock price hasn't followed, though. Home Depot shares have lost more than 30% since the beginning of the year.

This leaves the shares trading at about 17 times forward earnings estimates. That's lower than the more than 25 number earlier this year. At the same time, as mentioned above, revenue continues to rise. This is a great entry point for a company that continues to grow in spite of a difficult environment -- and a company with solid prospects.

HD PE ratio (forward). Data by YCharts.

So, why is the stock down today? Some investors are avoiding stocks linked to consumer spending. And Home Depot falls into that category. It's also possible that it eventually will see a slowdown. But as I mentioned above regarding Amazon, any such slowdown is temporary.

Here's why there's more reason to be positive about Home Depot and buy the stock for the long term. First, if the company can do this well during tough times, there's reason to believe it can truly flourish when the economy improves.

Second, Home Depot has offered us some visibility on what's ahead, and it looks positive. The company recently reported its professional customers say their project backlogs remain healthy.

Another positive point is the company's move to improve its digital platform, for professionals and do-it-yourself customers. And that's bearing fruit. In the second quarter, it reported record downloads, sales, and traffic on its mobile app.

Right now, Home Depot shares look dirt cheap. That's considering today's earnings performance and the long-term picture for this market leader.

","source":"fool_stock","collect":0,"html":"\n
\n
\n\n\n\n
2 Monster Stocks You'll Want to Buy Now and Hold Forever
\n\n
\n
\n
\n
\n
\n2 Monster Stocks You'll Want to Buy Now and Hold Forever\n
\n\n
\n\n\n2022-10-15 09:30 GMT+8 Motley Fool\n\n\n
\n\n
\n
\n
\n
What's a monster stock?

The market's enthusiasm for the Southeast Asian e-commerce and gaming giant fizzled out as its growth decelerated in a post-pandemic market and its losses widened.

But even after that steep pullback, Sea's stock has still quadrupled since its IPO nearly five years ago. Let's review the bear and bull cases for Sea to see if it can stabilize and continue growing over the next few years.

Sea's delicate balancing act

Sea generated 59% of its revenue last quarter from its e-commerce division. This segment houses Shopee, the leading online marketplace in Southeast Asia and Taiwan. Shopee conquered both markets by undercutting its competitors with loss-leading promotions and subsidies.

Another 31% of Sea's quarterly revenue came from its gaming unit Garena. Garena generates most of its revenue from a single hit game, Free Fire, which was launched in 2017. Free Fire initially generated a stream of higher-margin revenue for Garena that partly offset Shopee's losses.

The remaining 10% of Sea's revenue came from its nascent fintech business, which includes its SeaMoney payments platform and other financial services. Like Shopee, this growing segment remains deeply unprofitable.

Simply put, Sea has been balancing several unprofitable businesses on top of a single mobile game. Management likely believed it could maintain that balancing act for at least a few more years as economies of scale kicked in at Shopee and Garena diversified its portfolio with new games. It also expected that shaky scaffolding to support Shopee's expansion into other crowded e-commerce markets like India and Latin America.

What the bears will tell you about that plan

The bears believe that, like many e-commerce and gaming companies, Shopee and Garena will both face tough slowdowns in a post-lockdown world.

Sea's e-commerce and other services (including fintech) revenue soared 157% to $4.6 billion in 2021, then grew another 84% year over year to $3.3 billion in the first half of 2022. But within that total, Shopee's adjusted EBITDA (earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization) loss nearly doubled to $2.6 billion in 2021, then widened year over year from $993 million to $1.4 billion in the first half of 2022.

As Shopee's growth cooled off and its losses widened, Free Fire lost its momentum. Garena's bookings rose 44% to $4.6 billion in 2021 but fell 34% year over year to $1.5 billion in the first half of 2022. That slowdown was exacerbated by an abrupt ban in India, one of its top markets, earlier this year. As that profit engine stalls out, Sea's losses will widen further.

The bears will claim that Sea's business is collapsing like a house of cards. Analysts expect its revenue to rise just 25% to $12.4 billion this year as its adjusted EBITDA loss widens to $2 billion. That slowing growth and red ink will make Sea a tough stock to own as interest rates continue to rise.

What the bulls will tell you about that plan

The bulls will acknowledge that Sea faces a lot of near-term challenges, but they believe it can overcome those hurdles with three main strategies.

First and foremost, Sea has been reining in Shopee's expenses by shutting down its operations in India, reducing its presence in Latin America -- which is still dominated by MercadoLibre -- and downsizing its core Southeast Asian business with layoffs in Singapore and Indonesia. Those efforts could gradually right-size its business, narrow its losses, and free up more resources for expanding SeaMoney across Southeast Asia.

As for Free Fire, it's still the highest-grossing mobile game in Southeast Asia and Latin America. Garena believes it can extend the aging game's lifespan with fresh content, esports competitions, and an upgraded version called Free Fire MAX. All those strategies could stabilize its growth in a post-pandemic market and buy it more time to develop fresh games.

Lastly, Sea can afford to operate at a loss for the foreseeable future. It raised more than $6 billion last year in a big stock and convertible bond sale, and it ended last quarter with $6.5 billion in cash and equivalents.

Analysts still expect Sea's revenue to grow by at least 20% annually over the next few years. That's an impressive growth rate for a stock that trades at less than three times this year's sales. MercadoLibre -- which is growing slightly faster than Sea -- trades at four times this year's sales.

Which thesis makes more sense?

I personally believe the bearish thesis still makes more sense. Shopee needs to prove that it can keep growing even as it reins in its discounts, while Garena desperately needsFree Fireto remain popular as the gaming sector cools off. If either of those wobbly strategies fails, it will face an even more painful landing. Therefore, investors should stick with better-run companies --like MercadoLibre or Pinduoduo -- if they're looking for an overseas e-commerce play in this tough market.

","source":"fool_stock","collect":0,"html":"\n
\n
\n\n\n\n
Sea Limited Stock: Bear vs. Bull
\n\n
\n
\n
\n
\n
\nSea Limited Stock: Bear vs. Bull\n
\n\n
\n\n\n2022-09-22 08:54 GMT+8 Motley Fool\n\n\n
\n\n
\n
\n
\n
KEY POINTSSea Limited’s stock has plunged over the past year. The bears believe its e-commerce and gaming businesses will face tough post-pandemic slowdowns as its losses widen. The bulls expect it to ...
\n\nWeb Link\n\n
\n\n\n
\n
\n
\n
\n","type":0,"thumbnail":"","relate_stocks":{"SE":"Sea Ltd"},"source_url":"https://www.fool.com/investing/2022/09/21/sea-limited-stock-bear-vs-bull/","is_english":true,"share_image_url":"https://static.laohu8.com/e9f99090a1c2ed51c021029395664489","article_id":"1177400795","content_text":"KEY POINTSSea Limited’s stock has plunged over the past year. The bears believe its e-commerce and gaming businesses will face tough post-pandemic slowdowns as its losses widen. The bulls expect it to overcome those near-term challenges with more disciplined spending and the expansion of its fintech ecosystem.Sea Limited's stock price has declined more than 80% since it closed at an all-time high of $366.99 last October. The market's enthusiasm for the Southeast Asian e-commerce and gaming giant fizzled out as its growth decelerated in a post-pandemic market and its losses widened. But even after that steep pullback, Sea's stock has still quadrupled since its IPO nearly five years ago. Let's review the bear and bull cases for Sea to see if it can stabilize and continue growing over the next few years.IMAGE SOURCE: GETTY IMAGES.Sea's delicate balancing actSea generated 59% of its revenue last quarter from its e-commerce division. This segment houses Shopee, the leading online marketplace in Southeast Asia and Taiwan. Shopee conquered both markets by undercutting its competitors with loss-leading promotions and subsidies.Another 31% of Sea's quarterly revenue came from its gaming unit Garena. Garena generates most of its revenue from a single hit game, Free Fire, which was launched in 2017. investor who is looking for a steady stream of passive income.

Their ability to pay out consistent dividends makes them suitable for investors seeking an additional source of income.

In recent months, persistently high inflation has led to the US Federal Reserve hiking interest rates at a pace not seen in decades.

The higher interest rate environment has dampened demand for REITs, causing many to fall to their 52-week lows.

Their distribution yields have also increased as their unit prices decline.

You should carefully study each REIT’s attributes to ensure you are not walking into a value trap.

Here are four high-yielding REITs trading at a year low that you may want to add to your buy watchlist.

iREIT Global

iREIT Global invests in office, retail and industrial properties in Europe, and its portfolio comprises a total of 37 properties.

The REIT’s portfolio consists of five freehold office properties in Germany, five in Spain and 27 freehold retail properties in France.

iREIT Global’s unit price has fallen 21.5% in the last year, touching close to its 52-week low of S$0.50.

For the REIT’s fiscal 2022’s first half (1H2022), it reported a 27.2% year on year jump in gross revenue to €30.1 million.

Net property income (NPI) rose 26.4% year on year to €24.4 million.

Distribution per unit (DPU) after retention came up to €0.0141, dipping slightly below the €0.0143 paid out a year ago.

iREIT Global’s units provide a forward distribution yield of 7.3%.

The REIT’s aggregate leverage stood at 30.8% as of 30 June 2022 with a low cost of borrowings of 1.8%, allowing it sufficient debt headroom for acquisitions.

United Hampshire US REIT

United Hampshire US REIT, or UHREIT, invests in a portfolio of grocery-anchored and necessity-based properties in the US.

Its portfolio comprises 21 grocery and necessity properties as well as two self-storage properties.

UHREIT’s unit price has tumbled 13.2% in the past year and is hovering close to its 52-week low of US$0.58.

For 1H2022, the REIT reported an 18.5% year on year rise in gross revenue to US$31.8 million and a 10.6% year on year increase in NPI to US$22.6 million.

DPU, however, fell by 4.6% year on year to US$0.0291.

Adjusted DPU, which excludes the effects of top-ups and stipulated damages, increased by 13.4% year on year to US$0.0288.

Annualised 1H2022 DPU stands at US$0.0582, giving UHREIT’s units a forward distribution yield of 9.9%.

UHREIT had just concluded the divestment of two self-storage properties at a 17.7% premium over their purchase price, and also made its third yield-accretive acquisition of Upland Square to boost its portfolio size to US$732.9 million.

Elite Commercial REIT

Elite Commercial REIT owns a portfolio of 155 predominantly freehold buildings across the UK that are primarily occupied by the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP), the UK’s largest public service department.

Elite’s unit price has declined from £0.67 to a 52-week low of £0.56, a drop of 16.4%.

1H2022 saw revenue rise 17.7% year on year to £18.7 million due to contributions from Elite’s maiden acquisition of 58 properties in March last year.

DPU, however, dipped by 2.7% year on year to £0.0256.

Units of the commercial REIT offer a prospective distribution yield of 9.1%.

All leases for the properties within the portfolio are on a triple-net basis, and the bulk of the properties have a built-in inflation-linked rent uplift clause.

Elite’s borrowing cost remained low at 2.3% with 63% of its debt on fixed rates. The gearing level, however, was fairly high at 41.9%.

Manulife US REIT

Manulife US REIT, or MUST, is a US office REIT that owns a portfolio of 12 freehold office properties across seven US states worth US$2.2 billion as of 31 December 2021.

MUST’s unit price has fallen by 31% from US$0.71 a year ago to a 52-week low of US$0.48.

Gross revenue for 1H2022 rose 10.6% year on year to US$100.4 million while NPI inched up 2.8% year on year to US$57.6 million.

DPU, however, saw a 3.3% year on year decline to US$0.0261.

MUST’s units provide a forward distribution yield of 10.9% based on the annualised DPU of US$0.0522.

The REIT’s gearing stood at 42.4% as of 30 June 2022 with an average interest rate of 2.97%.

Close to 86% of the REIT’s borrowings are on fixed rates, thus acting as a mitigating factor against any potential increase in interest rates.

Around two-thirds of MUST’s portfolio have annual rental escalations of 2.7%, with another 27.8% enjoying periodic escalations.

","source":"lsy1602567310727","collect":0,"html":"\n
\n
\n<meta http-equiv=\"Content-Type\" content=\"text/html; The gearing level, however, was fairly high at 41.9%.Manulife US REITManulife US REIT, or MUST, is a US office REIT that owns a portfolio of 12 freehold office properties across seven US states worth US$2.2 billion as of 31 December 2021.MUST’s unit price has fallen by 31% from US$0.71 a year ago to a 52-week low of US$0.48.Gross revenue for 1H2022 rose 10.6% year on year to US$100.4 million while NPI inched up 2.8% year on year to US$57.6 million.DPU, however, saw a 3.3% year on year decline to US$0.0261.MUST’s units provide a forward distribution yield of 10.9% based on the annualised DPU of US$0.0522.The REIT’s gearing stood at 42.4% as of 30 June 2022 with an average interest rate of 2.97%.Close to 86% of the REIT’s borrowings are on fixed rates, thus acting as a mitigating factor against any potential increase in interest rates.Around two-thirds of MUST’s portfolio have annual rental escalations of 2.7%, with another 27.8% enjoying periodic escalations.","news_type":1},"isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":26,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[],"imageCount":0,"langContent":"EN","totalScore":0},{"id":9919254984,"gmtCreate":1663810936349,"gmtModify":1676537340975,"author":{"id":"4126643072966932","authorId":"4126643072966932","name":"Monir","avatar":"https://community-static.tradeup.com/news/2b4122b3bf9837a12f9a70b331f45365","crmLevel":1,"crmLevelSwitch":1,"followedFlag":false,"idStr":"4126643072966932","authorIdStr":"4126643072966932"},"themes":[],"htmlText":"Tell me your opinion about this news...","listText":"Tell me your opinion about this news...","text":"Tell me your opinion about this news...","images":[],"top":1,"highlighted":1,"essential":1,"paper":1,"likeSize":4,"commentSize":5,"repostSize":0,"link":"https://ttm.financial/post/9919254984","repostId":"1198733791","repostType":2,"isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":102,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[{"author":{"id":"3572916667219493","authorId":"3572916667219493","name":"Zarkness","avatar":"https://static.tigerbbs.com/4b8c61830c4883c4232aece921d89d14","crmLevel":3,"crmLevelSwitch":0,"idStr":"3572916667219493","authorIdStr":"3572916667219493"},"content":"I think its better to be in asia reits .

\n\n
\n
\n
\n
What's a monster stock? As it stands today, Prime members continue to spend more and more on the platform.All of this makes me optimistic that Amazon can once again deliver more than just packages. It has what it takes to deliver great gains to shareholders over time.2. Home DepotWhen it comes to earnings, Home Depot has defied the general economic gloom. In the second quarter, the world's biggest home improvement retailer reported its highest quarterly sales and earnings ever. The stock price hasn't followed, though. Home Depot shares have lost more than 30% since the beginning of the year.This leaves the shares trading at about 17 times forward earnings estimates. That's lower than the more than 25 number earlier this year. At the same time, as mentioned above, revenue continues to rise. This is a great entry point for a company that continues to grow in spite of a difficult environment -- and a company with solid prospects.HD PE ratio (forward). Data by YCharts.So, why is the stock down today? Some investors are avoiding stocks linked to consumer spending. And Home Depot falls into that category. It's also possible that it eventually will see a slowdown. But as I mentioned above regarding Amazon, any such slowdown is temporary.Here's why there's more reason to be positive about Home Depot and buy the stock for the long term. First, if the company can do this well during tough times, there's reason to believe it can truly flourish when the economy improves.Second, Home Depot has offered us some visibility on what's ahead, and it looks positive. The company recently reported its professional customers say their project backlogs remain healthy.Another positive point is the company's move to improve its digital platform, for professionals and do-it-yourself customers. And that's bearing fruit. In the second quarter, it reported record downloads, sales, and traffic on its mobile app.Right now, Home Depot shares look dirt cheap. That's considering today's earnings performance and the long-term picture for this market leader.","news_type":1},"isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":109,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[],"imageCount":0,"langContent":"EN","totalScore":0},{"id":9916863602,"gmtCreate":1664570460507,"gmtModify":1676537477461,"author":{"id":"4126643072966932","authorId":"4126643072966932","name":"Monir","avatar":"https://community-static.tradeup.com/news/2b4122b3bf9837a12f9a70b331f45365","crmLevel":1,"crmLevelSwitch":1,"followedFlag":false,"idStr":"4126643072966932","authorIdStr":"4126643072966932"},"themes":[],"htmlText":"Just 200","listText":"Just 200","text":"Just 200","images":[],"top":1,"highlighted":1,"essential":1,"paper":1,"likeSize":0,"commentSize":0,"repostSize":0,"link":"https://ttm.financial/post/9916863602","isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":241,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[],"imageCount":0,"langContent":"EN","totalScore":0},{"id":9919470430,"gmtCreate":1663854674820,"gmtModify":1676537350093,"author":{"id":"4126643072966932","authorId":"4126643072966932","name":"Monir","avatar":"https://community-static.tradeup.com/news/2b4122b3bf9837a12f9a70b331f45365","crmLevel":1,"crmLevelSwitch":1,"followedFlag":false,"idStr":"4126643072966932","authorIdStr":"4126643072966932"},"themes":[],"htmlText":"Doing fun","listText":"Doing fun","text":"Doing fun","images":[],"top":1,"highlighted":1,"essential":1,"paper":1,"likeSize":0,"commentSize":0,"repostSize":0,"link":"https://ttm.financial/post/9919470430","repostId":"1177400795","repostType":4,"isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":115,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[],"imageCount":0,"langContent":"EN","totalScore":0},{"id":9919599287,"gmtCreate":1663814411549,"gmtModify":1676537342348,"author":{"id":"4126643072966932","authorId":"4126643072966932","name":"Monir","avatar":"https://community-static.tradeup.com/news/2b4122b3bf9837a12f9a70b331f45365","crmLevel":1,"crmLevelSwitch":1,"followedFlag":false,"idStr":"4126643072966932","authorIdStr":"4126643072966932"},"themes":[],"htmlText":"Ok//@Monir:Tell me your opinion about this news...","listText":"Ok//@Monir:Tell me your opinion about this news...","text":"Ok//@Monir:Tell me your opinion about this news...","images":[],"top":1,"highlighted":1,"essential":1,"paper":1,"likeSize":0,"commentSize":0,"repostSize":0,"link":"https://ttm.financial/post/9919599287","repostId":"1198733791","repostType":2,"isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":26,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[],"imageCount":0,"langContent":"EN","totalScore":0}],"lives":[]}
