@CatherineGunter:$Tesla Motors(TSLA)$ I found some time and did some research and based on the closing stock price June 10th.. There have been 1260 trading days in the last 5 years. During these 1260 days the stock price of Tesla has been lower than the June 10th close on 1006days. This means that Tesla stock purchases would be profitable 79.9% or the days and unprofitable on 20.1% of the days in the last 5 years. Now If you go back 5 more years (5-10 yrs ago) then Tesla was profitable on 100% of purchases during that 5 year window. This is when I bought... Along with early this summer.I hope my research was useful. Try to see the Tesla glass as 1/2 full... at least some of the time.
@koolgal:πππIt is fortunate that Donald Trump managed to escape the assassination attempt. It is certainly a scary time especially for everyone who was there. But it showed Trump's courage in the face of such danger. $Trump Media & Technology(DJT)$ is the ultimate Trump stock. Already its share price has jumped 60% since the incident. However DJT is a volatile stock. So a good strategy to maximise profits and minimise loss would be a Bull Put Spread Strategy. This Options Trading Strategy involves selling a Put Option while at the same time buying another Put option with the same expiration date but at a lower strike price. This would put a ceiling on the profit earned but at the same time also minimise the loss.
