2025 has been a learning journey for me. 2026 id be happy with anything over 5% return!

my return range ended up being in the red overall, July seemed to be the lowest month to pull down the numbers overall. I'm not bothered though, I've learnt heaps and my  2026 investing goal is to put some of that knowledge into practice and be in the green next year!

Google has the best shot at hitting $300 by year end - the current gap is smallest and some analysts project it going higher than $300. Yes, likely both market overreaction and the first cracks of an AI valuation bubble. Best buy would be google - good growth and strong profitability

I have heard of the concerns regarding the US currency and have been looking at other international investment options although i think SGD unlikely to reach parity to USD.  Increasing my gold allocation is something I have considered.
