E&Y questioned the company's "integrity and ethical values," according to the Wednesday 8-K filing. The accounting firm was unwilling to be associated with financial statements prepared by management.


$Microsoft(MSFT)$   reported first-quarter earnings on Wednesday that beat Wall Street estimates, but the stock was still falling in late-hours trading after the company forecast higher expenses related to AI.


$Alphabet(GOOGL)$   reported third-quarter earnings and revenue that beat analyst estimates after the market closed Tuesday. The company also posted revenue in its search and cloud segments that came in above expectations.
