Personally, I see ARK $ARK Innovation ETF(ARKK)$  Invest's recent Tesla trim as more of a routine profit-taking move rather than a loss of conviction. Cathie Wood has a long history of rebalancing her positions after significant rallies, and with Tesla's share price rebounding sharply in recent weeks, it makes sense for ARK to lock in some gains. Given how volatile Tesla can be, trimming a small portion doesn't necessarily signal a bearish view — it's simply portfolio management discipline at work.

As for me, I'm not rushing to sell. I still believe Tesla $Tesla Motors(TSLA)$  $Direxion Daily TSLA Bull 1.5X Shares(TSLL)$  $GraniteShares 2x Long TSLA Daily ETF(TSLR)$   has more room to run into the year end, especially with expectations of improved delivery numbers and potential catalysts around AI and autonomous driving. The company already went through a deep correction earlier this year, and much of the negative sentiment surrounding EV demand has likely been priced in. If the broader market maintains its risk-on tone, Tesla could easily benefit from a year-end rally driven by renewed investor confidence in tech and innovation stocks.

That said, I would remain prudent about position sizing. I plan to lock in partial profits only if Tesla approaches my earlier target around the $400 range, but until then, I prefer to hold and ride the current momentum. Despite the volatility, Tesla remains one of the few companies capable of leading in both electric vehicles and AI-driven mobility.

Moreover, the current market setup favors companies like Tesla that can bridge artificial intelligence with real-world applications. Musk's push to integrate Optimus robots, Dojo training, and autonomous software could transform Tesla's business model far beyond car manufacturing. While short-term traders may focus on delivery figures or pricing pressure, I'm more focused on how these AI-driven innovations could expand Tesla's margins and justify a higher valuation over time. So even though ARK's move might appear cautious, I remain optimistic that Tesla's most exciting chapters are still ahead.

As a retail investor, I focus mainly on the US and Singapore markets, combining a mix of technical trading and long-term investing strategies. I enjoy analyzing charts, spotting patterns, and making calculated moves based on both market sentiment and fundamentals.
