To The Moon

🌟🌟🌟November was supposed to be the victory lap, the reliable month where bulls could count on a strong lift toward the December finish line.  This year November delivered a chill instead.  The November effect, that historically golden period for markets has fizzled out.

With the Nasdaq shedding 2% and the broader S&P500 struggling to find its footing, a palpable anxiety has settled over the investing community.  The easy gains seem to be over and a genuine fear of a turn in the tide is real.

However this is not a moment to panic but a test of nerve and a confirmation of strategy.  The wisdom of diversification has come to the fore during such times.

While the US market saw some weakness in November, my broader portfolio was more resilient.  $STI ETF(ES3.SI)$  has recently hit new highs just this week and $TRACKER FUND(02800)$  showed strength this year, offering a valuable counterweight to the US market's recent softness.

Another highlight for me in November  was my investment in $iShares Gold Trust(IAU)$  and $iShares Silver Trust(SLV)$  which did well in November.

Diversification is my fundamental risk management strategy that involves spreading my investments across a variety of asset classes, sectors and geographic regions.  The core principle is to avoid putting all my eggs in one basket.  This helps to reduce the impact of any single investment's poor performance on my overall portfolio.

Concluding Thoughts 

The market's  recent jitters are not a precursor to a crash.  It can be likened to a coiled spring before a powerful rebound.  The data for a Santa Rally is historically compelling, suggesting a strong December following a weak November.

So will Santa arrive this year?  I believe that Santa will arrive in his full glory, bringing much cheer to everyone.  It is Jingle Bells all the way to 2026.🥰🥰🥰🎅🎅🎅🌈🌈🌈💰💰💰
