I am long $Alibaba(BABA)$ now. I have been short this stock for several months. I now intend to ride it into recovery. I am convinced that this sell off was largely based on sentiment and once the investors see the results for the coming earnings they will forget all the reasons they sold the stock to begin with. Its a very simple investment thesis and short thesis to be honest. Market efficiency is dead.
