Regardless whether you have vested interest in Tesla or otherwise, what do you think of the article ?

There are a lot of benefits (for investors especially) if mr musk is hauled to the court more often. Huh ?

For starters, every witness called to court have to swear to tell the truth, nothing but the truth no ?

This oath swearing shouldn't sound foreign, as a result of over exposures to US courtroom drama & movies no ? LOL.

To avoid perjury, everyone is expected to tell the truth; no exceptions for mr musk too.

During cross examination when it was revealed that mr musk already shortlisted a potential CEO for Tesla; would this revelation be a blow to investors' confidence? 

In most corporates, a typical search for the "right" CEO takes months to conclude; let alone there is already a shortlisted candidate for Tesla's CEO post. 

And all these times, mr musk did not even utter a word about succession planning.  

Strange isn't it ?  Especially for someone who live, eat and sleep Twitter !

Is it logical and safe to assume that mr musk knows not to rock the Tesla-boat too, as it will ultimately affect its share price ? LOL.  He is a shrewd.... !

No denying that when one talks about Tesla, its akin to referring to mr musk himself and vice versa. The two are one and are referred to interchangeably all these while.

Assuming what mr musk have affirmed in court at face value, would there be " aftershock ramifications" to Tesla in the coming weeks, months as a result ?

What is more "betraying" (to his investors) is that mr musk has already taken profits from his shares to the tune of $19 Billion dollars (refer to above linked article); despite promising in Apr 2022 not to sell again.

Did mr musk divest when Tesla share price was at its respective "peaks" ? Any possibility that he has privy information to help him "decide" when to sell ? 

Did he make use of Twitter to drum up $Tesla Motors(TSLA)$ share price prior to sales ? Wonder if anyone has looked into this ?

Now that the cat is out of the bag, will he continue to sell down his remaining holdings of 155 Million shares ?  Afterall in about a month more or so, he will be rewarded with more Tesla shares as part of his salarly package.  LOL.

Sidetrack : wonder how Ms Cathie Woods have reacted to the news as well ? She has been a firm believer of mr musk.

Despite Tesla shares dipping recently, Ms Wood have been loading up on Tesla shares via her ARK funds. $ARKK(ARKK)$ 

Will she feel that she has been blindsided by mr musk ?

Apart from the mentioned challenges that Tesla is facing in the article, think article did not mention the additional points (see below) :

1. Challenges to Tesla Germany giga factory as Winter arrives. Germany as a nation is bracing itself to ration electricity usage. How will this rationing hit Tesla Germany's EV output.

2.  The potential lawsuit by a group of Space-X ex-employees against mr musk for dismissing them without valid reasons.

Tesla's past 1 month share price

From above chart, Tesla share price has been trending downwards for the past month.

Will it continue to dip ? Only time will tell. Assuming US really slip into "mild" recession, will all stock prices (Tesla inclusive) continue to fall in response to overall negative sentiments ?

If you are a shareholder, will you offload Tesla If and When it hits $200 ? Or are you a firm believer that things will be better ?

Regardless whichever plan an investor embarks in the immediate future, will it be wise to have a Plan B ready ? A plan that could be executed immediately ?
