To The Moon

On the 2nd last day of Nov 2022, US market performance could best be described as "sluggish". 

The two main concerns seemed to stem from :

• fear of another full lockdown by the Chinese ruling party, affecting global supply chain again
• the hard fact presented by ECB President, Christine Lagarde that interest hike is going to be imminent in the coming months.

In the midst of market indifference, is there a possibility that mr musk "anti-APPL" tweets could have caused  $Apple(AAPL)$  to loose its share price and in the process dragged Nasdaq "down" along ?

We should not expect anything less from the shit-stirrer no ? 

Perhaps a devious attempt to divert attention away from  $Tesla Motors(TSLA)$  and  $Twitter(TWTR)$ .

Only that it did not work.  Tesla fell -1.14% to $180.83; with analyst forecast further fall to $150 support level.

So for any Tesla fans out there, try not to jump in too soon; lest you'll be trapped no ? LOL.

Mkt perf 29 Nov / Pre-mkt Indicators 30 Nov

By the time market closed :

• DJIA : +0.01% (+3.07 to 33,852.53).
• S&P 500 : -0.16% (-6.31 to 3,957.63).
• Nasdaq : -0.59% (-65.72 to 10,983.78).  Fell below the 11,000 marker. 

Barring any unforeseen circumstances, what to expect today ?

• At 8:30am US time, Core PCE Prices (Q3) will be released. ** Fed rely on PCE very heavily.
• At 8:30am US time, QoQ GDP (Q3 2022) will be released. Analyzing GDP's QoQ will help The Fed to decide the last interest hike for 2022.
• At 1:30pm US time, Fed Chairman Mr Powell will be speaking at The Brooking Institution, Washington D.C on Economic outlook, Inflation & the Labour market.  Guessed Wall Street is interested to find out if Mr Powell will throw hints about the coming interest rate.

My area of focus today !

Looking at Pre-market indicators, energy (oil) stocks seemed to be gaining traction again. 

I will be looking at   $Cheniere(LNG)$   and  $Southwestern(SWN)$.  What about you ?
