Singapore got a T-Bill that give a 4.5% annual interest.  It is quite a good investment tool. it is more stable and secure as compare to stock and bond. The only disadvantage is you need to hold on for 6 months. You cannot withdraw the amount you invested in that 6 months.

The highest TBill interest is only 4.19%
The last issuance is only 4.0%
I wonder how you manage to get 4.5%

currently I am putting some of my spare cash into Singapore saving bond and Tbill. For the rest of the money I will keep as emergency fund or if there is a better interest rate to put the fund.

I choose local banks because it is secure and no need to worry about losing my money into stocks and put some into tiger vault too because the interest rate also high plus free 3days 9.9/10.10/11.11 interest😊
