Sharing my SG REITS list 📝

so many REITS available and most of us have difficulty to choose which one to own first, i am today going to share which one i have, i did not buying together but I bought slowly because i notice some of them different in value/debt after I bought it, instead of i DCA on the same stock, i pick another REITS which better value to replace or to diversify it. For example i have $Prime US ReitUSD(OXMU.SI)$ after DCA few time I explored to $KEPPEL-KBS US REIT(CMOU.SI)$ then buy $MANULIFE US REIT(BTOU.SI)$ these 3 Similar catagory for Office property in US.

🤩 For expensive REITS my pick is $ASCENDAS REAL ESTATE INV TRUST(A17U.SI)$ then i like AIMS and Sasseur. I still like these 3

My paper loss the most on Prime and Keppel KBS, IREIT for the other the loss still can be covered by its dividend.

I bought FIRST REITS too before the dividend.

The latest added is $KEPPEL REIT(K71U.SI)$ to diversify my reits as i like the FA.

POV: if you like REITS but it is very frustrating to see suddenly the company merge or loss P&L, i wud cut loss if did not loss so much like ESR or leave it, then i buy another REITS that have better FA. This way i may enjoy more benefits if one day all REITS go up again. The more I concentrate into one company i feel the more risk / loss i carry because heart pain to cut loss.

I wish you the best with your choices, my listonly for referal to do due diligence, not investment advice.

Manulife should be giving one more dividendin Dec (Based on history), waiting the news.

@TigerStars

@LMSunshine this is my money machine in SG hahaha the list may continue to expand 🎯🎯🎯

      Even if property in US, we buy from SG market the dividend is free of tax, while US market less 30% tax, so i arrange the proportion of the funds to diversify in few type of reits, office property, shopping mall amd location also diversified, start to look into logistics property too if DY attractive (above 7%)

    But buying into dips too frequently result in higher transaction cost. Do you agree?
