优步Q4财报超预期，盘后股价涨逾5%

美东时间2月9日（周三）美股盘后，优步公布2021年第四季度及全年业绩。财报显示，优步Q4营收57.78亿美元，较上年同期31.65亿美元同比增长83%，市场预期53.57亿美元；归属于公司净利润8.92亿美元，上年同期亏损9.68亿美元，市场预期亏损6.82亿美元；摊薄每股收益为0.44美元，上年同期亏损为0.54美元，市场预期亏损0.36美元。
营收按业务划分，网约车业务营收22.78亿美元，同比增长55%；外卖业务营收24.20亿美元，同比增长78%;货运业务营收10.80亿美元，同比增长245%。
具体数据显示，第四季度总订单金额为258.66亿美元，同比增长51%。其中，网约车业务订单金额为113.40亿美元，同比增长67%;外卖业务订单金额为134.44亿美元，同比增长34%;货运业务订单金额为10.82亿美元，同比增长245%。此外，优步第四季度月度活跃平台消费者人数增加27%达到1.18亿。网约车部门的调整后EBITDA为5.75亿美元，同比增长96%;外卖部门调整后EBITDA为2500万美元，上年同期为-1.45亿美元。
优步2021年全年营收174.55亿美元，上年同期为111.39亿美元；归属于公司净亏损4.96亿美元，上年同期亏损为67.68亿美元;摊薄后每股亏损0.29美元，上年同期亏损为3.86美元。展望第一季度，公司预计在2022财年Q1总订单额为250亿到260亿，Q1调整后EBITDA在1亿美元到1.3亿美元间。
财报公布后，截止发稿，该股盘后涨5.45%，报42.38美元。
