The Company mainly operates its business through two segments. The Semiconductor Design and Sale segment is engaged in delivering digital imaging solutions, display solutions, and analog solutions for a wide variety of consumer and industrial applications, including automobile, smartphone, medical, surveillance, and emerging markets. The Semiconductor Distribution segment is engaged in procuring and distributing of semiconductor products. The Company is also engaged in providing integrated circuit (IC) design, consultancy, technology development and other technical services.
