TransThera Sciences (Nanjing) Inc is a China-based biopharmaceutical company principally focusing on discovering and developing innovative small molecule therapies for oncology, inflammatory and cardiometabolic diseases. The Company's core product Tinengotinib is a registrational clinical stage, internally discovered and developed, MTK inhibitor indicated for certain relapsed or refractory, drug-resistant solid tumors. The Company's oncology pipeline includes TT-00973 (against AXL), TT-01488 (for hematologic malignancies), TT-01688 (for inflammatory diseases) and TT-00920 (for chronic heart failure).
