I love South New Zealand. I spent 3 weeks there a decade ago. People were down to earth and it had a close community sort of vibe to it. I had 2 car accidents there. In the first accident, I waited in the car that was flipped, unable to get out and waited for 30mins not seeing a single car on the road. The first van that drove by stopped, pulled me out and helped me to get to the nearest town to make a phone call. In the second accident, which was more severe than the first, the boss of the mechanic invited me to his place to stay as the car would take 2 days to repair. His family was really welcoming. His wife prepared fantastic meals, we even walked the horses and dogs together by the beach. I love the Kiwis. They are good people. ❤️ To me, people is what make the place worth going back
@Jerrylimsl:Stock: $Alibaba(BABA)$ One of my biggest bet into a single stock. Held for the past years without selling a single cent. But my thesis hadnt changed and am still reinvesting those dividends back in. Time will tell if these pair of diamond hands worked to my favour🫥
@Samlunch:$Tesla Motors(TSLA)$ $TSLA “If interest rates come down, margins will be good. If they don't come down, they won't be that good. " - Elon on the Q4 ‘23 earnings call. Rate cuts are here. He’s connected rates to Tesla many times, this looks ready to explode. Over $235 things get fun. Target of $250 by 10/10.
@Nursebobby:$Palantir Technologies Inc.(PLTR)$ it was one rollercoaster but held on for 3 years and starting to collect my rewards. Learnt many lessons from this stock. As long as your fundamentals are there don't care about the noise generated By financial influencer like CG or many other that say it was overprice at $19 and etc... remember to do your own research and DD and not just invest what is popular. Will be bringing this lessons to my newest investment Journey $Eos Energy Enterprises Inc.(EOSE)$
@Rocaptain:$拼多多(PDD)$ The White House has announced new measures – largely aimed at Chinese e-commerce platforms like Temu and Shein – to reduce the range of low-value imports eligible for duty and tax exemptions. US deputy national security adviser for international economics Daleep Singh said the measures will address the increasingly contentious de minimis rule, which exempts shipments valued under US$800 from import duties, taxes, and rigorous screening.
